Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Alles sehr unkompliziert, freundlich und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gross und abwechslungsreich. In 30 Minuten ist man am Flughafen. Die Massage war sehr angenehm und die Terminbuchung äusserst unkompliziert.

the mattress is actually quite dirty. we had 3 rooms and all had dirty mattress and toilet! a bit run down room. there were so many ants in the toilet and the toilet floors were so murky and dirty. the hotel have the potential but the room was not it.

The shower didn’t have soap only shampoo and towels were disgusting looks like rugs. They must change it into new ones.

The location

I booked one night but couldn't sleep because of the motorcycle noise. Very loud as the hotel by the road. I was on a high floor

Very disappointed with the service at this hotel. Even for a simple welcome drink, I had to wait almost 30 minutes without any clear explanation. It is unbelievable that such a large hotel seemed to have only one staff member handling many guests at the same time, making everything slow and unorganized. The overall stay felt uncomfortable because the service was clearly not prepared to handle guests properly. Management seriously needs to add more staff and improve the service system so guests do not have to wait that long for something so simple. The building and location may be good, but the service quality definitely needs major improvement.

ضيق الغرفه نسبيا لكن جدا نظيفه واثاث ممتاز

لم يعجبني الافطار .. فلم يكن مناسب الا البيض فقط

البوفيه .. موقع الفندق حول منطقة صناعية ومعارض سيارات .. مقتنيات الحمام من صابون و شامبو علب فارغة ولم يتم تعبئتها وتجهيزها رغم ان حجزي قبل شهر .. والأهم المناشف جميعها متسخة وبقع صفراء .. وفرش السرير و الوسائد فيها بقع .. في النهاية السرير لمن لديه تحسس من النظافة غير مريح له .. ولا انصح به للعائلة وغيرها …

Clean and modern interior, the room was comfortable and practical for all our needs. The staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, especially Indri and Irvan on reception, a real credit to the company name. The rooftop pool area provided welcome rest, even several rabbits sharing the area up there! That’s great for young children. It’s certainly the staff that are the best thing about the hotel, cheerful and friendly throughout. Food was adequate but after each one I didn’t feel that excited about what I’d eaten, rather just ‘okay’ really.

The property is situated in a somewhat unattractive area with nothing much around. Main shopping or eating out is a taxi ride away in most cases. The noise from traffic can be heard constantly even with the windows firmly closed. A mosque is located nearby so expect to hear the call to prayer at those times. Food is adequate rather than outstanding.

The staff service at this hotel is excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and delicious. If you ever travel to or visit Semarang for business, this hotel would be your first choice.Highly recommended! 😊

Break fast need improve and also gym needs more equipment for exercise?

Nice staycation place in the heart of Tangerang area. Comfortable bedding that increase sleep quality, nice pool and nice food & beverages. Please change the conditions of your rabbits on the top floor near the swimming pool. They need constant water (maybe better in a bottle you can hang). They need continuously fiber (hay and fresh veggies) not only carrots and pellets. A rabbit must be able to eat his first poo which provides him essential vitamins otherwise it dies. The house opening can't be in the wind. This is simple advice from a veterinarian for the wellbeing of the animal. They can't be just a temporary tourist attraction. Thanks Dr. Decaestecker Juliet

I had such an amazing experience staying at Mercure Tangerang Centre! From check-in to check-out, everything went smoothly, the staff were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, the bed was so cozy, and the city view at night was beautiful. The hotel facilities were excellent too: the swimming pool was clean, the gym was well-maintained, and the breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options (I especially loved the pastries and coffee). The location is great, right in the city center and easy to reach from the airport. It’s perfect for both business trips and relaxing staycations with family or a partner. Overall, Mercure Tangerang Centre provided a truly memorable stay. I’d definitely love to come back again! ❤️

i was joining their table manners class, which was not only informative but also delivered in a fun and elegant setting, helping me feel more confident and polished for formal events.

The room was nice and clean..the staff is handful and very kind to assist...food is fantastic especially the eggs and indomie..

Location is ideally for whom mobiling between Tangerang and BSD to avoid crowd.

The bed height is somewhat rocket high and only fit for people which 2 meters height or more. Definitely unsafe for kids to climb and jump from the bed. No locking mechanism at the bathroom will leave you with no privacy. Intimate design is always good if its equipped with mitigation idea.

Poor housekeeping. I was shocked to see that the toilet had not been flushed when I came in, with waste still present. The shower gel was not refilled, and the towel was stained and worn out.

Overall staying was so wonderful. The building is new with modern facilities. Love the shower it is hot and the aircond is not so cold. Food is delicious. All staff are friendly especially Fitri.

We have requested several demands for the breakfast to accommodate and Ihram helped and supported a lot to satisfy our group and all staff quite friendly and smiley to all guests. Room and Bed is very comfortable. The personnel from entrance to top is very professional and helpful. Thanks to guy in the bar who made me an immune tea by understanding my need. The room size is very small and no cupboards.

I am super impressed by the warm service by Ibu Imelda. She understands the need of customers and value the long term commitment to resume my free room upgrade due to business schedule change. I will definitely come back to Mercure Tangerang Centre!

The room was clean and good value for money.

The staff were very passive and slow. The wooden keycard didn’t not function well to enable electricity in the room. We constantly experienced interruptions and on/off switching due to the bad contact of the keycard into the dedicated slot. It took about 30 minutes for an engineer to come to the room and help us solve the issue.
