We had a wonderful business trip at Novotel the ambience was fantastic and the reception staff were very kind and helpful in every area

My mum and I stayed here for 3 nights. We did have an issue at check in as the room requested wasn't available but the GM ensured we did get our room. Pool facing rooms with balcony are best so do try and take that. Whilst I think the rooms need deep cleaning, the bed was very good to sleep in. Breakfast is nice and the staff in restaurant is doing a fantastic job. I also used their gym. Good quality equipment but the gym is not well maintained. Guests leave towels and tissue on the machines and there is no one to pick them up or clean the equipment. I think the life guard at pool is responsible but sadly he is so busy as pool is very popular with families so he has no time to do anything else. We also used the spa and their massages are very good. All in all, a good stay. P.S: Use Zomato or Swiggy for restaurant dining. Its much cheaper.

I had a wonderful experience at The Square Food restaurant. The food was excellent, fresh, tasty, and beautifully presented, with a great variety of options to choose from. The overall dining experience was very pleasant and satisfying. The bar and cocktail service was also fantastic. The cocktails were well prepared, refreshing, and served with great care. The ambience of the bar made the experience even more enjoyable. I also really appreciated the room dining service. The food was delivered promptly, was well presented, and maintained excellent quality and taste. The service was professional and convenient throughout my stay. A special thanks to Manju and Somnath for their outstanding hospitality, kindness, and attentive service. They were always helpful, polite, and welcoming, and they made the experience even more memorable. Overall, I had a great experience with the food, cocktails, room dining, and hospitality. I would definitely recommend The Square Food and look forward to visiting again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Overall excellent Stay food pool

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Candolim. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of the staff made us feel at home. The room was ready early, and the overall service was excellent. A special mention to Mr. Ronak, Duty Manager, who went above and beyond when my wife suddenly fell ill due to the weather and travel fatigue. Being new to the city, we had no idea how to manage the situation, but Ronak Sir quickly arranged a vehicle and ensured everything was taken care of. I am also deeply grateful to Mr. Prashanth, the car driver, who not only drove us safely but stayed with us until midnight, offering support during a very difficult time. With my 3‑year‑old son and unwell wife, their help meant the world to me. By the next morning, my wife had recovered, and I cannot thank the Novotel team enough for making us feel secure and cared for. Words are not enough to express my gratitude. This experience showed us the true meaning of hospitality. We will definitely return, and I highly recommend Novotel Candolim to anyone visiting Goa. Thank you once again to Ronak Sir, Prashanth Sir, and the entire Novotel staff for making our stay memorable and safe. The food was excellent with plenty of variety. Soft dishes like idli and dosa were especially good. Overall, everything was tasty and satisfying. The rooms were spacious, perfect for a family stay, and truly awesome in comfort

Check in delay --> 1/10 We had confirmed our arrival one day prior over phone. We reached at 4pm, which is one hour past the official check-in time. Yet room was not ready. It took another 30-40 minutes to get my room This happened to me 2nd time at Novotel. Same thing happened at Mumbai Airport Novotel few weeks ago

Its a fantastic hotel , location is great right on the main road veryyy near to candolim beach. The hotel looks amazing lobby is artistic & vibrant the vibe of hotel is very refreshing..... Mr. Amit Sangwan GM of the hotel is managing property tooo amazingly well. Hats off because of his efforts Novotel candolim is doing soo well. My room was very clean and comfortable food was beyond expectations in Novotel Goa swimming pool is really unique has game areas and play areas too for kids. We rea lly enjoyed being there. Staff is tooo hospitable. Fnb team is really good.over all awesome 10/10

I think this property is not sold properly on any platform. The property first of all is very small. Secondly from all the 3 sides there are literally residential home who look into your rooms and in swimming pool areas. And these are like proper residential local homes with common boundary walls. The staff is pretty useless. We had mailed them and the front desk lady called us for our early check in request. We reached early with expectation that if we are lucky we can get the room at 11AM. When we reached the guy on reception said we cant do early check-in as it is against the policy. We asked if the rooms are ready and if they are why cant you give it to us. He clearly denied stating that if he does that then there will be remark of early check-in and he will have to justify why he gave us early checking. I reasoned and told him that if someone checkout early do you refund then in the same case if the rooms are ready why keep guest waiting. Cut to i ask him oif i can [ay to which he took almost an hr to come back and explain that they can only charge if the chekin is before 10AM and we were like why are you then not giving us room if its 12PM now. The senior had to intervene and then we finaly got our room at 12 PM. I asked for a business center or a small place for one call that i had to take they didnt had that too. We asked for cutlery in the room and every time it took them a min of 45 min t deliver the same. Infact the clearance was also not there. Further the kids play zone is so ill managed that all the toys r broken, torn beds, dirty tables. it was literally yuckk

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The biggest issue was the room service, which was extremely slow and unprofessional. Every request took far longer than expected, and in some cases, we had to call multiple times before anyone responded. The staff seemed inattentive and lacked basic hospitality. While the room itself was decent, the poor room service completely overshadowed the stay. When you’re paying for a comfortable experience, prompt and courteous service should be a given. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even basic expectations. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service, as it has a significant impact on the overall guest experience. I would not recommend this hotel until these issues are addressed.

Worst Experience ever recieved. Not Recommending anybody to stay & waste your time & money here. I went on my Babymoon to Goa & stayed at Novotel Goa Candolim. They knew that I am already with a toddler kid, still the services were not at all good. I was very disappointed as well as dissatisfied with the services. Even a baby milk or a water bottle refill takes more than an hour. This is exactly not a way, such a renowned Brand should behave & serve their guests. The service numbers provided were not always answered. The delay in a small service is always too much. Even getting a water bottle takes 40-50 minutes & when complaining they only have an answer that we are checking. Thanks, Apoorva Gupta

A very good experience by everyone of our family.Starting from the reception desk upto the dining hall staff the behaviour was very amicable. The stay the food , chek in and check out everything was smooth and appreciable. The meeting with the staff from the North East and interacting with them was another sweet experience. Cleanliness was satisfactory.

I had a great experience at Novotel Candolim, Goa. Staff here is too humble and goes out of the way to cater your request. A special thanks to Shubha and Manju who did great for my kids while making them happy to enjoy with their best meal. Food here is really awesome with Deserts out of the world. Must go for Shahi Tukda and Chocolate cake/ mosse as these are the ones I like the most. It's a must book place. Go for it. Thanks Team Novotel for taking good care of my family. A big thanks to all specially Master Chef Pritpal Singh who always the first one to stood in the morning along with their staff. Keep it up Team Novotel.

Extremely disappointing experience at Novotel Candolim. The problems started right from check-in. There was nobody available to assist with luggage, and no one greeted us upon arrival. The check-in experience was handled by Sakshi, who was unhelpful and indifferent. I politely asked if any higher-category rooms were available, but she completely ignored the request and behaved as if I was demanding a free upgrade. To make matters worse, she didn’t even bother showing us to our room. We had specifically booked a twin-bed room, but upon arrival found a king-bed setup instead. After raising the issue, it took almost an hour before someone came to separate the beds, and even then the arrangement was uncomfortable and far from a proper twin-room setup. The food experience was equally frustrating. We ordered chicken sandwiches from the late-night menu, which were priced at ₹700, but were charged ₹950. When we questioned the difference, we were told that since it wasn’t late-night hours, an additional charge would apply. This pricing policy was neither communicated nor made clear beforehand. Valet service was another major inconvenience. Every time we needed the car, the waiting time was at least 30 minutes. Overall, the poor service, lack of hospitality, room allocation issues, confusing pricing, and extremely slow valet service completely spoiled what should have been a relaxing trip. The experience in novotel goa candolim was pathetic there are many points that i would like to highlight The day we checked in that is 8th june we were given a room full of flithy smell oily sticky floor bed full of dust the fan the wooden designing all were full of layers of dust i have clicked pictures as well we complained and to our suprise few people were already there complaining for the same . We got the room changed next morning we were travelling with couple friends same was the condition of their room also . More to write my elder son got bitten by the bee bug ,the staff gave me expired sofracymin to apply if i woudnt have checked i dont know what reaction that cream could have done. More to write then every day i kept saying for room cleaning some day the bed was made the floor was not mooped and properly cleaned. And when not feeling well they said no late checkout u have to leave as we r sold out

No privacy as most of the rooms are interconnected and you can hear the whisper from another room. The room operator and reception person is least bothered to pick up the call. The location is good with a beautiful pool with an in-house Casino. No hand towels, no soap in the bathroom.

Good Staff Good Rooms Good Vibes situated at the heart of the Candolim street very easy and accessible to every place street is always busy and lively. Chef Pritpal ji Chef Savio Madam Manju and lady dressed like air hostess ☺️and everyone from housekeeping Valet service and Jessica from front office and I don’t remember the guy who did our check inn everyone was really very helpful and friendly. Thanks to everyone for making our stay comfortable.

Hyatt Centric is literally next door and 10x better value. Regret booking Novotel for our trip. Last time for us.

Amazing stay and wonderful hospitality by Mr Chetan Naik, Younes and team. Food taste out of the world made by Chef Jameel. Front office team lead by Zeba is very Helpful and even the housekeeping team is always smiling and ready to do work. Over All a 5 star experience made my stay memorable specially by Chetan Naik. Very Indian run hospitality establishment. had expected more international charachter by Accor management.

Rubbish service from front desk staff **Manisha and Raunak**. They were hooked onto their mobile phones and computer screens when we were standing in front of them during checkout. They didn't even look at us. My wife went before me and was standing carrying our son waiting to be attended and these two just weren't bothered at all. Not at all approachable and zero element of hospitality. I don't know how these kind of people even make it to the hospitality industry. Zero regard for paying customers. The food, limited in spread at the buffet felt stale with cockroaches moving around. The namkeen especially felt like it was kept in the open, all soggy and the same was being served to the guests during breakfast. The only reason we booked this is because of the pool. The security staff and the life guards at the pool were the only good people, helpful and polite. Probably because they are outsourced.
