Premiere Hotel Apartments

A wow hotel in Dubai, close by with lots of shops and malls.Great ambiance and invironment a friendly staff especially in the front desk that keep smiling as soon as I arrived. I would probably recommend this fabulous hotel to all my friends and family. Thank you loads pearl hotel for being so great to me during my stayed.

First day of checkin we found several floor tiles in bedroom all cracked and broken with sharp edges dangerus to walk on it Also noticed Roches in the room Sofa bed broken Hotel staff could not change our room cuz no other room was available for 2 days We even tried to find another hotel but could not find apartment hotel or suite that could accomodate 6 person After 2 days we moved to another room that also had roches Terrible experience Also very far from metro Hotel staff would not even help us to get a taxi Very very bad would never recommend any one

Some problem is there with this apartment, right from the moment you enter inside the hotel. The guy at the reception was in no mood to help. Flatly, he handed over the keys to us saying that they were left with only this room. The room was not cleaned. Cockroaches were roaming around freely and a typical bad smell was coming from the kitchen and toilet. No curtain in the bathroom, no rods in the cabinet. The ironing station was having only one thin layer of cloth that too torn off. Actually, it is a very old building and some how the owner is carrying on the hotel business best known to him only. Not a happening place to stay with family or friends. Avoid if you can Dk

We booked last minute as we got on an earlier flight. Arriving in Dubai we took a taxi. Unfortunately after driving around for a long time and asking 3 other taxi drivers we had to give up. Impossible to find this hotel. We ended up boots Novotel instead and lost the money for this hotel obviously.

Bad experience

To start of with the rooms are very neatly maintained. I stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, which has a dining, living, kitchen with utensils, plates and other required stuff for the kitchen, one bed room , one common wash room and a master bedroom with a bath attached. The rooms have a microwave, washing machine, ironing table, iron box, 4 burner gas stove and a water heater. The linen is really clean and is changed every day. The cleaning staff ensure that the room is well maintained through out the day. Security in the Hotel is very good. The area is quiet accessible to all parts of Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dabhi. Walk able distance from ADCB Metro station. Near to Spinneys and Burjuman Shopping Mall. Overall a good place to stay.

A Small Hotel cum apartments but its very nicely built. Rooms are little small but neat and clean. I stayed in 2 bedroom apartment it has all modern facilities like gas stove, washing machine etc. Hotels free wifi has amazing speed. it has its own small car park inside building. Overall its a good place to stay

A very warm welcome from very attentive management and staff. We were made to feel very much at home. The location is quiet, but accessible with Spinneys around the block. However the fittings are a little dated, especially in the bathrooms and kitchen. There was no rollaway bed as we had been led to believe. Place needs fumigation for cockroaches, but otherwise very good value for money.

The people/staff were nice. However, the condition of this hotel is very poor. Our number one disappointment was that their only pool was under maintenance the entire 5 days we were there. They refused to give us a discount for this even though we paid 8000 ZAR (over $120/night) for a hotel WITH A POOL. In addition, we had NO hot water for the first 3 days because the water heater switches were turned off. And both TVs in our room would not work properly. When the staff finally got our TVs to work, we found only a couple english channels after searching the channels for ever even though they advertise CABLE TV. I am sorry to say, but I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is great. Staff are very friendly and the hotel is clean. Very comfortable beds! It isn't fancy though... basic kitchen with bare minimum utensils. But its a good price for Dubai. We enjoyed it for a few nights.

Thought I'd seen something about a sofa bed when I was making a booking? The apartment needs a revamp on fittings, specially the bathroom. There is a bad cockroach problem which needs attention. Wish they'd offer washing dishes, even at a fee. Kids sad the pool was out of order during our stay. The staff was very accommodating and very attentive and hospitable. They created a lovely atmosphere and made our holiday great!

Desperate for few hours transit stay accommodation in Dubai, I ended up at Premiere Hotel Apartments in Bur Dubai. It was late in the night and I just stayed overnight so did not get to experience all this place had to offer. But one thing I can say is that have fantastic rates and clean spacious rooms, with kitchen facilities and most major comforts. I found Mr Makbool at the front desk most helpful and friendly, even at 2am in the morning! From what little I saw in my limited stay, I think this apartment hotel could be a good family accommodation, conveniently located in Bur Dubai.

Pros: - Great location: in the vicinity of shops and hyper stores - Efficient front desk - Helpful staff - Decent gym and swimming pool - Well furnished rooms Cons: - Room cleaning could have been better - The air conditioning could have less noisy

I will try my best to be fair in this review. We are 3 families with total number of 8 individuals. So when we travel we usually take 3 rooms at a time. When we came to this place, the reception people were so nice and friendly. The place itself is at the center of merely every place, the rooms are big relatively. On term of hygiene is not that much of super clean, it is tidy place but you might find a couple of cockroaches here and there. Other than that it is okay apartment. There is a washing machine too.

The hotel is very conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Deira. Friendly and helpful staff. Apartments basic and clean, ideal for a short stay. Has utensils, kettle, fridge, washing machine and spacious rooms with ensuite. Lots of take away restaurants within 10 minute walking distance. Speak to Kiran before your arrival for any special requests. Reasonable price. Will use again.

Stayed 3 nights in late January 2015. Rooms were clean. Staff were friendly. Pool access was closed. No coffee or Tea in room, just ability to heat water. Room smells of smoke. When asked they said all rooms are like this.

Was put up at premiere inn by the company. The room was very good ans spacious. Clean sheets. The bed was made every day. View of the airport. Very clean. Great staff. Airport to hotel pick up ans drop off. Well connected to the city. Easy to locate.

I had stayed in Premiere Hotel apartment for fairly long period of time, this is a good choice for travelers looking for a long stay in Bur Dubai with Family. This hotel is clean and staff is very very cooperative.This hotel is having a good security also . Though, restaurant is not there by you have good options in near by area,so not a problem. I highly recommend this hotel for travelers looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay in Dubai.
