Pension Perez Montilla

Ottima posizione , pulita e personale accogliente

Todo. Ubicación. Limpieza.

They let me leave my luggage at the hotel after check out, until I needed to go to the airport later on.

Nothing

Discusting experience avoid at all cost was the worst one night of my life. Refused to give a refund with put me in the a position to book another hotel ruined my holiday. They was so many ants in the room and they blamed me for it. Very unprofessional. I initially booked for a few nights. Avoid. Period

Beautiful view over the plaza. Very good location Sink in the room

Bathroom outside - but for us only

Recommend! Very close to the centre, and the walk to the cathedral is so beautiful. There is a little cafe just in front of it and a supermarket as well. The ac was so lush and the room was clean, bathroom was big. Best part was the rooftop

The room was a bit outdated but it was very comfortable and charming. The picture they advertise doesn't actually exist

Gracias!

The location was good. If you are lucky you may find a free parking right in front of the hotel.

The location was excellent, it was an easy 10 minute walk to the cathedral. The staff were nice and helpful .The room was very basic but clean and the air-conditioning worked. The room was more of a lean to with a sloping roof. If I were to.come to Sevilla again I'd chose a hotel of a better standard.

Very basic accommodation

La posizione.

Andrebbe un po’ sistemata, imbiancata. Le pareti sono sporche.

Localização, limpeza e estacionamento privado próximo com preço justo.

Great quiet location within walking distance of the main sights and lots of places to eat and drink nearby Friendly helpful staff Very clean and comfortable- the room was vleaned every day and there was plenty of hot water and toiletries provided in our private bathroom. Good wifi ( we were on the first floor)

The air-conditioning was a bit complicated but we did manage ti get it to work

Nice, simple accommodation in a good location with a nice rooftop and our room had a balcony which was nice. The bathroom was clean and all worked well.

Location was great, close to transport and the city centre.

The air conditioning was controlled by the office. No air con the first night 🥵 the 2nd night it was turned off at 10pm and the 3rd night it was set to freezing all night.

Penzion , ktery uz pamatuje nejaky ten rok a je to na nem videt, presto cisty a utulny. Kousek od hlavni ulice, presto velmi klidny. Localni fajn restaurace naproti. Do centra k pamatkam, k dalsim restauracim a kavarnam kousicek.

Very good location. Close to many restaurants and all the attractions. Room was very clean. Small restaurant next to the hotel was cheap and very good.

Room was rather small. It was too expensive for the quality of the room but Sevilla was fully booked on this Saturday.

A localização é ótima. Próxima de pontos turísticos, restaurantes, bares, mercadinhos. Fizemos praticamente tudo a pé.

Inutile a mio avviso.

Staff

The AC was not working .

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful to me. The location was excellent and enabled me to walk everywhere. Facilities were nice and comfortable.

You could hear people in the hallway on all the floors but that is not the fault of the staff. Everything else was perfect.

Excellent location, good price. We had shared bathroom, but we had no problem with it. It was OK for a short trip.

There was a lot of noise coming from the street, we couldn't sleep well.

He puesto esa Puntuación xq no pude asistir y anule.

Location was walkable to all major sites and the price was right.

My single room was very small

Service hervorragend, sehr sauber, ruhige Nächte trotz zentraler Lage, immer freundliches Personal.

Alles ok!

Zimmer, Einrichtung sehr ordentlich, Tägliche Reinigung.

Ligger meget centralt.

Struttura ottima, pulitissima e in una posizione strategica. Qualsiasi cosa è raggiungibile a piedi. Lo staff gentilissimo e disponibile.

The location was very good for the price.

The noise as room next to ones with shared facilities. People seemed to be noisy every 2 hours or so.

Posizione

The accommodation is in a great location, right next to a tapas bar, cafés, breakfast spots, and grocery stores. The beds are comfortable, although the room was a bit small. The staff is very nice.

The room was very small, and it was hard to move around comfortably. Also, there was a constant water noise in the bathroom, which was sometimes annoying. A little maintenance would probably fix the issue.

L’emplacement

.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de las principales atracciones. Zona de restaurantes y bares. Tranquila por la noche. Acceso simple con llave codificada.

.

Lage gut, Personal freundlich.
