Nice and quiet location by the beach and close to many restaurants. Nice to have direct access to the pool and the room was big.

The facilities are very dated except for the bed. The air conditioner was old and made a lot of noise, the shower has 0 water pressure and the sink was blocked.

Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr hilfsbereit und nett.

Die Matratzen waren hart und man merkte ihnen an, dass sie gewechselt werden sollten. Das gesamte Resort wirkte etwas veraltet, so auch die Pools. Diese rochen auch stark nach Chlor, sodass wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Es gibt auf den Terrassen und Balkonen keine Möglichkeit Wäsche aufzuhängen, um z..B. Badesachen zu trocknen. Das dort angebotene Taxi zum Flughafen war überteuert, sodass wir es anderweitig organisiert haben.

Noi abbiamo scelto la camera “true sea view” postazione fantastica proprio sulla spiaggia. Con due passi sei già nel mare! La camera è abbastanza accogliente e provvista di tutto il necessario. Le pulizie non vengono fatte tutti i giorni ma abbiamo notato che è una abitudine consolidata sulle isole. Su richiesta le fanno.

Non è possibile fare colazione, c’è un ristorante di fianco sulla spiaggia ma apre alle 9.00.

Le lit était inconfortable, la douche n’était pas pratique, tous les placards étaient poussiéreux, à part le premier jour, nous n’avions qu’une serviette par personne, pas de serviette pour les pieds en sortie de douche. Plusieurs fois, nous avons retrouvé les serviettes à l’extérieur du logement.

La ubicación es excelente, a primera línea de playa. Aunque al principio nos decepcionaron algunas cosas, poder alojarse justo frente al mar hace que la estancia tenga un encanto especial.

El alojamiento es acogedor, pero las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas y a falta de detalles. Faltan detalles en general, especialmente en el baño, y la higiene podría mejorar. Las fotografías no reflejan del todo el estado actual del alojamiento; parece que muestran un resort que ya no se corresponde con la realidad. La piscina también estaba bastante sucia. Por las fotos esperábamos un lugar mucho más cuidado y la experiencia no fue como imaginábamos, aunque estuvimos muy bien. El todo es la expectativa que tienes en mente con lo que te encuentras. Las fotos engañan bastante.

Loved the pool access rooms and enjoyed the pool. Room very nice though the shower wasn't very good. Had some laundry done on site which was very useful. Staff very helpful!

Not a particularly nice location, with not much around it. Massive building work going on on the lane down to the property. No restaurant on site which was a bit inconvenient. A useful 7 11 on the main road if you can get across it! I needed gluten free food and we struggled to find this in the restaurants around that area. We also found the local beach bars rather unhelpful in this respect!

Uno de los peores hoteles de nuestro viaje. Nada que ver con las fotos de Booking: todo está viejo, sucio y totalmente descuidado. La piscina tiene algas entre las racholas y se nota que no hay ningún mantenimiento. La habitación, aún y supuestamente ser Grand Deluxe, era especialmente mala: daba a otra habitación por un pasillo con una puerta translúcida, así que si encendían la luz de noche los vecinos nos despertaban (ver foto adjunta). Por otra parte, la mayoría de enchufes no funcionan bien y algunos ni siquiera sujetan el cargador, las cortinas no tapan la luz y las puertas no cierran correctamente, dejando un dedo de espacio. Resultado: entra luz, sin posibilidad de cerrar bien, y te mueres de calor por la noche. Por el precio que se paga, es sencillamente ridículo. Hay cientos de sitios mejores. No lo recomendaríamos en absoluto.

La gentillesse du personnel, le lieu et l’emplacement. Le calme de Mae Nam sur Samui. Et surtout en sortant de l’hôtel sur la plage les massages à gauche avec des personnes très sympathiques et gentilles : n’hésitez pas à parler avec Oil. La location des scooters est très pratique et changez votre argent à l’hôtel cets beaucoup plus intéressant que le kiosque sur la rue principale. Brad hôtel thai au top on recommande! La piscine est un havre de paix.

The bed was good and the ocean view was excellent. There were complimentary free water bottles which was good to have. It's located close to a 7-11 shop. Nice restaurants and other shops closeby (recommend the "Day at the beach cafe" for lucnh and breakfast and the Seaview is close for dinner, although there are much better restaurants around like Swag Bistro!). Fresh towels and linnen whenever requested. The beach (Maenam Beach) is very nice and beach beds and parasols are provided.

So much.... For starters: this room is not listed on the website of the resort (it is on Booking.com) and i wonder why that is. This room is listed as a seaside villa, but it's not a villa. You have one big room with a bed in it, a bathroom and an outisde roofed patio and that's it. But the room itself had so many flaws: - doors and windows don't fully close - the room is so much older and more worn down than it looks in the pictures (where the other rooms of the "resort" seem very new/renovated) - the room is filled with dust and cobwebs on the ceiling - the ac only works half of the time (it turns on, gives cold air, then the outside unit shuts off and it blows normal/warm air for about a minute or two and then turns back on again) - the ac only helps if you put it on the lowest setting (16 degrees celcius) and on full blast the whole time - the ac is VERY dirty - the combination of the ac on full blast together with the sound of the waves crashes on the beach (which you hear clearly because doors and windows don't fully close) makes it seem like there is a perpetual thunderstorm in your room - there is one closet in the room, with no shelves or drawers and only a few hangers, so no place to store your clothes - no other storage space besides a table (and the closet) - hardly any water pressure for most of the days so the "rain shower" is a drizzle - the lights and ac work via the room key, so when you go out and lock the room (which is done with a big padlock) it is pitch black when you get back and super hot because the ac has been off the whole time. - the pool is very grimy and feels not clean (eventhough they do put fresh chlorine in it during the week) And yes i know Thailand is hot and a lot of comments are about the ac, but the room itself is just very disappointing compared to what it seems on the listing.

הזמנתי בבוקינג חדר לשלוש לילות בפועל פיצלו לי את השהות ל 2 חדרים מה שהעיק על השהות פינו אותי מהחדר בבוקר והביאו לי חדר בצהריים בין לבין נאלצתי להיות בבריכה כי לא היה לי חדר החדר למעלה לא היה נקי והיה עם נמלים החדר למטה היה סביר בריכה אחת הייתה עם מים שלא ניתן היה להתרחץ בה ריח וטעם של סבון או משהו דומה

L’emplacement directement sur la plage est très apprécié. Tout était très propre. La plage à Naenam est magnifique et très calme. C’est un endroit sur l’île où il y a moins de touristes. Nous avons aimé notre séjour.

Les chambres sont un peu défraîchies, de même que la salle de bain.

We liked that it was in front of the beach

When we booked, we were aware of our stay in the annex building. What we didn’t know was the construction site next door, very noisy since early morning. The second problem was that after four days, we had to ask for the room to be cleaned, which is the first time in all the travels we have had to ask for cleaning.

Ubytování hned u pláže, klid. Na pláži dobrá restaurace, několik masáží. 7-11 pár kroků. Není to úplně turistické centrum, ale ani v odlehlém místě plném přírody. Byli jsme zde 2 noci a to bylo fajn. Na týden bych si to asi nevybrala pokud bych neměla v plánu výlety. Může to být fajn pro někoho kdo rád proleží dovolonou na pláži. Nebo půjčit skútr. Nevyhne te se zde ale jízdě po rušné silnici.

If you're looking for a true beachfront escape, this place is exactly that. My room was literally only a few steps from the water. All day I could hear the waves gently rolling in, and at night, when the sea became rougher, the sound of the crashing waves was even more magical. Waking up each morning to turquoise blue water, sunshine and coconut trees lining the beach honestly felt like waking up in paradise. The room was spotless, comfortable and had everything I needed. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming and always happy to help. As a solo traveller, I always felt supported and looked after, which made my stay even more relaxing. One thing I especially loved was the privacy. My beachfront bungalow felt more secluded than many of the others I saw along the beach, making it the perfect place to simply sit outside, listen to the ocean and unwind. The location couldn't have been better. Within a five or six minute walk you can reach the main road, where there's a 7-Eleven, a fruit market with fresh local produce, a pharmacy, laundry services and plenty of restaurants. There are also many beachside massage places nearby, and one evening I even watched a spectacular fire show from the beach. It was also an ideal base for exploring the island. Fisherman's Village and the Elephant Sanctuary were only about 20 minutes away, while the southern part of the island and many of the island cruise departure points, including tours to Ang Thong National Marine Park, were within easy reach. What really made this holiday special was where I stayed. The location made everything effortless while still being peaceful, quiet and incredibly beautiful. I loved every minute of my stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for making my first visit to Koh Samui so memorable.

Les chambres sont plus que vétustes et sales. Clim défectueuse, moisie et bruyante, draps et serviettes sales et tachées. Chambres sales, taches, miettes, traces de verres ou bouteille, cadavres d'insectes au sol, réfrigérateur rouillé à l'intérieur, bouilloire mise à disposition sale, rouillée et pleine de morceaux de calcaire. Les murs et les plinthes sont abimés et sale. Le mobilier était plein de poussière. Petite rigole remplie de galets sur le pourtour de la chambre et de la salle de bain, remplie de poussière et de cadavres d'insectes. J'ai demandé à changer de chambre, on m'a donné une nouvelle chambre le deuxième jour, toutefois elle n'était pas mieux, je me suis plainte de la propreté dans la première chambre, celle qu'on m'a donné ensuite était encore pire ! Je n'ai pas pu loger dans cet hotel, j'ai du me résigner à en chercher un autre ! J'ai expliqué vouloir quitter l'hotel à la réception, aucun remboursement possible même partiel ! J'ai donc gardé les clés mais suis allé me loger dans un autre hotel, ce qui a évidemment engendré un surcout.

We loved the florist and ended up coming back a second time at the end of our stay. 1. The beach was lovely, nice and deep so straight in for a swim at least 3x a day. A bit of a undiscovered gem in kohi samui. 2. The pools. There are three pools and you can rotate around. We often used the more shady one to escape the sun in the middle of the day. They were fantastic. 3. The rooms were wonderful. Very big so lots of room to spread out. Everything you need. 4. Cheap scooter hire around corner so we used Maenam as a base and went on day trips to explore Chawang, Lami and Boput.

There is no real village here at Mae Nam just a main road (luckily the Florist is far enough away so you don't hear it).

It had lovely facilities the pool and the beach were beautiful and well maintained.

The bed was a little hard.

The location overall is decent. The beach is not crowded and there are several good local restaurants nearby. It is relatively cheap.

My very first thought upon entering the property, and my room, was that the pictures on the listing were in fact a few years old. There are signs of wear and tear, but there does not appear to be a significant effort being made to fix these marks. E. g. the nightstand in my room was dirty and damaged. The shower had low pressure, and there was only one water temperature, too hot. The pool area looked uninviting. The resort could use a a fresh set of paint and some general touch up. The overall cleanliness was not to our liking either. Shelves were full of dust, and it was apparent it had been some time since the last thorough cleaning of our room. The staff was friendly and kind. Yet the service was not exactly impeccable. The towel service was a mess. Some days we had only beach towels, some days we had no towels. After notifying the reception about this issue it was still not fixed six hours later (08:00 am - 02:00 pm). We had to get the towels ourselves. We ordered high speed internet for our booking, but it was the most unreliable internet I have had so far this vacation. The neighbors were burning garbage in their gardens, every single day. The Florist is not to blame for this, but beware the fact that there is a foul stench every afternoon. (It is a common occurrence throughout the island.)

Rezort je umiestnený priamo na pláži, kde sú k dispozícii aj lehátka so slnečníkmi. Pláž je čistá a je tam málo ľudí. Celkovo je to pokojná oblasť vhodná pre rodinu. Výborný pomer ceny a kvality.

Personál nevie dobre po anglicky, ale boli priateľskí a ústretoví a snažili sa.

Die Lage ist perfekt. Mehrere Restaurants und Geschäfte in der Nähe. Der Strand ist schön und auch bei Ebbe kann man sehr gut schwimmen. Zimmer sehr sauber. Man kann im Resort Roller mieten, Tickets buchen und Geld wechseln. Preis Leistung sehr gut!

Our stay at The Florist Resort was very disappointing, not because the hotel is old, but because the photos and description on Booking.com and Google Maps are seriously misleading. The images show clean, renovated rooms, a pleasant beachfront area and well maintained facilities. Unfortunately, that is not what we found. The hotel appears not to have been renovated for many years and feels neglected throughout. The room was poorly maintained. The curtains were stained, the towels had black marks, there was mould in the shower, the safe did not work, and the overall cleanliness was far below what we expected. The beachfront terrace shown in the photos looks inviting online, but in reality it is filled with old, dirty and broken furniture. The sunbeds have torn upholstery and look abandoned. It feels more like a very cheap two star motel than the beachfront resort advertised. The biggest concern was security. Our room door would not close properly and had to be secured with an old padlock. Even worse, when the door was "closed" there was still a gap of about a finger's width, allowing people outside to see directly into the room. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel. We have attached photos because we believe future guests deserve to see the current condition of the property. Had the listing accurately represented the hotel, we simply would have chosen a different place. We are not giving this low rating because the hotel is old, we are giving it because the advertising is misleading and does not honestly reflect what guests will actually find. Honest photos and an accurate description would allow guests to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

Room 308: the aircon is really old and doesn’t cool properly. Room is in a very shabby condition. Drain in the bathroom is almost completely blocked, when you take shower in the evening water drains only in the morning which causes bad smell in the room. Very old sun lounges and umbrellas

Die Unterkunft war gut direkt am Pool und zum Meer waren auch nur ein paar Schritte. In der Umgebung viele schöne Restaurants, Massagesalons und ein 7 eleven auch in der Nähe. Das Personal war sehr nett hat mir einige Decken gebracht damit ich einigermaßen auf der Matratze liegen konnte

Die Betten waren für mich eine Katastrophe also die Matratze war wie Beton sie gab in keinster Weise nach und ich bin kein Fliegengewicht.

We absolutely loved everything. The room is large and a good nights sleep is guaranteed with such a comfortable bed. Everything is clean and fresh. You can enjoy relaxing by the beach or swimming pool. Fresh morning market just a short walking distance nearby for an authentic Thai experience. We will come again. Hôtel très agréable avec accès à la plage directement, idéalement placé pour les couchers de soleil, possède trois piscines donc une à l'ombre très bien pour se rafraîchir par les fortes chaleurs. Le personnel est très à l'écoute, réactif et très arrangeant, nous sommes partis deux jours sur Koh Tao et ils nous ont gardés nos valises. Service de laverie, chambres très grandes et spacieuses avec accès direct à la piscine. Situé à environ 20 min en scooter de village fischer's et de l'embarcadère pour aller sur les îles, je recommande vivement cet hôtel

The room in a resort wasn't quite enough, as there are no classic windows known as a soundproof. The free spaces in a windows and the doors made some of the nights noisy a little. The apartament in a resort closer to main road is a better option

La chambre n'est pas entretenue, la clim est face au lit donc peu agréable, les transats de la terrasse privée sont usés

Smještaj je na mirnoj lokaciji. Sve je bilo čisto i bez vlage, dobri peškiri, klima… U sklopu smještaja nemate doručak, ali u blizini i na plaži ima dobrih restorana i kafića gdje možete jesti. Sa Rizorta se direktno silazi na plažu, koja je čista i jako lijepa. Na nekih 10 minuta od smještaja imate 7/11 prodavnicu i Hippo teretanu koja je jako povoljna. Osoblje je jako ljubazno.

Glavne atrakcije, noćni marketi, kafići, žurke, luka su dosta daleko i potreban vam je skuter ili taksi da biste došli do njih i traje po 30+ minuta prevoza. Ali ako vam je bitno da odmorite i budete na mirnom smještaju kad spavate i na mirnoj plaži tokom dana, ovaj smještaj je odličan.

Wir hatten 3 Zimmer am Pool. Dieser Bereich war am Rand der Anlage. Leider haben die Liegen in diesem Bereich ihr Endstadium schon überschritten. In anderen Bereichen gab es neuere Unterlagen. Uns hat der Strand sehr gut gefallen. Im Wasser konnte man immer Baden auch bei Ebbe. Man bönitgt aber um etwas zu erleben immer ein Fahrzeug. Sonst gibt es genügend Restaurants zum Frühstücken und 7/11 natürlich!!

Tout est bien. Matelas ultra dur.Cependant 2eme séjour chez eux. La réception est limite encore une fois qui gache.. pas de sourire et toute demande en surplus sans geste commercial.. vu les prix on discute pas.. mais... C moyen... Surtout pays du sourire ! Sinon les yeux fermés allez y en évitant les demandes a la réception :D. Les femmes de chambres au top! !

Se echa de menos un restaurante o bar en el propio Resort. El agua de la piscina debería estar más clorada, me salió una infección en la piel.

Die Badezimmer könnten mal etwas renoviert werden. Aber für den Preis trotzdem topp Lage zum Strand und Pool perfekt. Allerdings ist der Ort nicht attraktiv, wenn man abends was unternehmen möchte. Da muss man zum nächsten Ort fahren.

Jammer dat het hotel geen ontbijt aanbied, maar in de buurt kun je ook een goed ontbijt verkrijgen.

Les chambres sont réparties sur 3 bâtiments avec 3 piscines et les terrasses y accèdent directement. Le coin est très calme, l’accès à la plage est direct, les commerces et restaurants sont à 3 min à pied. Le personnel est très sympathique.
