Ambiance prison sur la disposition des chambres dans les étages. A l’arrivée, chambre mal nettoyée ( de nombreux cheveux dans toutes les pièces y compris dans la baignoire) Petit déjeuner très simple type hôtel 3 étoiles , pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles Bagagerie dans le hall, pas très qualitatif et qui ne donne pas une bonne image dès l’entrée dans l’hôtel Personnel juste correct

The staff were very nice and polite.

The building especially inside is getting old, it looks dark on the landings. The bathroom tiles are very very slippy when wet.

The master bedroom is relatively small and bed size is just queen, appreciate if it is extra large size.

لا يستحق القيمة ولا يستحق عدد النجوم الحذر الحذر خاصة ان الجناح بغرفتي نوم وصالة مع بلكونه كانت البلكونه سيئة جداً ويوجد بها الجهاز الخارجي للمكيف ويسبب ازعاج وهواء حار جدا لا تستطيع الجلوس بالبلكونه، اثاث الصالة قديم وغير مريح، وجود روائح كريهه في الصالة والغرف. في المجمل الفندق جداً قديم واثاثه مهتري ويعادل 3 نجوم بوجة نظري

My first evening there was a problem either the airconditioner vent , the hotel immediately changed my room with an upgrade to a Suite

The shower stall water was not flowing down the drain properly and inspite of telling the receptionist nothing was done to rectify it. Standing in ankle deep water whilst bathing have got a rash on my feet …

Je pense que ce n’était pas trop l’hôtel en soi mais sa fréquentation. Beaucoup de clients qui prenaient le bas de l’hôtel pour leur salon, des regards parfois un peu déplaisants de ces clients si on se promenait en tenue d’été ou en revenant de la piscine, des bruits incessants dans les couloirs car leurs enfants couraient d’un appartement à l’autre. Nous avons dû appeler plusieurs fois la réception car nos enfants n’arrivaient pas à dormir car cris, chants et fêtes des autres appartements jusque 2h du matin. Les membres du personnel ont dû intervenir mais cela revenait sans cesse. Nous n’avons pas pu changer de chambre mais cela semblait similaire dans tout l’établissement. Conjugué au bruit de la route, ce n’était pas un super séjour. Mais à priori Ploeinchit n’est pas un quartier conseillé.

The rooms were modern and comfortable. I liked the free minibar that was replensihed every day. Breakfast was great.

لاتوجد خصوصيه للحمام ، المشربية التي في الحمام لا توجد لها داعي. الصوت الخارجي ينسمع من خلال النوافذ بالرغم من اغلاق النوافذ.

Out dated rooms,rooms need renovation,walls were dirty,light is not good in bathrooms,shower height is 5 feet and it’s difficult for tall person to take shower.

Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Vorhof mit dem Wasserbecken ist ein schöner Ort. Das Bad ist mit vielen Funktionen ausgestattet. Der Blick innerhalb des Hotels aus einem hohen Stockwerk nach unten ist beeindruckend. Das Hotel hat viel dafür getan, meinen Aufenthalt lärmgeschützt zu gestalten.

Der Lärm war nachts enorm von draußen. Die Fenster sind nicht dicht und viel zu dünn. Sehr viele Araber mit komplett verschleierten Frauen. Das trübt das Urlaubserlebnis, weil mir die Frauen so leid tun.

What a delightful experience! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. A special thank you to Blossom at the front office. He went above and beyond to help us communicate with people outside the hotel who couldn’t speak Thai, making everything so much easier for us. His kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help truly made a difference. He is such a sweet and kind person. Exceptional service all around. I would happily recommend this place and would love to stay here again.

The hotel is very clean & close to great shopping center and the BTS in 4 minutes walk

The hotel has up to 2 pm late check out which is normal but if want to extend to 6 hours with half day payment they want to charge for full night this is the downside of the hotel.. hope they solve this issue

الازعاج الخارجي لا يوجد هناك عزل للأصوات مع انني سكنت في الطابق 9 إلا أن أصوات السيارات كانه موجودة بداخل الغرفه كذلك أصوات الناس في الخارج بنفس الطابق

كل شي في الفندق جميل موقعه مميز وقريب من كل الاماكن الحيويه الموظفين كانو ودودين وسريعين في تلبيه الاحتياجات نظيف وعائلي

الأصوات من الشارع كانت مزعجه نوعاً ماء بكونه قريب من الشارع الرئيسي خاصه في أوقات آخر الليل

It didn’t have a bar to have drinks at night or access to any alcohol. Was a dry hotel which wasn’t advertised that way. For as nice hotel as it was it didn’t have a coffee station open long enough or decent enough for the style of hotel

VERY NOISY !!! There are hundreds of conflicting reviews on this hotel. Let me help you with context: Location wise - if you need to be around the banks, or embassies, or work. This is perfect - But - Wireless road is Always jammed (from 7am onwards). The Hotel itself is Big, Well appointed, Functional. “It is an older property” and it shows. The Absolute NO NO is their Road noise. We have stayed in their top floor, lower floor, balcony / no balcony, single room, Suite - everywhere. THEY ARE ALL NOISY - because the hotel does not have sound proofing! Also, they use the older style wooden blinds, so, by 6am it will be BRIGHT. When evaluating a hotel - there are at least 150 good hotels in the THB3000-4000 per night category. If you have to be in Wireless the choices are SIVATEL, ATHENEE, CONCORD and other 4 stars. General Manager Anon.K - I know you and your staff just work your best and can’t change everything- But - The property owners have to invest in proper sound proofing and proper curtains

Near to Ploenchit BTS, Central Embassy and other malls. Mini bar in the room is complimentary and the rooms are spacious and clean. Popular spa is right in the hotel on the 30th floor which is extremely convenient!

The TV reception is not good. Lots of interference.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to get around. The staff are very friendly, and I especially liked that the breakfast menu changed slightly every day.The rooms are also very nice.

No bar in the hotel!

Stayed 3 nights with my wife on a business trip. Main reason for staying here was proximity to my convention venue. Not a large hotel but by the same token it was not crowded, either. Overall Verdict - Good value. Would stay here again. Pros - Good Location. Near BTS station. Within a short car ride of a lot of major malls and destinations. Right across the street from the swanky Embassy mall. Spa located inside the hotel. Rates are decent for the location. Book ahead. Breakfast comes with stay at an affordable price. Buffet was varied and wouldnt bore you for 3 days. Not spectacular but gets the basics down. 3.5 stars. Service Staff is typical Thai hospitality. Few people do it better. Housekeeping was responsive and Concierge/Doormen were helpful. Bed was very comfortable. Room was decent sized with some nice asian touches. Bathroom had both shower stall and bathtub along with Japanese style bidet. Did not make use of pool or gym but while they were small-ish they looked attractive. No worries with air conditioning, hot water or noise (room was end of the hall). Room had a decent fridge with a selection of complimentary drinks and bottled water that they replenished daily. Cons - Bit of a walk to nearest convenience store. Room flooring felt a little basic (maybe it was carpet before they converted it to tile?)

BTSの駅にも近く、友人宅にも近く たまたまホリデーシーズンの価格で予約でき、upgradeにしていただいたので、スイートタイプで快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫も大きいので便利でした。スタッフも丁寧な笑顔でロビーも程よい人の利用で騒々しくなく快適でした。 徒歩圏で中心街に行けたのでショッピングも楽しめました。また利用したいと思います。

Overall the hotel is a very good value for the money spent. You honestly cant beat the location right off of sukhumvit. Close tonparty area but far enough away to not be bothered by it all. As for the hotel itself, You get good size rooms, nice furnishings, mini bar, etc. One of the better ideas they had was to put a microwave in the room. I always end up with some type of leftovers from eating so its nice to be able to enjoy them when i want again. The bathrooms are nice, though a tad bit smaller. It was tight with 2 people in the shower (short and athletic builds), so im sure it would be an issue for bigger people. They have a bidet so no need to worry about that. The atmosphere here is relaxed and easy going, and the staff is very attentive. My favorite thing though is the inclusion of small experiences for guests. I got to sign up for an ice bath session which they have every sunday at the pool. The guys running it are amazing, kind, generous, and very attentive. They made sure we were ok through the experience and after as well. I commend their efforts and would recommend anyone to them.
