The check in after 5 pm is through a machine, and it would be ok if it worked well. However it didn't scan passports so we spent 15 minutes checking in, and 45 waiting for two couples to check in in front of us. After a stressful day that definitely lowered our experience

Pero eso lo podemos encontrar en muchos otros lugares, ya que hoy por hoy todo tiene una nota y hay que superarse para mantenerse en el ranking. Lo que hace especial este establecimiento, es el personal, su amabilidad, discrepcion y sonrisas...y el super plus, es la Recepcionista. Creo que no habia encontrado (y he viajado mucho y a muchos paises) una recepcionista tan amable, profesional, gentil y podriamos vislumbrar un toque de "Cariñosa". Esas son las cosas que importan a los viajeros y que nos crean un bonito recuerdo, en mi caso y en el de mis hijos...de nuestra escapada a Barcelona. GRACIAS

Aria condizionata a 21 gradi non regolabile. Mancanza del freezer nello scomparto frigo. Pochi ganci e appendiabiti. Self check-in non troppo intuitivo. All’arrivo le tasse di soggiorno non corrispondevano tra Booking e la struttura, ma il problema è stato gestito molto bene dallo staff.

Reviewed Aug 15, 2026We were shocked and extremely disappointed by our check-in experience. We arrived at night with our two children, tired after travelling, and spent an entire hour standing outside the hotel because we could not get into our room. The self-check-in machine, which was supposed to provide the key, simply did not issue it. We were then instructed to call a hotline for assistance. Unfortunately, I was unable to make the call from my phone because the call kept disconnecting. I had not been warned in advance that we would have to make a phone call in the middle of the night in order to access our room. As a result, we were standing outside a hotel that we had already paid for, with our children, late at night, with no way to get inside. This was an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation. It also raises a serious question: how are guests who are deaf or hard of hearing, have speech difficulties, or do not speak English supposed to check in if the only way to resolve a problem is by calling a hotline? They simply cannot. The hotel should have a reliable alternative for situations like this, especially for late-night arrivals. We hope the hotel takes this issue seriously and improves the check-in system so that no other family has to experience what we did

Nous aurions juste apprécié avoir une cafetière dans l'appartement. Mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour non plus. Nous avions anticipé de prendre des sachets de café soluble pour dépanner.

El apartamento no es nada que ver a lo que te pintan en booking, la organización y la comunicación es pésima por no decir otras cosas. Cuando llegamos teníamos que hacer el check-in en una máquina que tenían ellos, y nos ponía que no teníamos ninguna reserva adjunta, probamos de mil maneras. Llamamos al número de teléfono, y ninguno de las 4 personas diferentes que nos atendieron en la llamada nos dio una solución óptima, menos mal que no lo pagamos, porque sería una vergüenza pagar por una reserva y encima quedarte en la calle sin que ninguna de las personas que se supone que están para ayudarte te de una solución decente es lo peor. Sigo esperando a que su compañero me llame, en fin unos incompetentes. A todo esto no éramos los únicos que tuvieron problemas para realizarlo, teníamos a una familia francesa que había pagado 3 días completos, iban con niños y tampoco les dieron una solución, se quedaron esperando a que los llamaran. UNA VERGÜENZA, no os alojéis aquí.

Sam apartament bardzo dobrze wyposażony, najważniejsze, że jest klimatyzacja. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt i bardzo chętnie wrócimy 🙂

Far from the main city part of Barcelona, about a 30 min bus ride. But then it is closer to the airport. Took a while to do the self check in kiosk outside to get in the front door because the front desk is closed around 5 or 6pm

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026The only positive aspect of our stay was the lady at the reception desk. She was polite, patient, and tried her best to assist us when we encountered problems.
Our experience was extremely disappointing. We arrived outside reception hours and had to use the self check-in machine. Before our arrival, customer service informed us that Apple Pay would be accepted, but the machine only accepted physical cards. As a result, we were unable to complete the check-in process and were locked outside the building. The emergency contact service was particularly poor. The staff member was rude, constantly interrupted us, showed no understanding of our situation, and focused only on repeating their own points instead of listening. Pokój czysty, zadbany, Na duży plus zasługuje położenie hotelu blisko galerii, gdzie można się zaopatrzyć w jedzenie np. na śniadania. W dniu wyjazdu bez problemu zostawiliśmy bagaże w oczekiwaniu na wyjazd na lotnisko. Pozdrawiam z całego serca.

Le Prix était trop élevé même si l'appartement était chic. Le Check in trop long parceque l'accueil ferme trop tôt. Il fallait même enregistrer les petits enfants ( 9 ans) et la Procédure est très longue. Ils auraient dû mettre un Système d'enregistrement en ligne avant d arriver, ça nous aurait faciliter la tâche !

The apartment was fully equipped with daily necessities, and the kitchen had everything needed for cooking, including cookware and tableware. The location was convenient, with easy access to the MRT station, supermarkets, and shopping areas. The staff were also very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
