Sheraton Grand Adana

I have been staying at Sheraton Adana thrice or four times a year. During this stay, they have decided to put up a ticketed party right infront of our room until midnight and haven't been a part of any request or solution. Initially they told it is until 11pm, then 11:30, then midnight. Once we asked for change of rooms, they told there is no room left and eventually simply told us "what can we do". That's not Sheraton standards. We stay to get a good rest, instead, they prioritize ticket sales for external customers and revenue maximization. That's not what we expected. Not nice.

I can only regret not having stayed at the Sheraton Grand Adana sooner. Everything is very well organized—from the reception to the room check-in. The staff is exceptionally helpful (I emphasize "exceptionally" because I have stayed at other hotels where the staff did not measure up, despite the hotel's star rating). I cannot name anyone specifically because I would have needed my glasses to read their name tags, but the entire hotel team provides truly five-star service—whether at the front desk, in housekeeping, and, of course, in the club lounge. I was impressed by the young woman in the club lounge, who went out of her way to be helpful and was always ready to assist. In terms of architecture, the hotel is reminiscent of the Hanging Gardens of Babylon, featuring a stepped design that overlooks the river and the park. The hotel itself boasts a vast park with an outdoor pool (there is an indoor one too, though I didn't visit it), and in my opinion, it really ought to be called a "park-hotel." The atmosphere is peaceful and unobtrusive. The rooms are large and bright. The breakfast was extensive, and it was wonderful to have an espresso machine (I’m a coffee addicted). Refreshments and light snacks were available in the club lounge throughout the day.I don't know what else to add, but I would certainly stay at this hotel again on my next visit to Adana.

Nette kamers. Aardige personeel.

Location & stuff And gym & pool really excellent And they gave us what we want Late check out& and anything what we want Thank you

The location is excellent—right by the river and directly opposite the Grand Mosque. Everything is within walking distance, making it a perfect place to stay.

Everything was perfect

Die Lage, der Komfort und die Qualität

Bardzo czysty hotel. Śniadanie urozmaicone, pyszna kawa i wspaniały widok z tarasu w klubie Sheraton.

Nic

If you have a plan about visiting Adana city , you should stay in this unique hotel with the excellence of Marriott International. Great management, great staff, great amenities. Located nearby a beautiful river and a magnificent mosque and historical Taşköprü.

Big garden , nice view , comfortable bed

Breakfast was not 5 star level. Everyday there was private events till midnight and we couldn’t sleep due to high music volume

Alles super, gutes Frühstücksbuffet

Alles war hervorragend

Alles

The hotel itself looks nice and the rooms are comfortable, but unfortunately this did not compensate for the poor service experience.

I was very disappointed with the service. The hotel refused to issue a proper invoice for my stay and kept redirecting me to Booking.com, while Booking.com clearly stated that only the hotel can provide the invoice. This lack of responsibility and professionalism is unacceptable, especially for a hotel of this level.

The view

I am still waiting for my invoice. First, their staff claimed that Booking.com needed to give me my invoice, but now they are telling me that their "accounting department" will contact me. A week has passed, and I still don't have my invoice, which I urgently need.

Sauber

Kein kostenloses Wasser für zwei. War nur eine kleine Flasche

The view from the panoramic window, the room bathroom was huge, the breakfast was international lots of choices.

Nothing

Amazing view, nice garden. Size of the room, great bathroom. Safety.

A lot of small things that should be taken care of and have been overlooked. Fixtures needed at room or corridors, dirty pool tables, nobody to take care about pool towels. Food/ dirty plates in corridors not tided up for hours.

Went for work for one day, room was perfect, service was great. I wanted to stay a few days more but had to leave for work, hopefully will get to stay a bit longer the next time I visit

Service was optimaal.

Top Lage super freundliche Personal Zimmer sehr sauber Frühstück exzellente

Stayed for 2 nights on a business trip. The choice of hotel was made by our host. The room was big, clean. The bed was large and very comfy. Was able to watch some Champions League football on the TV. Have seen better offers of complimentary snacks and drinks in more affordable hotels in the UK and Thailand. Very nice buffet breakfast available downstairs.

Personeel vriendelijk

The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly. The service was great , and our stay was so relaxing. Highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure.

Excellent

The smart shop in the hotel

The Manager and employees

Good bed and shower

The hotel needs renovation; my mirror was broken, stains on the marble, and the carpet was worn.
