Well maintained and clean. Walking distance from BITEC convention area. Great staff.

Quite far from the core of Bangkok. Far from Nightlife and sights. Very basic gym and very limited breakfast.

水壓很小 且水不是冷的就是燙的 只能硬用冷水洗澡 水小到必須沖很久很久…. 洗臉槽堵塞 每次用都積水很噁心 第三天整理房間時沒有給新的水

I stayed here for four nights while attending an exhibition in Bangkok. I accidentally picked up the wrong bag at the airport, but the front desk staff were extremely kind and helped me communicate with the airport. Thanks to their careful support, my bag was found safely. I am very grateful for their thoughtful and professional service.

The only issue was that the dryer function of the washing machine was not available during my stay.

BITEC までシャトルバスがあり、展示会に行くのに大変便利でした。しかも清潔です。部屋の広さも、掃除も完璧でした。

シャトルバスか18:30まであれば、有料でも良いので助かります。

Location, cleanliness and staff. If you are attending any exhibition at BITEC, this can be an option if you are ok to eat what is available around.

Food was not at all available, vegetarian option was NIL. They drop you to BITEC, but no pickup. For a short distance you don't get much taxi or others, for walking it's not easy considering there is no foot path in the access road from.main road.

I told the reception that my washer / dryer is not functioning. In less than an hour, they came with a new machine to replace the old one.

อาจจะไกลสถานีรถไฟฟ้าไปนิด ขาไปมีรถรับส่ง แต่ขากลับอาจจะลำบากต้องเดินนิดนึง แต่ภาพรวมก็โอเค รถรับส่งตรงเวลา พนักงานขับรถบริการดี แม้มีผู้โดยสารคนเดียว แต่ก็ไปส่ง ไม่รอนาน ตรงเวลา ขับรถสุภาพ ปลอดภัย ชื่นชมค่ะ ส่วนพนักงาน reservation บริการดีจริง อันนี้ขอชื่นชมมากๆ หาของไม่เจอ เค้าก็มาช่วยหา ด้วยความใจเย็นกับแขก ไม่แสดงสีหน้ารำคาญใดๆ คือประทับใจมากๆ ค่ะ

部屋の水道を使おうと蛇口を捻ったら大量の錆を含んだ水が出てきた。及び排水が詰まりぎみ。シャワーの温度調整がおかしい。（部屋番号249）

全般的に全て良い。 スタッフの対応も優しい感じなので好印象です。今回で宿泊5回目です。また利用させて頂きます。

シャワーで、温度がおかしかった。レバー位置をお湯が出る位置に合わせて出すと熱湯→冷水→熱湯→冷水（繰り返す）と変化した。落ちついてシャワーを浴びれなかった。宿泊した部屋は249です。出来たら点検してほしい。 以前宿泊していた部屋と比較して残念に思った点は以上です。

The room was clean

lack of amenities. Breakfast was sub-standard. no vegetarian options. no halal options. no gluten free options. no coffee/tea provided in the room. no table to sit at in my standard room. Staff had difficulty understanding English. communication was a challenge.

Nice residence building, VERY clean, nice small airconditioned gym and outdoor pool in the adjecent building. Good wifi and even netflix. There is even a shuttle to the near BTS station every 30 min. The security staff is very curtious, help you cross the little road when needed.

Its a little off the beaten track and far from public transport and good restaurants, but the facilities themselves are very good.

It was conveniently located ito the convention centre but was quite isolated after hours

There was no buffet breakfast and the did not cater for halaal. There was no stove in the suite so we couldn’t really make our own breakfasts. There was also limited information on what to do or where to to go for tours or eating out places and the staff struggled with English. They advertise a shuttle to the conference venue but it was rarely available.

The stay was good. A proper studio apartment with a bedroom, kitchen and hall.

Location a little far from Sukhumvit

Nous avons réservé 2 chambres et nous nous sommes retrouvés dans 2 bâtiments séparés par la route. Pour un des logements, était indiqué balcon, c était à la place des petites fenêtres

Spacious nice room, almost like a bachelor pad. Very comfy. Strong wi-fi. Good breakfast. Daily attentive housekeeping.

The front desk staff is not friendly and communication is tricky. Location is not convenient - quite far from the nearest BTS. There is supposed to be a shuttle every 30min, but in reality the bus is not always available. Breakfast, even though tasty, is not a buffet.

Room was very nice and included a small kitchen with a washing machine. Nice quiet location near a Home Pro center with some dining options. Near a major road with good access to taxis.

Very convenient for travellers attending conferences at the BITEC

I really enjoyed my stay at Thompson Residency Hotel. Everything was excellent — the room was clean and comfortable, the staff were very kind and helpful, and the location was perfect. I liked everything and would definitely stay here again!

The only small issue was that the Wi-Fi worked a bit slowly. Especially in the evening time.

It was clean and well air conditioned. Water was hot and the bed was comfortable.

Not near enough restaurants but we were there for work.

Walking distance to BITEC, especially easy if you use the shortcut door from the hotel. They also peovide a free shuttle to go there (but not to come back). Breakfast was good and workers were very helpful.

No views from room. It was suddenly very noisy at 5.45am when they were getting everything ready for breakfast. I was on the first floor, first door from the stairs and could even here music. This happened only 1 day.

Good location. Very near to BITEC. Also they provide shuttle drop off to BITEC.

Courteous and accomodating staff. The room was clean but not spacious (Standard Double). The bathroom is very small. The bed is comfortable and good sized. Had airconditioning problems the first day but technicians were send instantly after my complain and fixed it! Security 24/7. 7/Eleven nearby...Quiet area. Free shuttle bus to Bang Na BTS station. Good food markets at nearby Udomsuk and Samrong area's. The 'nearby' MEGA mall is worth a visit (Central Mall)

Not a particularly exciting neighborhood for non BITEC visitors. But of course everything is accessible with a grab taxi and/or BTS.
