Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche. Habe teils statt 10 Minuten eine halbe Stunde duschen müssen (mit Haare waschen), weil das Wasser das aus der Duschbrause kommt so wenig Druck hat, dass ich das Gefühl hatte, dass ich das Shampoo nicht aus meinen Haaren gespült bekomme.

The SPACE around the bed in the room is very small . I need to go over to my husband to go to toilet... I need to wake up him so that I can pass by. 🤔 The toilet is clean but not dirty. The flush bowl has a yellow line....very yellow

Sehr kleines Zimmer für den hohen Preis Nichts war inklusive, weder Gepäckaufbewahrung noch Fahrradmiete, etc. Kleines Bett direkt am Fenster Für 2 Personen ist Bett und Zimmer zu klein, vorallem für mehr als 1 Nacht Keine Schränke oder Platz um Kleider aufzuhängen

Reviewed Sep 16, 2026We've been using this hotel for our business trips for a couple of years now. The rooms are small but fine, beds are comfortable, location is amazing. Breakfasts improved! There's more variety now, with much more fruit and greens.
We will not come back anymore. One of us woke up with bed bug bites. When she told about it at Reception, the response was "yeah well... it happens here sometimes". Excuse me?! The recompensation that was proposed was COFFEE TO GO. This approach to such a huge problem, BED BUGS!!!, is completely ridiculous and disrespectful. Shame - we liked it here.

Værelserne er en anelse for lille, i hvert fald når man har næsten en uge. Og så savner jeg man kan lave noget mad. Vi brugte lige omkring 4000 kr på mad fordi det skal købes ude alle tre måltider hver dag.

Yataklar ve yastıklar korkunç, inanılmaz rahatsız. İkinci konaklamamız bizim bu, bir daha kalmam bu para çok fazla. Odalar toz içinde. Housekeeping kafasına göre geliyor. 1 saat Valiz bırakmak için bile para istiyorlar.

For the price room was very small. Only 1 pillow and small duvet. No way of making tea and coffee. Very little space to unpack. More like a university dorm room than a hotel. I expected more for what I’d paid.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026Great location with two metro stations within less than 5 minutes walk, and 5 minutes walk from many spots and restaurants. Basic rooms but ok for 2-3 days max I'd say.
Very basic rooms but functional. The TV was down but Internet worked well. I could hear the alarm clock from the neighbor in the next room as there is a door separating the two rooms. But all-in-all it was quiet. I had a room directed towards the back of the hotel.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026Me gustó mucho lo callado que era. Yo estaba al final del pasillo 407. Y no escuchaba nada de verdad, me quedé de viernes a domingo y afuera había mucha fiesta, pero adentro no se escuchaba nada. La cama muy cómoda, la atención maravillosa y muy buena ubicación.
No me gustó la ducha, un poco oxidada y el lavamanos estaba roto. Pero todo funcionaba.

Morgenmaden var fin, men ikke noget særligt. Juicen var tynd :-) Vi havde værelse ud mod Borgergade og der var megen larm om natten.

The inside of the shower was not clean. The room is actually more suitable for one person; if you are two people, I would not recommend staying in this room as it is too small to be comfortable or enjoyable. On top of everything else, we had never experienced anything like this anywhere in the world: we arrived at the hotel early and simply wanted to leave our luggage there until check-in, but we were charged USD 23,94 for luggage storage. Charging guests for this basic service was extremely disappointing and, in our experience, completely unusual.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026L'hôtel est accessible aisément depuis l'aéroport (20 minutes M2 + 10mn à pied). Il est central et idéal pour visiter Copenhague à pieds. Les chambres sont assez petites mais bien aménagées. Nous prenions notre petit déjeuner aux environs (Buka).
Les bagages peuvent être laissés en consigne mais ce n'est pas gratuit.

Bu 3.Kalışım. Oda aşırı uzaktaydı, asansörden inince 6-7 dk yürüdük , oda aşırı havasız kokuyordu ilk gittiğimizde ve havlular temiz gelmedi. Cam kenarı aşırı dardı camı açarken yataktan atlamamız gerekti.

Pricy but that what Copenhagen is. However, for the price I would have expected a little more choice to the breakfast. It was good but a bit of smoke salmon and fresh fruits / fruit salad would be an easy and useful thing to add.
