The location for me was perfect. I enjoyed breakfast and the staff engagement.

Options of meals

the food was ok, but they must have more option for these that do not eat pork. As for the location it was great for and is safe and quite.

The showers need more improvements

The accommodation was neat and clean and it was close to the required location

Maybe the smaller rooms are extremely small- way too small and the bigger ones are extremely huge. It’s quite an incredible difference for rooms R300 apart in pricing

The properties check out time is 11am but the cleaning staff come to my room before then asking me if I was leaving. I think there should be a clear communication

The service shown on internet all was a lie, no food, no internet and no tv playing. The bed was covered with old sheets. The staff was not giving the attention to detail. We regret coming to the place

The tv doesn't connect to wifi, so couldn't watch much on the tv. The shower door didn't close properly, after taking a shower there's just too much water on the floor because of the door

I really like the hotel staff, especially the girls at reception, they were very kind and accomadating.

The kitchen staff was very rude

It's located perfectly

There are no fridges in the rooms, no microwave and the floor (carpet) is full of dust, no remote control for TV.

The bedding was not changes as we used the same room that we booked the previous day but we had already checked out. So we were expecting the room to be properly cleaned and sheets to be changed.

We had a twin bed one of the beds was seriously worn out

It's not a peaceful place to spend the night. too much noise from other guests while in your room. Noise through out the night on the corridor.

Everything from the lady who was working at that night when we arrived, maybe she was tired because there waa no smile at all and kinda rude, there comes another guy behind, she was laughing and all friendly maybe because she knew the person, the carpet in the room is unclean, the was no soap or full toilet paper we had ro ask...the toilet was smelling like they don't use detergent to clean it...it was our first time there coming from Limpopo, as you know that first impression last...we wouldn't recommend anyone there or even to come come back...they must pull up their socks

Bad reception, very loud noise from the bar. Check in was terrible we had to que only to find the rooms dirty or not done.. No air conditioner, Nor phone in your rooms to communicate with your unavailable reception after 9pm. Overall was bad.. Would visit once you've improved massively

There’s a stench in the room , in the carpet and bedding . It’s like a stuffy , underlying smell. It’s so bad , they can do better ! Very disappointing. The towels were dirty too !

I liked the swimming pool area & the fact that the place it’s accessible to other places

I didn’t like the fact that my room upon arrival it was stuffy due to the dirty carpet I couldn’t even sleep properly at night due to my eyes being itchy because of allergies it was a very bad experience for me at Constantia hotel also the curtains had a stain of blood on it

I loved the view of the place the most

I didn't like that such a place can not provide glasses even the coffee mugs they provided are crack 😞
