-It's location is good, it was near Aubainerie which is currently on extra 50% off on the items on sale. -The linens where soft. -I appreciate that Kevin was understanding and gave us a little more time in the game room a d also helped us with our keycard problems.

A lot. (Check the attached photos) 1. Even before I arrived at the hotel, I was already frustrated because it was a nightmare to call them. No one picks up the phone, and when you leavea message, it's as if you talked to the wall. No one will ever call you back. Also, when you ask them the difference between their rooms, they cannot give you any proper explanation. It's as if they don't know it themselves either. 2. It was horribly disgusting when we opened the room assigned to us. The filth from the previous client was all still there. We called ahead of time and still everything was a mess. (Checked the attached photos). I felt like throwing up. So we were given another room which was smaller than what we were supposed to have and still paid the same price. It felt dirty still. A lot of dust and not really clean. They did not tell us that it's a down-graded room, but it felt like that. 3. You need to do everything by yourself. It's the first time I encountered a hotel that doesn't answer your needs. First, it's as if the receptionist never picks up the phone, and when he does, he will tell you to go get what you need, yourself. I asked for the cutleries and he told me it's not part of their stocks and I need to go get it myself to the restaurant inside the hotel which is just beside him. Maybe it's not his fault. Maybe it's lack of crew, but still, it's not worth your money if your goal is to relax. I find everything disgusting and unbelievably horrible. 4. The coffee holder of the coffee maker was also disgusting. I don't drink coffee so I needed to make sure it's clean because I needed hot water and I needed to put it empty so I could have my hot water. I just tried to find my own way because I was tired of manually going back and forth to the reception area to get what I needed. 5. One time, I asked for a cup of cold milk from the receptionist, for my son, I told him we don't drink coffee.

Great one night stay at Hotel V. The hot tub was the highlight, so relaxing after a long day. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Perfect spot for a quick getaway in Gatineau.

Nothing really. It was only one night but everything we needed was there and the experience was smooth from check in to check out.

L’odeur dans la salle de bain. Odeur d’humidité pas très agréable. La climatisation est bruyante. Aussi, une lumière rouge est allumé sur l’unité indiquant de nettoyer le filtre.

Das komplette Personal ist ohne Ausnahme hilfsbereit und kompetent. Wir hatten ein Classic Zimmer war gut, aber nicht perfekt war, weil es schon leichte Gebrauchsspuren hatte. Der Spabereich mit Thermalpool und Sauna ist ausgezeichnet.

Location, size, cleanliness, coffee bar in the morning.

It is not friendly for people with disabilities. The one elevator is archaic and hidden away. Because my wife has mobility issues, I will never stay at the V again. It needs a breakfast place.

Bien situé et grand parking gratuit. La première chambre que nous avons eu était correcte mais beaucoup trop petite pour 4 personnes. Les lits font 140cm de large. Par contre nous avons changé (avec augmentation de prix) pour une chambre avec 1 kingsize et un lit escamotable. On voit aussi que la chambre avait été rénovée.

Dans la première chambre le petit lit, l’airco très fort. Dans la deuxième chambre : parfait

Les lieux sont propres et calme.

La piscine est fermée pour nettoyage. Normalement dans les autres place les traitements sont fait apres les heures de fermeture. Nous avons pris un motel avec piscine pour les enfants et ils n'y ont pas accès, c'est fachant.avoir su nous aurions été a une autre motel.

Les chambres rénové au goût du jours et propre 😍 J’ai adoré la section spa à l’extérieur.🧖🏻‍♀️

It was fine.

The mattress was too small on the bed frame. The bed frame stuck out and all 3 of us hit our shins. It was almost impossible to keep the room cool.

L'emplacement par rapport à la salle de spectacle et au centre d'achat. Également le restaurant Rumeur qui est rattaché à l'hôtel nous avons tres bien mangé.

L'air climatisé dans la chambre est vraiment bruyante.

The hours for the hot tub and sauna were too early

bains remous. Confort du lit. Personnel gentil et agréable. Taille du frigo et avoir un micro-ondes.

Bruit de l'air climatisé, je n'ai pas dormi comme il faut, de plus, la nuit, l'air climatisé n'envoyait pas d'air frais, alors que de jour, sans toucher à la température, c'était froid. La femme de ménage n'a pas remplacé les serviettes de spa et les coupes de vin utilisées.

Horible noise from air con, even if it is off, and windows are closed, you can hear strong noise from neighboring aircons! Feels like a motel.

Nice little hotel only 10-15 min from Ottawa. Lots of parking available including spots designated for electric vehicles. The front desk staff was kind and quick but didn't explain what amenities were available, their hours of service, or where anything is located. A room booked for four adults only had two of everything (like robes for the beautiful hot tubs). The shower went from scalding hot to freezing cold with no in between. The room with the murphy bed was very spacious. Unfortunately the window only has a sheer curtain so you could see into the room from the parking lot and the sun was blinding in the morning. The hotel is clean and spacious with free coffee and snacks available to purchase in the lobby. The rooms were very quiet. Overall not a bad spot for a night away.

Not sure if having the sink in the hallway of the room is convenient or annoying for my husband who was sleeping. The spa towels are to small.

There was no breakfast, which we were expecting. The Parking lot was full, we had to walk with luggage a few streets. The beds are getting old..

No breakfast, no parking and the bed comfort wasn't that great all compared to the previous years that we've stayed.

L’emplacement était idéal. Le sauna et spa était un must. J’ai bien aimé l’accueil chaleureux du personnel et la propreté des lieux. Le resto était excellent!

Une fontaine d’eau dans les aires de spa et sauna aurait été apprécié, comme dans tout endroit avec un spa, nous avons besoin de boire beaucoup d’eau. Je n’ai pas aimé les oreillers et matelas un peu trop mous à notre goût. Le fait qu’il n’y ait pas d’ascenseur :( monte charge assez rudimentaire et l’absence d’offre de petit déjeuner inclus…

Propreté de la chambre

Le spa et sauna, la propreté des lieux, c’était convivial, le service aux chambres vraiment excellent! La réception était exceptionnelle.

Les oreillers et matelas trop mou. Le fait d’avoir à sortir pour aller déjeuner. Il serait bien d’avoir une fontaine d’eau pour remplir nos bouteilles d’eau au spa.

Une hôtel exceptionnelle,salle de sport,salle de jeux,spas sauna très le fun et bon petit restaurant à côté directement dans le bâtiments c’est une superbe hôtel

La femme de chambre est venue cogner à 9h30 pour voir si on allait quitter bientôt. Nous avions oublié de mettre la carte de ne pas déranger. Mais tout de même elle aurait dû vérifier si le Check out était fait avant
