What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our vacation was as comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible. Prima di tutto voglio sottolineare l’eccellente pulizia della struttura, davvero impeccabile. L’hotel è nuovo e offre i servizi essenziali, ma tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e realizzato con grande attenzione. Lo staff è stato sempre disponibile e cordiale. Abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la possibilità, l’ultimo giorno, di usufruire di una stanza per fare una doccia prima della partenza: un servizio molto gradito che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più confortevole. We had an exceptional stay at Hilton DoubleTree Seychelles. The hotel is beautiful, with a stunning private beach and an incredibly warm and welcoming team. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly Chef Aadil. As vegetarians, we struggled to find suitable breakfast options, but Chef Aadil didn't just accommodate us, he genuinely cared about making us feel at home. He personally prepared fresh stuffed parathas, creamy yogurt, and the most delicious dal makhani, all made with great care and attention. The food was absolutely outstanding and tasted just like home. His kindness, dedication, and willingness to go the extra mile turned breakfast into something we looked forward to. He made us feel like family rather than guests, and that level of hospitality is something we will never forget. Thank you, Chef Aadil, for making our honeymoon even more special. We'd also like to thank Rania for her warm smile and friendly service, and Amir for helping us with our luggage and ensuring everything went smoothly. We just stayed for our anniversary and we were looked after from arrival to departure. All of the staff couldn’t do enough for us and were so friendly. Hotel is fabulous and the room was amazing. The pool is wonderful and we were in there nearly everyday. The beach is literally by the pool and is stunning. The weather was wonderful as well. The little touches were what made it a fantastic holiday, remembering our drink orders and making fabulous Pina Colada and Negroni. The restaurant staff were so helpful and accommodating and there is literally anything you want they will get you. The food is stunning we didn’t have a bad meal. It is fresh and beautifully cooked and the fish are amazing. We couldn’t recommend this more so go if you can - we hope to return as soon as we can.

I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Mahé. We were looking for a peaceful, cozy place with a relaxed atmosphere and not too many guests. Considering how expensive dining can be in the Seychelles, having a true 100% All Inclusive experience was also important to us. After spending nine wonderful days here, DoubleTree exceeded our expectations in every way. Before our trip, I had read reviews saying that the hotel was not the newest and that it was located some distance from Victoria. In reality, neither turned out to be an issue. The hotel’s age had absolutely no impact on the quality of our stay, and the location was easily solved by renting a car directly through the reception. Even without a car, everything we needed was within easy reach: a beautiful swimming pool, the beach just steps away, a hiking trail leading to the wild southern coastline, and a small café and convenience store nearby. What impressed us the most, however, was the hotel team. The staff are simply amazing. Everyone works incredibly hard and genuinely cares about the guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that gives this place its unique charm. Thank you, guys, for making our vacation so special! If we ever return to Mahé, we will definitely stay with you again. With love, Elena & Serge

The customer service was good but Nyle was the best overall she very kind and a lovely person she did a good work Thank you nyle and everyone for your support

It is a beautiful place. The hotel manager Miss Doreen , from arrival met with us and gave us a nice welcoming. The other staff on duty were very accommodating and very friendly. They made us feel at home and our students also felt at ease.

Really enjoyed the experience and Nyle our waitress was really polite and made our experience extra special.

We celebrated my parents' 16th wedding anniversary here, and it was a truly fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, Ken welcomed us with genuine warmth and friendliness. The manager Binaya was incredibly kind, and the entire staff took exceptional care of us. I highly recommend this place to everyone! Very peaceful and quiet.

Food , Staff and impeccable cleanliness. The beach was privately owned , and property was less crowded and quiet. Special mention for Chef Adil who took his time out for preparing a specially curated dinner just for us. mind blowing I would just say the dinner was. Also mentioning Chef Abhishek and Dilip for serving great breakfast and dinner.

Everything was great, only point I would suggest them improving on internet connection. But internet as such is an issue in entire Island, where outside country devices get it difficult to connect. Otherwise we had a beautiful stay, memorable one.

Die Hotelanlage ist großzügig konzipiert und direkt am Meer gelegen. Das Personal in Restaurant und Bar war kompetent, sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die angebotene Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet war sehr beeindruckend und vielfältig. Late check-out mit Umkleide- und Duschmöglichkeit war sehr angenehm.

Gestört hat uns die ausschließlich buchbare Halbpension. Das Frühstück hat zwar voll überzeugt und die angebotenen Speisen beim Abendessen waren durchaus auch lecker, allerdings erschien uns der Preis für die Halbpension insgesamt zu teuer. Die Kommunikation zwischen dem Buchungssystem von Booking und vom Hotel schien uns lückenhaft zu sein. Dies hat beim einchecken leider zu Verwirrung geführt.

I have recently stayed at Double Tree Hilton in the Seychelles with my husband on a 17 night vacation. The whole experience from start to finish could only be described as amazing, we absolutely loved every minute. The accommodation, food and staff were outstanding in every way. Our room was kept clean every day with every amenity that we required. The food was fabulous, the chefs literally could not do enough, and were more than happy to cook whatever we wanted. The food was delicious and to a very high standard using the best quality ingredients. The staff were outstanding, they literally could not do enough always ensuring that everything was perfect, which of course it was. The hotel only has 30 rooms so it was very quiet, perfect for a totally relaxing holiday. There are 3 beaches that are accessible straight from the hotel. The beaches are amazing, white sands very clean and very quiet perfect! Binaya Nepal was an outstanding manager and Hilton are very lucky to have him in their employ. He was very attentive professional and showed genuine concern that our holiday was fabulous in every way, nothing was too much trouble and he ensured that we were happy all the time. Absolutely totally above and beyond. Tolera was a wonderful person and mostly worked at the bar or in the restaurant although he was happy to do anything to ensure our holiday was fantastic , again highly professional providing a fabulous service and helped make our holiday the magical experience it was. Jordan was a lovely lady, again providing a professional above and beyond service. Nothing was too much trouble. Nyle was also a lovely lady very professional helpful and polite again nothing was too much trouble. I have only mentioned a few people, but every single staff member was an absolute dream. The hotel manager Doreen was exceptional. Again highly professional approachable and totally committed. It was obvious to us that every single staff member was genuinely dedicated to the hotel and that the guests had the best possible experience during their stay. We arrived at the Hilton Hotel to find 2 people on the reception who took us through the regular book work plus.Even gave us a arrival peach drink and welcome cookie(warm).For the next 3 days the staff looked after us 200% non stop.Even had the towel trick on our bed every day.Own afinaty pool and beach,what else would 2 old people wish for.Worth every penny as the saying goes.

We’ve been staying here for almost two weeks, and we’re still here. We’re flying home to Slovakia tomorrow. We’d like to thank the hotel staff for their excellent service; all of your staff are very kind, respectful, and helpful. I would especially like to praise the hotel receptionists, particularly Thea; she is very kind and does her job perfectly. She helped us a lot, since we only know a few words of English. We speak German well. Adil is an excellent chef; we really enjoyed his meals here. The maids are very skilled and hardworking. We felt at home here and are leaving with best regards. Thank you. I have not long returned from a wonderful holiday at the most fabulous hotel with amazing staff that I have been to in a very longtime. The hotel is small and intimate at the same time you are able to relax and chill within your own comfort. The staff are amazing and very friendly and go above and beyond to help you. I ended up staying an additional nine nights due to flights being cancelled and I cannot thank the staff enough for their support and understanding from helping me get medication that I needed to offer offering help with trying to find additional flights and I had accommodation. Even before all this amazing Help I would still have given the hotel five stars. The hotel is very clean and the rooms all faced towards the sea and to hear the waves through the night is something I will always remember. The dining staff are so friendly and both chefs come out and talk to the guests which is lovely. Yordana in the dining room always welcoming to me with a smile and was really kind and helpful, as we’re all the staff but unfortunately, I can’t name everybody. The food for a buffet in the evening is some of the highest quality and tasty I have had in a hotel buffet. Anabelle at the reception was also extremely helpful whilst I was stuck and I cannot thank all the reception staff enough for their kindness. The infinity pool is stunning and kept exceptionally clean. I genuinely fully recommend this hotel for both couples, family and solo trips. Also, as a solo traveller (widow) this was the first hotel who didn’t question or referred to me as just one and that speaks volumes to the customer service and the attention to detail that they have. If you have the opportunity to visit here, look no further than booking this hotel

I have traveled extensively and these days, I normally do not leave any reviews, Good or bad. I felt compelled to leave a review in this case. I understand this is a Doubletree and so I kept my expectations low. However, my expectations were exceeded in a negative way not positive. Mainly this had to do with the service at the bar and the restaurant. It seems the order of the day is “make no eye contact”. I am a travel agent that I was visiting to see several hotels on the island to recommend them to clients. In this case. I cannot recommend. If you are at the bar area and someone serves you a drink and one hour goes by and nobody comes to check on you? This is poor service. It was almost impossible to get the attention of a server. Otherwise, people at the hotel just do not look happy to be there. Not only do they not look happy. They actually look very sad. Does not leave you with a good feeling. Would not return.

Všeč nam je bilo skoraj vse. Hotel je zelo v redu. Osebje je na nivoju. Hrana je zelo okusna. Bogati zajtrki in samopostrežne večerje. Kuharji so vsi odlični. Med osebjem v restavraciji bi posebej pohvalili Ms. Jordan, Mr. Binayo, Mr. Emmanuela in Mr. Tolera. V recepciji pa nam je bil zelo prijazen Mr. Amir. Čistoča je na nivoju, osebje za čiščenje bi tudi pohvalili. Bazen je v redu, plaža je tudi lepa.

Le hrana - "teme na večerji" - bi bila morda lahko kdaj pa kdaj spremenjena. Le malo rastlinja bi lahko še odstranili v morju.

Double Tree Seychelles is so lucky to have such a great stuff. All stuff members are very kind, friendly and responsible. A speacial thanks to Anabelle from the front desk, she was so helpful, and answered all our questions in details before arriving the hotel. The hotel is not new but it has everything for us, clean rooms and clean bathrooms. You feel the chain hotel system. It is not a big hotel so it is not crowded, you can be alone at the beach during the day. Breakfast is good; eggs, cheese, butter, pancakes,yogurt, cakes etc. However, dinner could have been more varied. Especially for kids, food can be more plain like pasta and meat without any souce, fried potatoes etc. Special thanks to Adil Chef for his grand hospitality and servings. The beach is amazing, but sometimes because of the wind and waves you can see the seaweeds, then we recommend you to swim at the beach next to the hotel (on the right side of the giant rock) Do not forget to bring your sea shoes.

The beach is amazing. In the sea, very close to beach, there are sea plants. These plants are not seaweeds but something very uncomfortable. And there are warnings that there are sea urchins between these plants. Besides, when winds and respectively waves starts, these plants are pulled out and comes to the surface and causes dirtyness. There is tide naturally. Because of withdrawal period in mornings it is not easy to swim.

We had dinner at DoubleTree by Hilton last night and were truly impressed. The place was exceptionally clean and the staff were very welcoming. A special mention to Mr. Amanuel, the duty manager, who was very kind, professional, and clearly passionate about his work. The food was excellent — delicious and beautifully prepared under the direction of the amazing Chef Adil. What really surprised us was that Chef Adil personally went around the restaurant to speak with guests and make sure everything was perfect. Last but not least, the bartender made fantastic cocktails — perfectly mixed and very enjoyable. If you are in Seychelles or planning to visit, I highly recommend visiting DoubleTree by Hilton for their professional service and wonderful dining experience. You won’t regret it.

Our impromptu stay at the last moment was made really beautiful due to warmth and affection received from Chef Adil. He made delicious Kadhai Chicken with Parantha which tastes like home. Moreover, entire staff was very cooperative and helpful. Loved our stay, looking forward to more.

We stayed at Double Tree for twelve nights with friends. ALL the staff were extremely helpful and at times went out of their way to accomodate us. Food was rigoursly supervised by executive chef Carla Sosa. Her staff all made sure that everything was to our liking. At the reception the team heartily welcomed us. Our friends needed to download some books onto kindle. The head receptionist went out of her way to help them do this Location and beach where just perfect.. Will definitely recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay

They could do with some more evening entertaining

Pretty good cozy hotel. Beautiful beach and ocean. If you like nature and snorkeling it's a great place. Nice restaurant and restaurant staff.

This hotel doesn't have enough drinking water. We had to buy it 6.5$ 750ml. I think it's inappropriate. Luckily there was a grocery and we could buy water there. Reception is useless The water in the pool smelled strange and our skin was tanned and sticky. WiFi is 4 from 5 One more! They offered us to move to another hotel - canopy. We had little information about this. Canopy was really worse. But we would like to say "thank you" to the one employee - Anar. This man helped us so much!

Staff, hospitality and location. As said, all the staff were excellent, it is not possible to mention all the staff by name. The only name which I remember was Carla Sasa but this does not put the rest of the staff in a different category.

Wonderful hotel with really nice staff, especially Yordana from the catering. It’s not a new hotel, so the room could be a little bit old fashioned and worn out, but overall it was clean. The cleaning lady is helpful and friendly. The food was delicious, the cocktails with enough alcohol.

Excellent service by every employee. In the restaurant the staff remember your likes and dislikes and they make sure that you are satisfied with the meals. There is a good variety of food. The head chef comes to the table and checks with you to see that you are enjoying the food. The pool is fantastic and the view from the balcony is amazing. A little effort to get up early will treat you to a stunning sunrise.

The restaurant offers delicious and varied food, a wide selection of dishes and cocktails, quick service, and very caring personnel. The reception team is always willing to assist with any questions. Very small beachfront hotel, but had a very nice stay. All employees greeted us and asked us how things were at every interaction. Amazing recognition of diamond status, upgraded us to a larger room with a whirlpool in the balcony. Had a great stay and would definitely stay here again if we're back in Seychelles.

We also had the privilege of tasting something the Chef prepared especially for us and which, as he told us himself, was made “with heart”, making this moment even more special and memorable. Thank you very much, Chef Adil Javed, for this true work of art at the table.

From the moment we arrived till we left we received great service. From the reception the welcome was amazing. We met Mrs Doreen who was very nice. The servers and the bar tender Mr Regis Francourt did abosolutely great! He gave us great service and was really nice to us. Everyone was super nice.

We had a great time at Doubletree by Hilton with my wife, we had the honeymoon offer with great complimentary events (romantic dinner, turndown, picnic on the beach, gifts etc). The room was great, very clean and comfortable (King grand deluxe). We had the half board menu, the buffet is 5 starts definitely, big variety of foods, everyday we had delicious breakfasts and thematic dinners every night. Ocean view bar is a great place for a delicious cocktail in the evening. We even tried the Eforea Spa complex and had a great massage in a relaxing environment. Under the spa there is even a gym if you would like a workout. The infinity pool and the private beach in front of the hotel are stunning and very quiet, you can relax here definitely. Last but not least, every single member of the staff was infinitely kind and helpful; they were very communicative and friendly, and we had great chats with many of them. Small, so not too busy, on a very nice beach, hotel is dated but well maintained, very clean. Pretty good buffet food, different theme each night. Staff bar the reception were pleasant and helpful.

The reception! Very unwelcoming, both the layout and the staff, don’t think we got a smile in the 5 days we were there, they all looked so miserable, not sure what the problem is, need some happy pills!

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner hosted by Tolera, a real gentleman! He made our experience unforgettable. His welcome was unbelievable.
