We had a lovely stay at Seminyak Sanctuary Villa. The villa was beautiful, clean and very comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere that made it perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always happy to help. The location was also great, with easy access to everything in Seminyak. We really enjoyed our stay and felt very well looked after.

I just wanted to let you know that I really enjoyed my stay. I especially liked the beautiful room design, the comfortable bed, and the relaxing pool/jacuzzi. The staff were very kind and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. Thank you for making my experience so pleasant.

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. The accommodation and grounds were beautiful. The private pool was amazing. It was easy to get around with a taxi. Walking to get around was an option for some shops/ restaurants, but not for the main street (taxi there was still very cheap, about AU$4).

There were a few maintenance issues (door not closing/latching, leaking basin, dodgy tap), but nothing too bad.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The pool area needed maintenance, the boards were loose and due to the position of the villa the pool area got very little sun. Probably a good thing in summer but not in the cooler months around July when we visited. It's about 15min walk into the restaurant/bar/shop area. It's called Seminyak but it's really Legian.

Heeft helemaal geen faciliteiten, geen restaurant. Al het eten dat wordt ergens anders besteld en komt koud aan. En het is erg slecht. Zwembad is erg klein en beetje viezig. wij hebben er 3 dagen gezeten en het zwembad is niet 1 keer schoongemaakt of chloor bijgegooid.

No internet for 2 days therefore no TV or music. Requested some compensation which was flatly refused Room tired and needs maintenance

The property was very private and the staff were extremely helpful and lovely throughout our stay. The Villa was clean and had what we needed. Staff cleaned daily and the turn down service was a lovely touch. Any requests we had were dealt with promptly and with a smile! Loved having our own private pool, and the breakfast included made it an easy start to our days.

Whilst the property was lovely it could do with a little love and maintenance. The wooden boards near the pool and bath were not all secure, some fixtures were a little wonky and a little facelift in the kitchen splash back would make the property even better. Additional charging ports throughout would also be really helpful - but overall we had a great stay. We did find we also weren’t particularly close to restaurants or much else in walking distance, so spent a bit of time getting Grabs.

The staff followed by the amenities. It was a lovely place to stay and be spoilt.

Probably myself to blame but a fair distance out of Seminyak and so a good 30 min walk in and back each day. There is a shuttle which we didn’t make use of. Our choosing again. The pool is in your villa and shaded so not much chance to warm the water so usually an in and out dip.

The staff was truly AMAZING. They were the ones that elevated our experience to the highest level. They made us feel super welcome and comfortable and they are ready to assist you at any moment. We have never experienced such hospitality and I can't mention enough how sweet, kind and amazing they are. The villa was beautiful and the layout is very well done. You can access the shower directly from the outside tub and pool. You also get lots of privacy. It's completely sheltered from your neighbors and the staff is very cautious and respectful. The building is located close to the beach and common tourist attractions are no more than an hour away. The food was amazing as well. Every morning we got spoiled by the staff with a delicious fresh made breakfast. Their menu varies from western till asian, sweet till spicy and has something for everyone to enjoy. We want to thank all the staff for this unforgettable vacation and hopefully we will be returning to Seminyak Sanctuary in the near future. We recommend this place to everyone that's looking to get spoiled by staff in a beautiful villa before and after a day of exploring in Bali.

Almost everything to be honest, great location, quiet but close to Legian and easily accessible by scooter or gojek. Staff were lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

breakfast was not the best but also wasn't the reason we stayed there and were happy to venture out daily to eat at nearby cafes.

Customer service was amazing, they were very accommodating and hospitable especially Tika who checked in on us consistently via WhatsApp. The room was comfortable, the laundry came back fresh and food was yum.

The villa was in a perfect location for us! Central to all of the locations we wanted to visit in Seminyak, Canggu! We loved that the property was smaller and only a few villas, felt personable!

Great stay at Seminyak Sanctuary Beach Villa. Tika and Wija were great at service and answered and did everything we requested. Ms Candra and Dea were very friendly and provided amazing hospitality throughout our stay. The villa is in a great location, close to everything, with a beautiful pool and a very relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seminyak!

The whole team was extremely kind. I even got a very nice evening decoration after my friend left the night before my departure. They paid attention to details and made sure we were comfortable. The villa is a great size with a nice central entertainment system and the indoor pool was well used!

We liked the hot tub in the property. Bed was comfortable and WiFi was stable.

There were several things that popped up during our one night stay at this accommodation. First, when we used the shower water for the first 5 mins it was smelly and smelled like sewage water. Second, there were many mosquitoes in the room probably due to still water in the room and considering how the bathroom doesn’t fully close. At 6-7pm, we killed 10 mosquitoes in the room between my partner and myself. It’s a nice room that aesthetically looks great; however, there are signs that this property and villas are not well maintained and management needs to step it up.

The entire staff, including Ms. Sifa, was incredibly friendly and charming. The private pool, though not large, is deep and has good water flow. The design is ingenious and comfortable, with direct access to three shower areas, preventing the bedroom and living room from getting wet. The outdoor bathtub and part of the pool are sheltered by eaves, demonstrating consideration for sun protection and rainy season needs. The villa features a one-bedroom, two-living room, one-bathroom layout. The beds are very comfortable, and the lighting and ceilings perfectly capture the Southeast Asian aesthetic of Bali. The electronic equipment and power switches are modern, and the room is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, and kitchen counter, making it suitable for extended stays. Highly recommended for couples and lovers planning a trip to Seminyak!

It’s beautiful nice but just very strange feeling. I think it needs to be maintained a little bit more , wooden parts in swimming pool literally moves, pool is not cleanest one and bathtub was dirty. It’s pricy compared to other stays like even I was in legian beach hotel at the same time just got villa to experience so I basically was going back to legian more than use bills because it’s just how I felt. I don’t know everybody have different expectations but for tonight’s it’s price for 3 nights (for example) in beach hotel or bintang with beach by 2 min walking distance and amazing room and stuff. I wouldn’t stay there again.

This place is a true gem, the villa we booked was really luxurious and modern, the lighting system is absolutely stunning and the Alexa is a nice touch. In terms of location it is just a few minutes from the city centre. When it comes to service, the quality of hospitality is unmatched. Every need of ours was accommodated and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The reception was very easy to get in touch with and they were very quick to anticipate anything we would have needed. A big thank you to sifa and Ari for looking after us we would most definitely come stay here again 🤍

Seminyak Sanctuary was everything we could have wished for and more. The villa was beautiful and had all the amenities you could possibly want. The staff were absolutely incredible. They were friendly, polite and helpful. Our every need was met and we would highly recommend this property to other travellers.

Great private villas. Really attentive staff. Deela and Sifa looked after us brilliantly! Highly recommend the team that provide the facials and the massages. They were excellent. Having a private pool is a real bonus and it’s a nice quiet location. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing little villa, quiet area. But not far from main part, restaurants and shopping. Staff were so helpful and lovely- special mention to sifa and della who always made us feel special and welcome from the moment we walked in.

The place was amazing! We enjoyed our two nights stay here starting with the very friendly and supportive staffs working here. They were very accommodating to our requests and queries. The place is clean and beautiful. We enjoyed the floating breakfast, the Balinese massage, our tour of Uluwatu and the room service, all of which that can be easily found in their booklet within the villa.

The swimming pool and bathtub can be a little cleaner. Other than that, nothing else! Everything was great!

Staff were gorgeous. It was situated far enough away from shops but not too far to get there. It was great being able to jump in our own pool. Everything was available if we didn't want to go out to eat, or there was a restaurant/Cafe a couple of doors down if you wanted to go out with lovely food and drinks

The only thing I didn't like was that I had to go out for a good coffee and unfortunately the breakfasts were always cold so we ended up going to the Cafe every morning instead as we felt bad ordering the food and then not eating it.
