A nice pleasant hotel with Excellent plus location and customer services. Staff at the hotel were so helpful and comforting that we would love to go back. I would like to thank all of them especially Ehab who helped us a lot and also Hani. Wonderful people.

It's was so bad I can't not discribe it. Location is not too good ,area really dirty. The pic is almost not real.

The hotel has suffered a bit from wear and tear, but is a solid choice when wanting to explore the historic hart of Kuwait city. The souks are very close by, and the grand mosque and other sights can be reached within a 15 minute walk.

سلبيات: -مواقف الفندق سيئة الى حد كبير. -خشب الغرفه من طاولات وابواب سيئة جدا . -خزنة الفندق لم تكن تعمل. -اثاث الحمام مترهل . -السقف مترهل. الايجابيات: -المكيف بارد. -النت سريع.

Not clean room, no facility, no enough parking, too much of foreign and bad smell. Shame to say this is a hotel

Fantastic location , great building but terrible rooms. So dirty and need serious renovations. Room service was poor also, they wouldn't even leave one more toilet paper.

Previous occupant of my room used an iron on the floor, couch, and other places. The place is clean but shows its age. There were no curtains and you need eye shades.

Better and cheaper hotel reservation site and thanks to the speed and ease of booking and Sahdz times to come at this location

hotel's location is good cause its near Souk al mubarakiya, nearby shaded public parking for free for the hotel's customer. Room cleanliness is disappointing, bellow condition is bad also when we asked for another bellow they didn't provide.

Although my reservation was confirmed, upon arrival they were fully booked and I was not provided a room. The customer service stated they have the practice of double booking.

The staff was rude an inpolite. The room was dirty and terrible, the pictures is totally different than reality. The location is bad as well. Everything about this hotel is bad! Don't book it, it was the worst hotel I've ever been in.

It is a basic hotel that satisfies your need to sleep and to shower.

Everything is great except the furniture

Got to the hotel and found out there is no heating system and temperature was 5 degree. We have requested a heater and offered blanket instead hence had to leave on the day of arrival and it was so hard to find another hotel urgently and ended up paying a lot more with another nearest hotel. The room was dirty hairs on pillows and smelly carpet. There were constant noise from the toilet and Windows as one of the Window was broken and cool wind was coming in which made the situation even worst. Requested the refund however being refused to provide full refund even for partial refund it was hard to get. Staff confirmed that they had similar complaints from other customers however the owner is not bothered to sort out the problem.

When I reached they asked me to wait due to rooms not ready. I asked them to up grade one room and I will pay the diffrence but they refused.

Booked for 2 weeks, checked out next day. This place is located at a busy roundabout, which makes it noisy, smelly and dusty. Mosque is just below its windows wakes you up early in the morning. There is no bath tub, just really old shower. You have to ask for hair dryer, which comes sticky ans dirty. There was leftover of milk in the tea cattle. Breakfast selection is rather poor. Even though staff tries hard to make it better, it is too old and way behind on updates. I have paid $135 and it is not worth even 50. Two blocks away Swiss Belhotel is for the same price but is way better.

Have stayed in this hotel a few times during business trips. Chose the Gulf Rose due to it's prime location and modest pricing. Rooms are ok, but nothing more. In need for an upgrade. Breakfast is good but lately missing a few basics such as freshly made omelette etc. Staff friendly.

Not that much. Bathrooms need to be fixed. When I take a shower the bathroom floor will be filled of water, and I have to clean it after every shower, so I can use it again

The rooms were terrible, old designed, and uncleaned.Air-conditioner were not working, netither waming nor cooling.Called the reception a couple of times but nobody showed attention. The bed-sheets were as if in use for at least 20 years, I would accept if they were clean but, I awas even afraid to put my head on the pillow, a limited breakfast is only according to local people.

It was very good hotel. Breakfast was very good. Bed also very good views from room was very nice. Carpet in rooms good but need to change .WiFi very good .

It was not pleasant at all, room is not clean, bathroom not hot water and the condition of the rooms and bathroom is terrible. Won't stay again.

when I came they did not find my booking , they told me it Expida mastik because they did not get it... I am wondering if the website will cut my money anyway they let me book from the desk and pay there even that I show them the Email that I get from you

The hotel price was awesome taking into consideration it was Eid al-Fitr holiday, the staff also were nice and helpful but the hotel doesn't has laundry service so we had to take our clothes to the nearest laundry, also, the AC is freezing so you need to ask for extra blanket, the hotel serves a good breakfast so don't miss it
