Я вперше була в подібному хостелі, і не була готова до того що до 22:00 я маю повернутися в хостел. Можливо я щось не так зрозуміла, але при заселені на рецепції мені повідомили що двері зачиняються о 22:00. Я не сперечалась, але це для мене було не зручно, хотілось ще прогулятися по нічному місту.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Posizione vicina alla stazione della metropolitana e dei treni, i due principali mezzi di trasporto di Amburgo. Vicino anche alla stazione di traghetti, da qui è possibile partire per qualche tour sull’Elba, una delle principali vie d’acqua di Amburgo. Il centro lo si può raggiungere con una camminata di 30-40 minuti, poi, naturalmente, dipende dal vostro passo e dalla stanchezza. Lo staff è davvero molto cordiale e disponibile, sa dare molte informazioni utili.
La pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare, cosa che non va bene in un Ostello, dove gli spazi sono condivisi e quindi la pulizia deve essere massima! Ci vuole assolutamente più attenzione sulla pulizia e sulla sistemazione delle camere, con coperte e lenzuola pulite. Non c’è il sapone nei bagni! Questa è una pecca davvero grande. Qua non c’entra l’essere un Ostello, è una questione di salute pubblica ed igiene.il sapone è fondamentale nei bagni.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026The hostel is well located, just about 5 minutes from the metro and suburban trains station. There are shops around and you have an excellent view on the harbour and river. They have lockers and offer a good breakfast. Apart from the occasional train, it was mostly quiet at night.
The hostel doesn't show the final price in the booking if you are older than 27 years. They apply an age fee of 5,50€ per day, which only shows up in the fine print. When I asked them about it, the staff told me that this was common knowledge and that I should read properly. Youth hostels in many other countries are able to show the final price in the booking, so I wonder why they can't. The bathrooms were not so clean and some of the lockers in my room didn't work.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026Месторасположение - рядом с Речпортом и Ельбой-Тунелем. Сам отель находится на горе , вид красивый. Ступенек очень много в несколько заходов. Ночью шумно от метро, от дороги и от молодёжи, которая под окнами с музыкой всю ночь развлекается, не в претензию, но спать не возможно. В маленьком номере четыре двухярусные кровати, селят и женщин и мужчин вместе, заселение идёт постоянно. В корридоре двери (в номера, в туалет) постоянно хлопаются на магните очень шумно. При чем заселениес 15.00, а выезд до 10.00. Сейф есть. Туалет (2) и душ с туалетом(2) на коридоре на три номера, то есть на 24 человека, все по карточкам. Постельное выдали, полотенца нет. Мыла нет в туалете, чтоб руки помыть. Оплата за ночь на двоих на букинге была 75 евро, на ресепшене взяли 82 евро. Завтрак норма, колбаса, сыр, мюсли, кое какие овощи и фрукты, йогурт. Если хоть немного хотите отдохнуть - это не удастся.

Trato del personal que nos despertó a la 1 de la mañana xq un huésped alemán dijo que le sacamos su cama y no era cierto ya que la misma estaba desocupada al llegar y nosotros al no entender ni hablar aleman le creyeron al otro huésped mentiroso y nos amenazaron que si no le dabamos la cama que reclamaba, iban a llamar a la policía. Nos desapareció una toalla La cocina no es libre de uso, te tienen que autorizar para ingresar, no tiene heladera y solo lo justo para calentar comida

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Très bien situé. Personnel très sympathique, patient et arrangeant. Le lieu est très propre dans l'ensemble. Les salles de bains et toilettes sont toujours propres.
Pour que l'expérience soit encore meilleure, il serait bien que le ménage des chambres soit fait deux fois par semaine au lieu d'une.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2026Camere molto spaziose, forse tra le più grandi mai viste in un ostello. Ottima pulizia. Colazione e cena comprese. La posizione è eccellente: la vista sul porto è davvero impagabile e vale da sola il prezzo del soggiorno, inoltre, la zona è sicura e piacevole. L'ambiente dell'ostello è ottimo.
È un ostello frequentato soprattutto da famiglie tedesche con molti bambini. Non è facile incontrare viaggiatori backpackers giovani.

La mala información de booking porque NO ES UN HOTEL, es un ALBERGUE. El precio que aparece en booking NO ES REAL, porque si no eres socio de los albergues te cobran un extra de bastante cantidad de dinero que no estaba reflejado em ningún sitio de booking. No te dan ni toallas ni jabón, aunque las toallas las puedes alquilar y el jabón comprar alli. Es demasiado caro para ser un albergue y los servicios que te dan. Te cobran a precio de hotel un albergue.

The breakfast was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. Overall, everything was very good, and I would definitely recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Hamburg.

1)cobran una membresía 2) baños afuera tienes que usar la tarjeta de la puerta del cuarto 3) hay qué subir bastante gradas desde la estación tren 4) tenes que arreglar tu cama si no lo haces te multan bueno eso me dijo alguien que trabaja ahi no fue mi caso 5)las puertas son muy duras para abrir 6)la cosina no está equipada aparte funciona con sensores de movimiento 7 ) a la cocina también se entra con la tarjeta 8),el ascensor estába dañado 9)hasta para ir a wc tenes que usar la tarjeta 10)la tarjeta la tenes que llevar siempre ala duchas, wc,habitación ,cocina, solo eso después esta todo bien😊

Rezervasyondaki alman ve Asyalı çalışanlar çok soğuk ve gereksiz tripleri vardı. O sıcakta klimalar hiçbir şekilde açılmıyor ve klima yoktu neden açmıyorsunuz dediğimde rezervasyondaki şahıs burası otel değil falan diye iğrenç bir konuşma yaptı bana. Konakladığı gün lise öğrencileri vardı ve sürekli bağırıyorlardı onları kontrol eden hiç kimse yoktu ve geceleri kapilara vurup kaçıyorlardı korkunç bir deneyim yaşadım hostelde hiçbir şekilde güvenlik ve onları uyaran hiç kimse yoktu sabaha kadar uyuyamadım.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026Muy limpio el alojamiento, fácil de entrar y muy bien situado en la ciudad. Es un concepto de albergue muy guay, hay gente de todas las edades y son muy abiertos y receptivos. El desayuno está muy bien y que dejen guardar el equipaje es otro punto a favor.
Debería de haber un poco más de seguridad en el guarda equipaje, por ejemplo la posibilidad de poner candado a la taquilla.

Ein Problem könnte es mit einer PKW Anreise geben. Parkraum wohl nicht vorhanden. Viele Schulklassen vor Ort, ein wenig "mehr" Lautstärke ist einzuplanen.

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026La cantidad de duchas, baño, el buffet del desayuno, las instalaciones en general, la cercanía con todos los edificios históricos, las vistas increíbles, el trato del personal, y que puedes dejar las maletas en taquillas gratuitas incluso después de realizar el check out por si aún te queda tiempo en la ciudad ese día.
No tenía aire acondicionado y en plena ola de calor, compartir habitación con 5 personas y con las ventanas solo abiertas por la parte arriba, era sofocante.

Reviewed May 25, 2026Die Aussicht von der Terrasse ist grandios, das Frühstück ist üppig und die Matratzen sind gut. Auch die Lage an den Landungsbrücken besticht sowohl ästhetisch als auch praktisch.
Ein Vorurteil gegenüber Hamburg ist, dass es distanziert, zu cool und emotionslos sei. Das stimmt nicht... Wenn mal so richtig tropisches Wetter ist, geht die Post, oder die Lucy oder was auch immer ab und die Geräusche dabei sind nix für solche, die schlafen wollen. Aber da kannsu nix machen 😉

Reviewed May 14, 2026Spitzenlage. Äußerst freundliches und engagiertes Personal. Abwechslungsreiches Frühstück, auch geeignet für Veganer und Menschen mit Glutenunverträglichkeit, Wechselndes Warmes Buffett-Angebot am Abend. Bar mit gutem Service, Vielseitige Angebote im Haus, mit Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Für alle Altersgruppen geeignet. War mehrfach zu Gast und es war stets sehr sauber.
Trennung von Toilette und Gemeinschaftsdusche im Mehrbettzimmer wäre sinnvoll

Reviewed May 13, 2026Stayed 2 nights in this hostel in conjunction with the Hamburg Marathon. Reading the information presented upon booking it was stated that an extra charge of 5,5€ was to be charged for up to a 6 day stay if no you didn't have a youth hostel membership which i found reasonable. But upon arrival I was told that the fee was per night of the stay, furthermore, I was told that I needed to pay an additional 3,5€ per night for some sort of stickers that I could collect to receive some sort of membership. This was not disclosed in the booking information and apparently non-negotiable which meant I ended up paying 16€ extra per person for the 2 day stay. I also got asked whether I needed towels during the check-in to which I stated no and received none, but upon checking the receipt I had gotten charged 16€ for 2 towels. Then it was dinner time and we had decided to eat in the hostel restaurant, in the information pamflett we received upon check-in the price was stated at 10€. When we got to the kitchen they said that it's 13€ but that we need to go to the reception to pay, upon asking in the reception they guy wanted to charge me 16€. This was after running several laps between the kitchen and the reception because they both respectively kept deffering me to the other. In general it felt like they were trying to squeeze every penny possible out of their customers through vague information and arbitrary pricing.

Die Matratzen sind viel zu unbequem. Für eine Nacht ok aber bei Aufenthalt von einer Woche nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr hellhörig in der gesamten Herberge. Die Türen knallen extrem laut ins Schloss sodass an Schlaf nur mit Ohropax.

Zwei Toiletten und drei Duschen für über 20 Leute definitiv nicht ausreichend, noch dazu mangelnde Sauberkeit der Sanitäreinrichtungen.

There was no soap at the sink in the room and a bath mat would have been useful in the bathroom.

Frühstück war ausreichend und man hat alles was man braucht aber auch nicht mehr, es war teilweise etwas laut vom Flur

La colazione non aveva nessun tipo di dolce ad eccezione della marmellata. Al check in abbiamo dovuto pagare una tessera fidelity card obbligatoria di € 3,50 che non era specificata nella descrizione della struttura.

Camera al primo piano con bagno in stanza, quindi molto comodo. Sicuramente avere anche un bagno in comune anche al primo piano sarebbe più efficiente.
