Ruimte in de kamer en omgeving. Personeel waren zeer vriendelijk. Ik had voor 2 aparte bedden geboekt ipv 2 persoon bed. Ik kon zonder probleem een kingsitebed voor 1500 roepies meer omboeken.

De ontbijt weinig keuze meer indiaas eten. Een pistoletje zou wel lekker zijn.

The hotel is located in the center of Candolim, lots of eateries around, though most not for western taste. The rooms are spacious, the air conditioned works well. Breakfast has many options for locals, we had to ask for some things (like eggs and vegetables) that were provided. Naman at reception was very kind and explained everything about the hotel facilities at our arrival.The room was cleaned every day, Satish was very kind, and smiley, made figures with the towels, thank him.

Breakfast was very limited for us The staff is not very nice, except those I mentioned The swimming pool is not big and people are allowed to get in with clothes.

The room was a good size, the location also good. Staff was nice especially bellman and restaurant.

This hotel has a major odor issues. Sewer smell coming up the bathroom sink. Luckily the smell was not in the shower. They have the deodorizers are tied under the sink so they are well aware. Also the armoire has a terrible overwhelming different smell….like old wood or something. They also place deodorizers in there which makes it worse. It’s a shame because the room has a good layout and the hotel is good location. If we were not traveling with so much luggage (7) and I hadn’t unpacked everything at 11pm we would have checked out. But we made the best of it.

Small cockroaches were found in the bathroom. This was brought to the notice of the front desk.

Очень приличный отель. Современные и просторные номера, есть всё необходимое: кондиционер, чайник, холодильник, питьевая вода, средства гигиены. Заселили очень быстро не смотря на ранний приезд. Сотрудники очень отзывчивые. Отдельный плюс отеля - бассейн с приятной зоной отдыха. Завтраки не брали, но несколько раз заказывали еду к бассейну - вкусно 👍. Жили в номере на 2 этаже в левом крыле (209), было тихо. Номера в правой стороне - слышимость от дороги есть, но если спите не чутко, то не должно побеспокоить. До пляжа и классного шека 9 мин ходьбы по тихой улице. Что касается чистоты, для Индии очень чисто. Пол был грязный при заселении, но скорее всего предыдущие гости просто ходили в обуви. Попросили тщательно помыть, и всё стало идеально) Клининг работает хорошо, все просьбы выполняют, стараются убирать оперативно, пока вы отсутствуете. За две недели жили в двух номерах. На втором этаже ночью в санузле были замечены несколько тараканов. В это время красили фасады в отеле, возможно это повлияло. Удобно что прямо у отеля есть служба такси, можно договориться и за нормальную цену съездить куда-нибудь. В целом идеальное соотношение по цене, качеству и расположению. Если поедете в Кандолим - рекомендую 👍

Few advice dry fruit, should be covered no place dry clothes, mosquito in the dinning area. Otherwise food was fine great staff

They consider themselves as a resort which is absolutely fake . This is hotel which have basic facilities like a pool . Room services and housekeeping is pathetic. They will charge even for a water bottle which approve how rude are they about their guest .

Firstly, the welcoming staff was very arrogant and rude at the reception. We asked him if we could get three rooms together. He said no it’s not possible. We asked him to try. He said if you want to cancel, cancel it. We don’t have that option to give you three rooms together. The room felt very dusky musky, and the bedsheets were very rough got it changed, but still they were very uncomfortable. The bathroom was basic. I paid double the worth of price regret booking this hotel. Kindly have a look and then only book it.

. 1. Checkout time was a major disappointment. We had to wait for the staff to check the room before we could leave, which felt like a cheap and inefficient process. This unnecessary delay left a negative impression of the hotel staff's professionalism. 2. Breakfast included in my reservation but he ask me multiple time very difficult to confirm or angry to provide breakfast

At the time of checking they asked for our adhaar card and haven't return it. After reaching the airport I realised and called them, and confirmed they have our adhaar cards. But have not initiated to return it back yet. Poor staff management. They could have returned it to me during my check out or during my stay of 2 days there.

Good behavior friendly staff, house keeping and room service were excellent, swimming pool was clean and maintained, food was tasty

Superb staff, due to lack on or less use of some rooms during office season in rain room dampning needs attention with improvement in breakfast quality and diversity. Otherwise a great location, value for money with everything is in order.

Room was stinking badly I couldn't sleep whole night staff was not polite worst experience booked room for 2days but checkout in 1day due to poor service

Bathrooms can be kept a little more clean. To be more specific, the commodes. Everything else was perfect.

Rooms had some peculiar smell. Some Kind of pesticide smell. It didn’t even go after using room fresher. In breakfast the breads had fungus which were replaced later. Toaster wasn’t working. This property has 1 small lift.

It's not a resort!! Just a hotel with a small pool on the backside. After booking through Booking.com, receiving a request for full payment via bank transfer and subsequent phone calls for payment is both unusual and irritating, especially when Booking.com already has the credit card details for guarantee purposes. The building has a single small elevator that tends to get crowded in the morning, both staff and guests are using the same. Waiting times can be as long as 10 minutes during peak hours(breakfast till checkout time). The restaurant staff at breakfast leave the chafing dishes uncovered, leading to food becoming dry and cold, which is also not very hygienic.

They did not include the brefast despite requests, I had to pay 5 times more for food. they were too much hodtile. everything they were putting on booking.com. I was helpless.

they should have given breakfast and good room size as it was too small room, no value fpr money.

The hotel is simply AMAZING! Very cozy, well thought out, everything is done with soul, and the view and air are simply amazing!!! Helpful and kind staff. For anyone who is looking for top class hospitality The Lohias is highly recommended from my end. The recommendation is based after staying in top 5 stars hotel across the globe. Special thanks to Mathias for his beautiful smile and tasty welcome drink which was very refreshing, very kind Man. And the lady on reception Ms. Pooja is marvellous, whatever we requested she fulfilled it. I would like to request the management of this hotel to please take special care of these staff. They are your face and they are doing their duties more than expected. Today I am visiting again and keep visiting whenever we will be in Goa. Thank you very much.

Had a great time at resort the lohias. Really lovely location beautiful facilities rooms were cleaned every day to a really high standard comfortable beds. Safe balcony. Clean pool and the boys in the restaurant and on reception were helpful. Just like to say thank you and will be back next year, I’m really looking forward to a lovely stay at Lohias and it was the best place I stayed in Candolim
