The room was huge and the bed was very comfortable. It was really competitively affordable for its size and opulence given the deteriorating age of the building. The pool and gym are ok but could do with some renovations to modernise

The hotel overall needs a big renovation since the earthquake in 2025. The lifts are ridiculously too slow, sometimes you have to wait up to 10 minutes for a lift to the ground floor. Although the beds are king size and comfortable the bathrooms are really outdated and need an uplift. The same can be said for the kitchens too.

The location and the bathroom is very nice

Beds not that comfortable. TV cord doesn’t allow it to move so can’t be viewed from couch. Noisy resident neighbours. You can wait a long time for a lift.

1- the room old and not cleaned well 2. The shower need to make drain i told them many time and still blocked. 3. The carpet not cleaned well. 4. I asked for blanket and they said don’t have ! 5. When they clean they not replaced the shampoo and shower gel.

زرته 2019 و السنه 2026 الغرف مجدده بالكامل .. موقعه ممتاز وقريب جدا مشي لـ تيرمنال 21.. مناسب للعوائل والاقامات الطويله كل الغرف فيها مطبخ صغير.

Perfect, nice location, very comfortable and great staff.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but unfortunately this stay was very disappointing. The only real positives of this hotel are the amazing views from the higher floors and the staff. I especially want to thank Honey at the reception. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. You could clearly see that she was doing everything she could to solve our problems, even when many of them were beyond her control. She is a great employee and deserves recognition.

Now for the reasons why I would not stay here again. We specifically booked the room with a jacuzzi and balcony, and those were the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, both were a huge disappointment. The jacuzzi was in poor condition. The water coming from the jets was dirty, and instead of cleaning it before guests arrived, the hotel suggested that we should repeatedly fill and drain the jacuzzi several times to flush the system ourselves. This is something that should be done by the hotel before guests check in, not by paying customers. The “balcony” is also misleading. It is just a very narrow, dirty space. It was locked when we arrived, so we had to ask the staff to unlock it. There were no chairs or table, making it completely unusable. The hotel itself is old. The furniture is worn out, and many areas feel like they haven’t been renovated in years. The hallways are dirty, and the carpets desperately need deep cleaning. Our first room had plumbing issues. The jacuzzi wasn’t working properly, and the sink drain was clogged. We eventually had to change rooms because of these problems. Breakfast was another disappointment. The selection stayed almost exactly the same every day, and most of the food was bland and lacked flavor. The location is also not very convenient, as it is quite far from most tourist attractions and places people usually want to visit in Bangkok. We booked this hotel specifically for the jacuzzi room and balcony, but both were disappointing. The jacuzzi had dirty water, and we were asked to flush it ourselves instead of the hotel cleaning it before check-in. The balcony was locked, dirty, very narrow, and had no furniture. The hotel is old, the furniture is worn, the corridors and carpets need deep cleaning, the plumbing had problems, breakfast was repetitive and bland, the elevators were slow, and the location was not very convenient.

ここでの滞在は3回目です。ロケーションは最高です。部屋は一日中明るく、とても清潔です。シャワーの水圧も問題ありません。今回の部屋は洗濯機と乾燥機が別々に設置してありました。スタッフも皆さん笑顔で感じがいいです。トイレのペーパーやタオルの補充のリクエストなどもすぐに対応してくれました。次回もこのホテルに滞在するでしょう。

I'll start with location, you can't get any better close to sky walk, sky train, blue metro line. Amazing park or parks I can say. Breathtaking view from balcony on 29th floor. Good pool as well on 25th. They make you feel like VIP since you walk through the door. Cannot say a bad word about this hotel. You can order food room service which is really food and cheap. This area opens whole city for you. I continue my Thiland trip but this place make a wow effect at the start.

only one set of towel, impossible to contact the receptiion with the phone from the room, o one pick up. the jacuzzi was not super clean. And the closet smeels bad like old no aeration there for long time.

De liften zijn langzaam en warm. In de accomodatie was de temperatuur lastig te controleren (of te warm of te koud).

41.Katta kaldık manzara muhteşemdi.Oda gayet yeterli ve büyük buzdolabı ütü hepsi mevcut.Mutfak gereçleri sadece odada olabilirdi ama isterseniz getiriyorlar.Konum olarak her yere yürüme mesafesinde ve otel çevresinde market restoranlar mevcut genel olarak çok memnun kaldık.

Grote kamer met salon goede bedden en super uitzicht op 29ste verdieping en vlakbij metro en trein. Bad mer uitzicht skyline Bangkok mooi zwembad. Goei verlichting op kamer en grote ralen. Airco top.

Zwembad sluit om 18u, receptie niet echt behulpzaam qua info activiteiten. Hotel niet echt op toeristen gericht. Nogal kil hotel zonder sfeer.paar kakkerlakjes in badkamer…

Breakfast is NOT served in the hotel, but at a restaurant-shop, which doesn't look good, even though the breakfast choices are just a few. You should change it; it's very, very bad. Value for money - you can find cheaper and better places in this area.

Ich mag dieses Hotel. Bin schon sehr oft dort gewesen.Zimmer super groß und sauber mit atemberaubenden Blick auf die Skyline 🌆.Die Rezeption immer sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.Man fühlt sich sehr wohl…..

The property has a wonderful pool. But it closes at 6pm. Should be later. My room was large and the bathroom was excellent. Staff was attentive.

My room was very basic. The hotel is very dated. Lots of cracks and dirt could often be seen.

الموقع رائع - بعيد عن أماكن الصخب لكن قريب لأهم المناطق السياحية والمجمعات .. يوجد مطعم لبناني/تركي حلال مباشرة مقابل المجمع وكذلك سوبرماركت يفتح 24 ساعة مقابل الفندق و سفن الفن دقيقتين مشي. اطلالة الفندق جميلة خصوصا في الطوابق المرتفعة والشقة كانت جدا جدا واسعة. الخدمة ممتازة والموظفين خدومين. خيار اتوقع مناسب جدا للعوائل الخليجية

الفندق قديم - الأثاث والحمامات والديكورات قديمة واحساسها غير لطيف - المكيف في الغرفة الاضافية لم يكن يعمل .. اصوات مكيف من الشقق المقابلة مزعج جدا وكذلك اصوات مياه المجاري من الشقق التي بالأعلى مزعج جدا. المراتب غير مريحة وسببت لي صداع وشد في الرقبة طوال فترة وجودي في بانكوك. وجدت حشرة في البانيو ..

Me encantó que la habitación fuera tan grande. Las vistas de la habitación aunque pensaba que nos tocaría una habitación que hiciera esquina y se pudiera haber vistas tanto a un lado como al otro. Sólo podíamos ver en una parte porque es la otra parte hay un edificio. Todos los días limpiaban y recogían la habitación incluso fregaban la vajilla. El personal muy amable. La piscina estaba chulísima.

Que el horario de la piscina cierre a las 18 de la tarde en muy pronto. Porque cuando sales a ver templos a lo mejor llegas a esa hora o las siete y te apetece darte un baño. Que podía ser un poquito más barato porque el hotel está chulo pero no es nuevo, tiene su tiempo. Que el colchón de la cama es muy duro.

Location was great!

The room was big, with two bathrooms with many amenities.

Unable to use the AC comfortably as it was too loud. Could not sleep with it on, leading to very hot nights. Also was not told that breakfast is at a corner store near the hotel, which did not have many breakfast options, so we mostly had dinner meals for breakfast.

The location and the room view were amazing!

The noise isolation was not good. I could hear neighbours easily, and they woke me up often. The shower room was blocked, asked to fix the drain, but it remained the same.

Had an amazing holiday in Bangkok, and this hotel was the perfect choice! The highlight of our stay was definitely the pool area—it was the perfect place to cool down and relax after a busy day of sightseeing. The rooms were spotless, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommend

Superbe hôtel. Nous avons pris la plus grande suite avec vue 360degres sur la ville, c’était exceptionnel. On se demande pourquoi ce n’est pas un 5 étoiles. Nous avons séjourné au Eastin et nous avons préféré le Column.

Chambre au top avec une superbe vue !

Je devais avoir une chambre avec la jacuzzi avec hue sur le parc malheureusement le jacuzzi étant cassé nous avons eu une chambre au 41e étage. La clim était très vieille et faisait de gros bruits, nous devions l’éteindre le soir pour dormir et avions donc chaud.

Wir waren zum 2. Mal in diesem Hotel und wieder ein großes Zimmer mit extra Schlafzimmer. Es ist so geräumig, dass man darin tanzen könnte. Der Blick aus dem 30. Stock war gigantisch. Alles sauber und eine perfekte Ausgangslage für Ausflüge. Wir hatten sogar eine Waschmaschine und der Pool im 25. Stock hat eine grandiose Sicht auf Bangkok.

Es ist alles etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem der Teppich im Wohnzimmer hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Aber es war alles sauber.

Late check out erteilt. NETT sein bekommt man auch positives zurück.

Sehr schöne, geräumige Suite in bester Lage. Sehr sauber und dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden war, war perfekt.

Am Pool kann man sich leider nicht richtig aufhalten und die Bodenplanken müssten dringend erneuert werden

the skyline view was stunning. my room was on the 41 floor so i felt like im touching the sky. my suite was very spacious & the location was perfect to go anywhere. rooftop pool was cool as well. staff was very friendly & helped when i asked something :)

thr balcony wasnt really nice, looked like its crumbling, ca 1m wide so i was too scared to stay there. as well as the ac was very loud and the floor outside was wet because of it. after 1 night i noticed a couple of bugs ( like baby cocroaches) but i didnt say anything because i didnt care enough. there were lime stains in the shower. i was also fined 1000 baht because my fresh tattoo leaked outside my wrap and stained the sheets. feel like a hotel this size for this price should look over that. overall i didnt care too much about everything.
