Always great place to stay in every time we visited Tangerang. Been Novotel customer since 2017. Nice staff , great food and clean facilities. Great Job Novotel Tangerang.

Our experience started off on the wrong foot with a slow check-in process and no acknowledgment from the receptionist, which made us feel unwelcome. The hallway and room were noticeably warm—perhaps cozy in winter, but uncomfortable in a tropical climate like this. After settling into the room, we waited 30 minutes for our luggage to arrive, only to end up calling reception ourselves. Overall, the lack of attentiveness and poor climate control made for a less-than-pleasant start to our stay.

Attached to TangCity Mall, it is very convenient. Staff is welcoming and forthcoming. I checked in very early in the morning coming back from umrah. The staff helped me and my wife settled down quickly with food and laundry. Highly recommended.

Came here for a night. Location is the best part for Novotel if you need to be in Tangerang since it has direct access to the mall where you can have your meals and a small grocery shop. The room is basic otherwise.

Nice room layout and spacious bathtub. Just wish there is easier way to use the shower gel and shampoo while using the tub.

We stayed at this property for one night as we were on a layover to Bali. They upgraded us to a suite upon check in. Very nice hotel located above a mall. Close to lots of restaurants.

this hotel is far from the airport around 45 mn drive , the room was ok but old style and the looby and lift very dirty especially during the covid 19 pandemic they should really care about cleanest...the mall next door good for have a meal but not for shopping anything...overall this hotel is quiet expensive for the quality and the location...not Novotel standard .

It was truly an excellent experience at Novotel Tangerang Hotel. The service was excellent especially at the restaurant. The breakfast was perfect with a lot of variations. Truly 5 stars hotel.

The staff were amazing. In particular the duty manager, Arita, who I bumped into was so helpful with sharing information about the properties amenities.👍

Love the Pool Deck, and poolside atmosphere. Room was nice, and clean, with extra Large King Bed. Bathroom was also nice, but lacked some privacy. Breakfast was really good, with lots of different options. about 30 minute ride to the airport. Right next to the Mall, and massage at spa was also extraordinary.

The Novotel Tangerang is very nice and well located. I appreciated both the room and the service. Prices are reasonnable. For sure, i will go again. Thanks to everybody.

The Hotel is perfect, it is not close to local areas of interest, but taxis are cheap The restaurant at breakfast is great but twice in the evening there was huge shortages on what was available. Out de the pool gets the sun in the morning but disappears in the afternoon

- Love the location of the Hotel, next to the TangCity Mall (hopefully I got the name right). I could buy food and groceries from that Mall. - The service was great too, except for the time spent during the check-in and check-out but it was not such a big deal. - Love the room's interior and given the price that I paid for the stay, it was definitely worth it But perhaps soundproofing could be improved? - I went to the Lounge to take the welcome drink and to my surprise found a great place for reading. It was right next to the pool area and love how they decorate the area surrounding it Overall I had a pleasant stay in the Hotel

Asked for non smoking but was allocated a smoking room. Requested for bathrobe at point of booking and again at he check in counter but still not provided until I called housekeeping and waited for it. On second day, new tooth brush was not replaced until I called housekeeping.

Easy to to arrange parking. I had some problems with internet, but it was solved quite quickly when contacting hotel. Hotel is next to a shopping mall, so an free afternoon could be spent there. Kind staff, but sometimes I felt I had to wait unnecessarily long time after I made requests. Next time I stay here I will choose the executive room for all nights (includes access to lounge to 20th floor)

The drainage in our room smelled bad... like I think a rat died or something. But other than that I thought it was a nice hotel. I loved their spa!!! It was such a good massage.

Enjoyed my stay , chose Tangerang area as it's closer to airport and quicker to reach . Unlike Jakarta center where I would face rush hour traffic . Novotel Tangerang is a lovely hotel , loved their services and rooms , would definitely let me friends choose this hotel , highly recommended .

Booked for a non-smoking room and there was no more they said. Smoking room smelled a lot, bad way to start a trip after travelling so long.

A very good hotel close to the airport , if you want to be safe from the amazing traffic of Jakarta , choose a hotel that's nearby to the airport . Tangerang is better because the traffic isn't much and this hotel is perfect . Right from check in to my checkout I felt happy staying here . Would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to my colleagues .

Great hotel; great breakfast, great spa. Water is undrinkable (everywhere in Indonesia) but they provide an endless supply of bottled water. Attached mall is terrific.

Honestly for a 4 star hotel, their bed is very comfortable. What i hope they can improve is the service. On my 2nd day they did not give us our 2 bottles of mineral water, and i find the room itself abit dated

In general nice hotel close to a mall; however needs to take care more to the toitles as they are made small for asian people.

This hotel is much closer to the airport than downtown Jakarta. However, depending on the route, travel to/from the airport can take nearly as long as travel to/from downtown Jakarta. Be sure to ask the hotel staff to let the taxi driver know when you need to be at the airport.

Most of my requirements are being met and the hotel staffs are all very friendly.

The room is cosy, bed is comfortable, setback is shower is small. The gym is great with well equiped station for execrise.

Most important, hotel in good condition, beds very comfortable. Mall attached has some reasonable food choices. Location is fine if you are needed in this area or just staying at hotel to relax. Hotel staff friendly and try hard. Food and selection is reasonable. Hotel was not busy ,lots of staff, but if you were sitting outside by the pool, the service was hard to come by. Traffic in Jakarta is terrible, airport is roughly a one hour drive from hotel.

All of this hotel is great at a great price, except I can never get any Club Acor credit for it. Not a big deal.....

I love staying at Novotel group, and even this was my first time in Novotel Tangerang but I still find the same quality service of Novotel that I usually expect. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The food selection and quality for breakfast is good. The swimming pool is good and very clean. The hotel is adjacent to a shopping mall, so that it is easy to find something to eat if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

Disappointed because breakfast not included, provided with 1set of toiletries, need to request, unable to temporarily loan charger plug from hotel (got to leave your hand phone at reception area to charge), also only tea available need to request for coffee.

the hotels not maintained properly. the shower soap dish broken, even though complain nothing was done about it. the wash basin chipped and broken. carpets stained and not cleaned. general maintenance not up to standard.

I travelled in Jakarta alone. The hotel is near airport but quite far from Central Jakarta. You have to pay around 150,000IDR for single journey to Centre point. 300,000 IDR for round trip. And it takes an hour. But it was great to stay there. The hotel staffs are helpful and good in English.

stayed overnight for airline connection...nice helpful staff. If airlining in or out, to avoid LONG taxi ride and tolls, to and from airport must be via airport perimeter road. call concierge for specific directions to taxi driver, or you'll go on an endless expensive city tour in Jakarta traffic.

The staff were very nice, you feel welcomed from the very first second until you check out. Good selection of food for the buffet breakfast and the pool is good, not many people using it during weekdays. Service is above average compared with other Novotel.

It's a good place for vacation

Everything was perfect but we couldn't get the front desk or guest services to answer the phone. We wanted to schedule a wake up call and taxi.

I will be stay in Novotel next year

Hotel was great BUT not close to the airport. The description saying it is 7km is not true. It is more like 13+km and with traffic this is about an hour! Would not recommend as an airport hotel unless you have a very early morning flight.

Enjoyed my stay in the hotel - great service, nice firm bed and pillows and breakfast was wonderful. Will stay in hotel if ever I have to go back that way.

Very convenience location with shopping mall connected to the hotel, therefore eating, dinning and shopping is not a problem. Taxi is easily available in less than 1 min. Hotel staffs are very friendly and professionally trained. I will definitely come back again for my next trip.

a lovely hotel, nice gym, spa ,and pool near to shops and convenient for the airport my daughter and i stayed their on the way back to the UK from Bali ,our daughter works in Jakarta this was picked off the internet by my husband who will get his rewards when i get home :)

A wonderful hotel in the middle of a highly popular modern shopping mall, but it takes a half hour to get there from the airport. I loved the stay but wish I had taken a place closer to the airport.

Everything was ok except the room was too cold. Temp control doesn't seem to work. Like the hotel to be within Tang City shopping mall. Can find food, shopping n catch up on a English movie

Took about 40 mins to get to the hotel. They only have a shuttle to the airport, not from. The shuttle is 260 rupiah per person when a cab costs between 150-200. When we got the hotel at 4pm, our room was not ready. We waited 15 mins before we were told it was not ready and were offered a welcome drink in the bar.I asked for a visitor internet pass, which didn't work. Once we actually got checked into our room, the internet in our room also didn't work. They sent up a IT tech and he worked for over 30 mins and still no internet. Frustrated, we went to get a drink in the bar. 230 for a double shot of jack. That's almost $20 USD and it wasn't even a generous pour. My husband hated this hotel and it ruined our last day in Jakarta.

Friendly and helpful Staff

Money well spent. Hotel built within a mall, service was nothing short of excellent. Plenty of amenities, gym a pool etc No such things as King sized beds here, just 2 single beds joined together as one.
