Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Really close to the night market. Staff made everything convenient and easy. Rooms were comfy.
It had been raining heavily and they were leaking everywhere. The walls had mold all over them and the hallways smelled like mold. They tried to put dehumidifiers in the halls and towels to stop the water.

Absolute chaos at check in. Herded like cattle into a waiting area after registering, then having to fight to be dealt with when 4.00 pm arrived. Crazy system and very unwelcoming. Mouldy shower curtains .

1.房間地板很髒沙沙的，房間很小。 2.早餐用餐服務員問要不要可頌 然後後面又說不勉強 不用現在決定 然後就說要哪個呢？啊所以到底是要人家怎樣？我覺得福容的服務態度不應該是這樣啊…只能說太接地氣了吧～ 3.服務人員聊天超大聲 一邊切柳丁一邊說 哇這品質也太差 前兩天才送來的…還有說生菜送來的都爛掉。聽他們講完完全沒食欲了… 然後收完盤超大聲，不知道是故意還是怎樣，我的寶寶10個月下一大跳直接崩潰大哭.. 早餐看起來像廚餘真的要再加強欸～

浴室門鎖壞，沒有可以放換洗衣服的地方，毛巾在廁所架上不在浴室。 床單有髒污及破損縫補痕跡，建議太老舊的可以更換掉。 椅子濕濕黏黏的，感覺是抹布太濕了，入住時還沒乾，有點噁心。 房間燈光太暗，窗戶看出去是其他建築的牆壁。 整體來說是棟比較有年紀的旅館。

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026飯店位置就在墾丁大街上，地點很好。下樓就可以逛街覓食，對面還有屈臣氏，要採買一些生活用品也很方便。 飯店附設有地下停車場，這在大街上的旅宿算很難得。 服務人員態度良好，而且整棟公共空間都有股香味，感覺很舒服。 住的房型是浴室跟廁所分離，但又有拉門在中間，要打開相通，或拉上相隔都可以。熱水水量夠，熱水來的也快又穩定，沐浴乳跟洗髮精品質不錯，不是雜牌的。
枕頭附了大小各一，但都偏軟，要兩個疊在一起躺，才有墊高的感覺（床墊則軟硬適中，蠻好睡的。）
