Our room was not cleaned every day for some reason. Not always having full toilet rolls. Regular maintenance should also be done and rooms checked to ensure everything works well.

They need to upgrade their TVs. Let go of the old satellite TVs and get smart TVs The keycard holder is broken, the components kept falling and I had to puzzle them back. Otherwise, great stay.

The food on the first night of my stay was not at the expected standard. Lamb stew was way too spicy, and the lunch of the last day, the vegetables had an offish smell and even caused my friend to have an upset tummy. The iron was of bad quality and had a blackish ironing surface, which caused my clothes to be dirty and not good steaming, which was likely to burn clothes. Quite a great place but there's room for Improvement in terms of consistency in service providing.

I felt that the room was not clean, and the bathroom is lacking strong chemicals to attack mold and other dirt collecting on common spaces. First day I had checked in and was in the room - the door was suddenly opened and then slammed shut once realising someone was in there. Made me nervous as a travelling female…. as there was no knock, just straight entry.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026I was on a busy weekend with family and we had everything we needed for our purpose, including two beds and a fridge, so as much as I'm not saying there isn't anything to be improved etc, but for my purposes everything I needed was provided for hence I rate my stay highly, to an extent that my two night stay ended up being a four nights stay.
I can't think of anything that could have made my stay unpleasant or uncomfortable.

Food , food was horrible , I think Dietitian must look at the type of food to cook and accommodate everyone even meat she or he must consider Buffet need to have variety of food not one type of food as a results we didn't eat , food was finished and they told us it's finished , I am used to book in Premier Hotel pls Dietitian must Benchmark from East London Eastern Cape Premier Hotel Dietician or Garden Court Hotel or Protea hotel .

The fact that we had 1 pedestal between the 2 of us. Also, to charge your fone you have to unplug the bedside lamp, then you don’t have bedside lighting. I asked the cleaning ladies for shower gel in the morning she only gave me 1 shower gel between the 2 of us. I had to ask her for 2. The iron that i requested was broken on top where the lif covers the water tank.

The room was filthy, the taps and shower was leaking. I literally walked out without staying a night. The property did not give me a refund. The area is also not safe. I will not recommend this place to anyone. I am totally disappointed

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Room 102 had no bar fridge, only a glass bottle with water that didn't taste very nice. There was someone else's hair in the bath. I tried to get a table for breakfast (at least a clean one) there was nothing and I had to take cutlery from other tables to be able to eat. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and friendly and that's the only positive I really know of. Very disappointed and not worth the money.

The carpet in the room was smelling and I think it was the air conditioner because the carpet became wet around the air corn after it was on for a while.
