Es war ein wunderschöner Bungalow nur ein paar Meter vom Strand entfernt für mich der schönste Strandabschnitt von Lamai inkl den fantastischen Felsen.Werde meinen nächsten Samui Aufenthalt wieder hier genießen.Alles unkompliziert und die Inhaber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Pas grand chose

Nous nous sommes sentis traités comme des voleurs. À notre arrivée vers 19h, le couple de gérants s'est montré extrêmement froid. Lorsque nous avons demandé à régler le lendemain matin le temps de faire du change, la gérante a eu une réaction très bizarre et a exigé nos passeports. Une fois en chambre, nous avons trouvé un cafard sur l'oreiller de mon fils. Mon mari est allé montrer l'insecte mort pour changer de chambre, mais la gérante a refusé brutalement, nous lançant que nous pouvions partir mais qu'il fallait payer la nuit. Sans autre solution, nous avons dû rester et avons trouvé deux autres cafards. Le lendemain, lors du rendu des clés, la gérante et son mari riaient entre eux comme si nous étions en faute. Hôtel à fuir absolument : accueil deplorable et insalubrité.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, a 5 minuti da una bellissima spiaggia e da tanti ristoranti carini. Struttura molto pulita, personale gentile e collaborativo. A pochi minuti da diversi supermercati e negozietti. Bagno spartano ma pulito e con una bella doccia. Frigo e kettle in stanza

Acuueil et présence discrète de la gérante. Proximité de la plage en passant par le resort d'à côté (on peut d'ailleurs y manger face àla mer, bons petits dejeuners). Plage tranquille. Propreté, chambres faites tous les jours avec changement des serviettes. Eau chaude et bon débit de la douche. Beaucoup de restos et 7/11 pas loin.

Un peu excentré par rapport à la ville de Lamai et aux activités nocturnes.

Velmi prijemne misto, pod stromy v zeleni. Klidne misto, blizko vsech obchodu a sluzeb, ale v dostatecne vzdalenosti od “pub street”

Two minutes down to the beach. Lots of places to eat out and they were all great and clean and so cheap I had to give them all a huge tip. 😀. My villa was cleaned every day. There is a washing service basically on site at 50 bht a kilo. The owners are awesome. Look at the price.

This is a perfect place to stay in Lamai. We chose to stay away from the centre of Lamai because we wanted a more quiet stay and we got exactly what we wanted (and it is possible to get to the centre either walking- though on side of road at times) or getting a taxi). This was ideal- the property itself is gorgeous and the room was perfect clean and spacious, and was constantly cleaned during our stay. The staff were lovely and friendly, and it was a short and gorgeous walk to the beach through another resort. You are also in walking distance of the red temple and hinta and hinyai, which we were delighted with. I would recommend to absolutely anyone going to Koh Samui. Our only slight difficulty was some miscommunication with the laundry service on site but it was quickly solved and we otherwise had an absolutely perfect stay. Thank you so much

Nothing. It would not necessarily be the location for people looking for a more energetic stay with nightlife- though as I say, it is possible to walk to the centre if you are happy to at times have to walk at the side of the road, which we happily did to get to the night market!

The property is lovely, and the hosts are incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a room with a balcony and were very happy with it. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and there was also a safe in the room, which was convenient. Once again, we’re sorry for accidentally checking out a day earlier than planned — we got a bit too relaxed haha. You are wonderful hosts! ❤️

Fantastic location very near the beach and restaurants and shops, staff were lovely and nice little balcony in the room

The balcony on the first floor was nice. A short walk down to Lamai beach. Cleaning staff was sweet and did a good job.

It was next to the min road, so some traffic noise was heard. The view from the balcony was the roof of the opposite building.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage, sauber, nette Gastgeber. Man ist in paar Minuten fußläufig am Strand. Auch die Lage hat uns gut gefallen :-)

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Betten sind gemütlich und zum Strand ist es nicht weit. Es ist nicht weit von der Straße entfernt, aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Man kann alles fußläufig erreichen, Restaurants, 7Eleven und der Strand.

Die Zimmer waren recht groß und die Lage war auch gut. Es gab einen Balkon.

Es gab zwar ein Fenster im Bad aber ohne Fliegengitter - das öffnet dann natürlich niemand und es schimmelt langsam vor sich hin. Das Sofa im Raum war richtig ranzig - vielleicht einen waschbaren Überzug darüber machen, dann könnte man es auch benutzen. Sehr viele kleine Ameisen im Zimmer die in den Wänden leben. Allgemein sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Gute Lage für Unternehmungen

Es war schön ruhig, leider keine Möglichkeiten zum sonnen. Die Terasse hatte kein Geländer.

Sehr hellhörig, kein pool und keine Liegen am Strand.

Qualità prezzo oltre che l'estrema gentilezza, disponibilità e cortesia dei gestori. Pulizia ottima. Ogni giorno a disposizione due bottigliette d'acqua oltre al cambio asciugamani Vicinanza al mare, locali, farmacia e ristoranti. Siamo stati veramente bene. Grazie

Les propriétaires sont sympathiques.

La literie est très dure et les oreillers également. L hôtel est situé le long du périphérique de l île, très passant, très bruyant. Énormément de circulation.

Struttura in una posizione ottima (a 10-15 minuti di passeggiata dalla via principale con negozi e ristoranti super affollata) e ottima anche perché a due passi da una delle spiagge più belle dell’isola. Camera pulita regolarmente e molto spaziosa

I cuscini sono molto alti e molto duri e danno solo un asciugamano a persona (il minimo sarebbero due a persona). Chissà perché. Da concordare bene l’orario di arrivo perché non sempre si trova qualcuno alla reception

La habitación muy bien, muy limpia, la cama muy cómoda, limpian cada día. Todo genial.

Если для важны приватность и спокойствие, то лучше рассмотреть другое размещение, поскольку стены тонкие и шум от соседей (если попадутся шумные), будете слышать очень хорошо. Ну и уединиться на террасе тоже не получится.

Nice peaceful area of Lamai. Great location with the beach mins away, shops & restaurants close too. The people who work here are very friendly and helpful. The room was nice & clean. I’ll definitely stay here again.

Il y a souvent un petit problème dans tous les Hotels que j'ai fais en deux mois en Thaïlande, mais le Buathong n'en a aucun. Je valide a 100%.

Lokalizacja 10, ciche i spokojne miejsce z Naciskiem na odpoczynek. Dobry punkt wypadowy, fajne miejscówki w pobliżu. Dbanie o czystość 10 miłe Panie codziennie pytają czy posprzątać Polecam ten obiekt..

Słaba klimatyzacja, niby coś dmucha ale szału nie ma.

Wir hatten ein kleines Apartment, welches sehr geräumig und komfortabel war. Das Bett war sehr groß und gemütlich. Die Terrasse war auch ein sehr angenehmes extra. Das Bad war ebenfalls in Ordnung.

Im Bad hat leider der Abfluss manchmal gestunken und die Dusche tropfte die ganze zeit. Außerdem war es alles in allem ein wenig dunkel.

Naprosto perfektní, velký čistý pokoj s terasou, veliká pohodlná postel, velice milí majitelé, každý den úklid a čisté osušky, každý den 2 vody. Klidné, tiché místo.Kousek na pláž.

The room we had was divided like an apartment. Separate lounge. Bed was hard but actually comfortable. Cleaned every day. Good AC. Location was good. Close to beach and good restaurants

The outside terrace was good to have but the seats were very uncomfortable to sit on. Lots of mosquitos but the burning coils help

The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable with plenty of storage, big smart tv, fridge and kettle. It was also cleaned daily. Loved the terrace and the lush greenery outside, made the place feel rather luxurious.

Dear Hosts! If you give your guests until 12 o'clock to check out, don't give them a kind reminder at 11:40, make them feel unwelcome by saying that your next guests are already around the corner and definitely don't send the cleaners down to the room before they get the chance to leave. If you need more time to get the room ready for the next guests, go and reassess your check-in / check-out times. It felt like we were kicked out, with the cleaners' buckets and stuff already in the doorway before we could have left the place, still on time. As gorgeous as the place was, the check-out experience left a very bad taste in our mouth.

Sind wirklich mehr als zufrieden! Es war extrem sauber, wurde jeden Tag geputzt und neue Handtücher rausgelegt. Wasser im Kühlschrank jeden Tag nachgefüllt. Definitiv sehr sehr bemüht.

Домик расположен вблизи скал Бабушка и Дедушка. Пляж в шаговой доступности. До центра Ламая минут 15 пешком. Для нас это было плюсом, потому что мы жили в тишине и по необходимости ходили в центр. Домик очень чистый, уборка ежедневная, качественная. Отзывчивые хозяева.

Для 2* просто шикарно. Просторная вилла, тихое, тенистое, красивое место, до пляжа по прямой недалеко, по красивой дорожке по территории соседних отелей. Каждый день смена полотенец, две 0.5 бутылки воды, уборка каждый день. Приветливые, дружелюбные хозяева, внимательны к просьбам, например, нам нужен был нож на время проживания, лампочку нужно было заменить в санузле, дополнительные полотенца для пляжа, заказать такси до аэропорта в день отъезда, совсем немного попозже выехать, все наши просьбы были удовлетворены. Отличное соотношение цена - качество. Необходимо понимать, что в отеле 2* не будет собственных лежаков на пляже, не будет завтраков. У нас не было большого выбора в бронировании, наши банковские карты сейчас не принимаются, бронирование этого отеля происходило без всех данных карты. Данный отель я рекомендую!

Bit outdated and could use maintenance more

I did love everything in that hotel anything you can ask for plus couple of cats which I adore and I was feeding them we become friends if you don't like cats don't feed them so they don't come to you the best hotel I ever stayed in Ko Samui.

that is not one single thing I didn't like nice and quiet peaceful and close to the beach close to the shops what more you expect not one fault

Very cute villas with everything you need, this was our favorite stay in our whole trip to Thailand. The couple managing the place were very helpful and quick with all of our queries.

Lovely people who run the hotel - very friendly. Room is clean and everything we needed for a couple nights in Lamai.

Our fridge wasn’t set and we accidentally ended up freezing everything we put in there.

it was walking distance close from everything you needed: the beach, restaurants etc. and the hosts + maid were so generous and kind.
