Reviewed Aug 28, 2026sarei stato felice di lasciare una bella recensione ma non siamo riusciti a soggiornare nella struttura per via di lavori in corso, dove ci hanno chiesto di spostarci all’ exe barcellona gate dove la struttura era carina ma la collocazione completamente lontana da tutto, creandomi un disagio di 1 ora per raggiungere il centro città. In seguito ho provato a contattare ikonik lex dove non hanno più risposto appena ho chiesto uno sconto visto che ho pagato quasi 900€ per stare in una determinata zona.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Stanza pulita ogni giorno con rifacimento del letto. Ottima posizione, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla metro. Comodo anche il check-in tardivo grazie alla reception aperta 24 ore su 24. Staff gentile.
L’unico aspetto che non ci è piaciuto riguarda il deposito bagagli. Avevamo concordato di ritirarli dopo le 18:00 e ci era stato confermato che non ci sarebbero stati problemi. Tuttavia, alle 16:40 abbiamo ricevuto un messaggio che ci chiedeva di recuperarli entro le 17:00 perché l’hotel avrebbe chiuso quel giorno alle ore 17 fino al 31 agosto. Questo ci ha costretto a interrompere la visita di in luogo e a fare tutto di fretta, perdendo alcune cose che avremmo voluto vedere. Apprezziamo comunque la gentilezza della ragazza della reception, che ha aspettato il nostro arrivo nonostante fossimo riusciti a raggiungere l’hotel solo verso le 17:30.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Letto fantastico, enorme e confortevole, la cosa che in assoluto mi è piaciuta di più. La colazione molto buona, con una discreta scelta al buffet ed un buon caffè. La posizione dell'albergo era buona, poco distante dalla stazione della metro e da quella degli autobus. Oltretutto in una zona abbastanza tranquilla e silenziosa. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Esperienza da ripetere nel caso tornassi a Barcellona.
Ho trovato tutto di mio gradimento.

Ma fais payer 2 fois les frais du minibar et ne m’a jamais remboursé. Leur site est une arnaque car tout paiement passe dessus et visiblement invisible pour eux donc ils vous font repayer 2 fois les mêmes choses.

Het hotel over het algemeen was vies en het stonk. De vloerbedekking in de hal zit vol vlekken. Al met al, veel teveel geld voor dit niveau van hygiëne. Dit hotel verdient absoluut geen 4 sterren.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Personnel très gentil et accueillant, souriant, nous avons eu la chambre plus tôt car déjà prête. Chambre spacieuse et pratique. Hotel proche des stations de métro, pour aller au centre ville ou à l'aéroport (ouverture du métro à 5h du matin pour vol 7h20, il ne faut pas être plus au centre si trajet en métro).
La propreté des draps (revoir le prestataire de blanchisserie).

Micul dejun foarte slab calitativ si foarte putin. Usa de la camera toata zgariata pe exterior. Mobilier interior...usor deteriorat. Personal putin la micul dejun. Mesele nu erau mereu debarasate. Geamurile nespalate pe exterior. Pe hol miroasea a spatiu inchis iar mocheta era murdara. La bar nu era personal pentru o cafea. Din punctul meu de vedere hotelul este 3 stele.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026On the positive side: the breakfast is decent (the only protein options are an omelette and sausages), but there is a great selection of juices and sweets. The location is good — close to a metro station, and the prices are lower than hotels in the city centre. I can't help but mention the wonderful staff. I am truly grateful to the people who handled room cleaning, front desk service and dining room service — it was all at the highest level.
To be honest, this is quite disappointing. I stayed for a week. The prices immediately caught my eye — they are simply not justified, and I genuinely don't understand the pricing policy. Our room had no terrace and very little natural light. It's clear the hotel has seen better days: there was something resembling mold in the bathroom, and the shower cabin looked worn and beaten up. The hallways have stale air, and you just want to get out of there as fast as possible or hide in your room. It is ALWAYS stuffy in summer — even with the window open. The rooms have air conditioners, but their condition is rather interesting: when turned on to maximum cooling, they just make a "brrr" sound, but the temperature doesn't change at all. Given that we were travelling in March when it was +20°C outside, I can't even imagine what it must be like in summer. While not the most critical issue, it's worth mentioning: the elevators do work, but they are clearly quite worn out and respond slowly to everything you do. The hotel description states there is a gym — and there is indeed one... but in reality it has 1 treadmill, 1 elliptical trainer, 1 bench press and a set of dumbbells up to 10 kg. I expected hotel gyms to be poorly equipped, but this feels like a joke. At least put up a pull-up bar... Oh, and of course — it's stuffy in there too.

Reviewed Apr 11, 2026Nur die Lage, das Zimmer das uns zuerst zugeteilt wurde, war das einzige renoviert Zimmer. Zu unserem Entsetzen, hatte das Zimmer beim betreten 29 Grad Celsius und das bei eine Außentemperatur von 23 Grad! Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Nach Nachfrage von uns wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass diese momentan wohl nicht funktioniert, da diese auf Winter eingestellt sei und nur Wärme abgibt. Der Haustechnik sei wegen Ostern auf Urlaub und wir könnten ja uns mit ein Ventilator der uns zur Verfügung gestellt werden sollte aushelfen. Dieses haben wir nicht akzeptiert und umgehend ein anderes Zimmer verlangt. Da es in der Beschreibung mit Klima und seit 2020 renoviert worden sei habe ich mir mehr Komfort erhofft. Leider ist die Realität anders, laut Personal ist die Rezeption renoviert und das Zimmer 301. alles Andre ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht teilweisen nicht funktionsfähig, wie bereits die Klima Anlage erwähnt. Wir haben dann zwar ein anderes Zimmer im ersten Stock erhalten aber in einem heruntergekommenen Zustand. Das Möbelinventar sehr in die Jahre gekommen und verschließen die Zimmertür musste kräftig zugezogen werden und wir mussten es dem Zimmerservice mitteilen da diese unser Tür offen gelassen haben. Fazit ich würde mich in der Gegend um ein anders Hotel umschauen wenn ich wieder nach Barcelona Urlaub mache würde.
Die Angestellten im Spätdienst. Haben einen versucht alles runterzuspielen kein angenehmes Miteinander habe nur am Handy rumgespielt. Nur am letzten Tag hat er sich bemüht vor dem aushecken sich zu profilieren und gebeten eine gute Rezension abzugeben.
