​I had a fantastic stay at Siam @ Siam Design Hotel Pattaya. The hotel’s artistic, modern design gives it a unique and energetic atmosphere right from the moment you step into the lobby. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout my stay. ​The room was spacious, beautifully styled, and very comfortable, with a great bed and excellent cleanliness. ​The absolute highlight of this hotel is the incredible rooftop infinity pool and bar. The 360-degree views over Pattaya Bay, especially during sunset, are absolutely breathtaking! It’s the perfect spot to relax, enjoy a drink, and take in the city skyline. ​The location is also excellent—just a short walk to the beach, Terminal 21 shopping mall, and plenty of restaurants and nightlife options, while still offering a peaceful environment to rest. Breakfast was top-notch with a huge variety of delicious local and international options.

Staff was great. Hotel was close to pretty much everything.

This place is an amazing hotel. I stayed there during the low season and it was great value for money. It has a beautiful rooftop pool / cocktail bar with views over Pattaya and another pool / bar the floor below. The rooms are comfortable and tasteful - a great hotel in an excellent location. It is a vistor friendly hotel

We stay at siam siam quite often the service at pool has always impressed us rooms are clean ans spacious. However, recent rules meant that the rooftop bar is 18 and over so we couldn't go up as a family. This is where we were at most days on previous holidays so we were disappointed. There is another pool the floor below but we didn't enjoy as much. We did cut our stay short and the staff were very accommodating to do this and apologised for the change.

Perfect stay, been a great experience at their rooftop bars and happy hours special for patrons. Specially, Aing Aing at front desk assisting with all amenities very well. Will be coming back soon

Dear Readers, I came many times to this Hotel. This time I stayed 2 months. I can not get enough of the room and view. So many options to play with the different lights to create your own vibe, the shower in the room itself is unique and feels so inviting, then we have the big clean window with great views on both sides. Every trip I have so many moments just enjoying my view and being happy. The atmosphere starts already with the color of this hotel. The moment you walk up on the place it already begins and when entering, it takes you further away. Not your typical boring white hotel. Location is great because it is in North Pattaya wich means the most beautiful part in Pattaya with new buildings around, Wongamat beach close by, a big shopping mall Terminal 21 and a Big C across the hotel for daily stuff. The rooftop pool is very famous with a tropical vibe and many events. The people that are working there are amazing. From the security outside to the staff that clean the rooms. Very professional but so friendly and always in for a small converstion if they have a quick moment available. The rooms are getting cleaned every day and you can call the frontdesk to send somebody if you slept in. I want to thank the ladies Mymint and Mint very much for keeping my room in good condition. Wish you all the best girls take care and hope see you again soon. The ladies at the frontdesk filled me up with energie every day I pass them when going outside by smiling, waving or wishing me a good day. This time 2 months long and every day it gave me such a warm feeling, resulting me leaving the hotel and saluting the security men outside with a big smile. If you have a request or any thing just dial 0 on the phone and you will be taken care off 24/7. You never feel alone in this hotel that gives me a safe feeling everytime. I can talk longer but I need to wrap it up. Big thank you for all the gentlemen and ladies working at the frontdesk and the cleaning ladies on my floor once again but unfortunenatly I dont know all their names. Siam@Siam Design Hotel Pattaya is truly my favorite hotel in Pattaya. Every stay here feels special, not only because of the beautiful rooms, amazing views, and great location, but especially because of the wonderful people who make you feel genuinely welcome. A very special thank you to Ms. Baifern for her kindness, warm hospitality, and wonderful care. I would also like to thank the entire team — the staff at the doorstep, reception, housekeeping, and the pool team. Everyone is always friendly, professional, attentive, and ready to help with a smile. Your hospitality is what makes this hotel feel like a second home to me. This is my fourth stay at this hotel and I will be returning again it is a fantastic place to stay. The location is amazing close to many night markets shopping and everything you want in Thailand. The rooms are very nice little dated but very nice the rooftop pool Skybar is the highlight of the building as well as the other rooftop restaurant barbu which is very good. The staff are very attentive and friendly go out of the way to make sure you are enjoying your time there. Special mention to Mari up at the sky bar rooftop for always being so nice friendly and taking care of me when relaxing upstairs on the roof making sure and everything I needed she even got to know what my drinks would be over the course of the day each day. Naam did the same. Bader the concierge was always checking on me thruout my stay. The front desk agents were always smiling and helpful with extending my stay which went from 12 days to 14 to 18. Lynn,Aing Aing,Namwan and Maya. Also Sa,my daily housekeeping was amazing. Cant wait to return.

ou cannot beat this hotel's location. It’s within walking distance to major attractions, public transport, and great restaurants. The room itself was modern, clean, and quiet despite being in a busy area. Checking in and out was a breeze. Will definitely stay here again next time

Aling Aling Deelin Pu provided excellent reception service with smooth communication throughout. She was also very patient when my family requested a room change. The hotel environment is pleasant too.

Wer ein fünf Sterne Hotel (Beschreibung von Booking.com) erwartet, wird enttäuscht: höchstens vier Sterne, Balkongrösse 1 m² , Klimaanlage und Kühlschrank sehr laut, WC im Zweibettzimmer nur durch ein verschiebbares Holzbrett getrennt (oben und unten offen). Zwei Pools einer davon nur für Personen ab 18 Jahre.

Aing Aing Buz was super welcoming and very friendly. Very easy and convenient check in. communication was great!

Namwan, Singing and Ari are so nice . They help me a lot for the check in and give us the great room .

The room was spacious, very clean, and had high ceilings. The location is great, with everything we needed nearby.

What motivated us to come back this year was the breakfast. However, we were a little disappointed, as the selection was more limited than last year. That said, everything that was offered was still delicious.

Ich möchte gerne das Hotel Siam Siam bewerten !! Beim Auschecken wollte der Manager von mir 800 Baht ca 20 Euro für ein von mir beschmutztes Handtuch ? es war noch nicht einmal gewaschen vom Hotel darauf waren ein paar Flecken von meiner Haartönung die sich rauswaschen lässt weil ich zuhause ständig diese Haartönung benutze und diese Wasserlösliche Farbe beim Waschen schon bei 30 Grad restlos verschwindet. Ich fragte den Hotelmanager wie er mit Honeymooner verfährt bei Blut und Spermaflecken denn die hinterlassen sichtliche Spuren .Ob er die auch zur Kasse bittet ? Wenn das Hotel blütenweiße Handtücher möchte so dürfen die Gäste nicht die Handtücher benutzen !! Aufgrund dessen werde ich dieses Hotel nicht mehr nehmen zudem ist es sehr abgewohnt und auch im Pool bröckelt überall das Mosaik ab was auch gefährlich ist da man sich leicht an den herausgebrochenen Mosaiksteinchen verletzen kann Anita Kraus

The bathtub and sink are in the middle of the room. They take 2,000 baht in cash as a deposit for the room, they don't tell you before, it's not written on Booking.

I only booked 3 days and ended up staying for 7 because I had such a great time here. Almost like a home away from home. Great location. Great team. Good size room. An actual fully functioning gym. Thank you all so much. I will make you my first choice when returning!

This was my first time staying at Siam@Siam Pattaya, and I was absolutely thrilled. The room was lovely, with a fantastic view from the 11th floor. It was spotlessly clean and perfectly functional. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I'd especially like to highlight Khun Amg Ang from reception and Pok, who always greeted the guests with a smile and a wonderful sense of humor. Thank you so much, and I will definitely be back.

Great location for exploring Bangkok and seeing all the sights. Lovely general atmosphere, particularly at the rooftop bar on an evening. Room was nice enough for our 10 nights and big enough. Well kept and clean. Fairly busy hotel but not noisy at night or throughout corridors etc. Great restaurant with options for continental and Thai food to experience. Great value options at the bars with offers at different ones throughout the day/evening.

I’ve been to Pattaya on numerous occasions. This is my first time booking Siam @ Siam. Location is at north side of Pattaya and is walking distance to most places, with Terminal 21 a stone throw away. Had a pleasant experience checking in with receptionist by the name of Aing Aing serving. She was super friendly and helpful with advice on the services provided by the hotel. Room was clean with essential amenities included. View was stunning overlooking the beautiful beach.

The best experience I've had in pattaya, such a nice hotel, I've got an upgrade for the room so it was absolutely beautiful, but the regular rooms are nice as well and cery clean, the location near terminal 21 is great and convenient, more quiet than the walking street area and less crowded with all the girls on the street, but at the same time its on the beach and a walking distance / 10 baht tuktuk to everything. Because of that, the hotel guests are mainly families and couples and there's a young atmosphere and you are less likely to see all the older guys with the young ladies. The rooftop infinity pool is amazing, and the fitness center is very well equipped compared to other hotels I've been to. The breakfast is fantastic, very diverse, and most importantly its open until 12:00 so you can take things easy. The hotel stuff is extremely friendly and helpful, AingAing helped me with everything i needed with a big beautiful smile, thank you 😁. Lastly, I've made my reservation through the hotel website directly, so I received a really great gift included in the price (usually cost 880 baht per day) , which is "social hour" that is every day at 17:00-19:00 and light food, soft drinks, cakes, beers, cocktails, wine.. all free as much as you want. Highly recommended.

I recently stayed at the Siam@Siam Hotel in Pattaya and I have to say, this was easily one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. If there was such a thing as a 10-star rating, I would happily give this property that and more. Calling it a 6-star experience is actually an understatement. From the moment I arrived, the service was exceptional. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, they remembered my name and preferences throughout my stay. The hotel itself is stunning: modern, stylish design with beautiful Thai touches that make it feel luxurious yet welcoming. My room was absolutely spotless, incredibly spacious, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve slept in. The bathroom was a highlight too, twin toilets and wash basins, with a Jakusi that worked a treat and could easily have fit another 2 of me (im huge!) Spacious is an understatement, elegant, and stocked with great amenities. Everything felt premium and well-maintained. The food was another standout. Whether it was breakfast or dining at the hotel restaurants, the quality, variety, and presentation were outstanding. The pool area was perfect for relaxing, (infinity pools x 2 overlooking breathtaking views of the beach and city lights) and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made me feel completely pampered. Location-wise, it’s convenient for everything Pattaya has to offer, but once you’re inside the hotel, you almost don’t want to leave. Thank you to the entire team at Siam@Siam Pattaya for delivering such an unforgettable stay. נהנינו מאוד מהשהות שלנו במלון. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מצוינת, עם מבחר גדול ואוכל איכותי. גולת הכותרת מבחינתי הייתה הבריכה המדהימה – היא אחת היפות שראיתי, ולמעשה היא הסיבה העיקרית שבחרתי להתארח במלון הזה. האווירה באזור הבריכה פשוט מושלמת.

עם זאת, יש כמה נקודות שמצריכות שיפור. החדרים מיושנים ונראה שהם זקוקים לשיפוץ ורענון. גם המגבות ישנות ושחוקות, מה שפוגע מעט בתחושת האיכות. בנוסף, למרות שהבריכה יפהפייה, היא זקוקה לשיפוץ דחוף – אבני הפסיפס מתפרקות במספר מקומות, וחבל שמתקן כל כך מרשים אינו מתוחזק ברמה הראויה. בסך הכול הייתה לנו חוויה טובה, ואם המלון ישקיע בשיפוץ החדרים והבריכה, הוא יכול להיות אחד המלונות הטובים ביותר באזור.

Единственное что понравилось это пожалуй бассейны на 24-м и 27-м этажах. Очень красивый вид и дизайн

1. Самый большой минус номера это не закрывающийся туалет. Он просто отделяется шторкой, соответственно ваш попутчик прекрасно слышит как вы справляете нужду. Мне приходилось бегать в туалет в лобби, чтобы моя девушка ничего не слышала. 2. В первый раз в жизни вижу что раковина находится не в душевой и не в туалете, а в комнате. Это неудобно и это очень странно 3. Не могу сказать что номер некрасивый, но и не могу сказать что он красивый. Дизайн номера на уровне трёхзвездочных гостиницы с натяжкой. 4. Завтраки по 800 Бат. Это смешно 5. Ближайший 7/11 находится в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля что в моем понятии очень далеко. Аптеку тоже рядом не нашел

It’s my dad’s birthday, and the staffs are really nice to help us decorate the room and surprise us with a cake! We are also met very helpful staffs, Lyn and Buz, who are really sweet and serve us with a smile all the time. The location is great, very convenient for going to T21 and outlets. The view of the room is also beautiful, we are able to see the sea and the whole Pattaya from our room. Highly recommended!

The hotel is charming, the rooms are spacious and clean. The staff is welcoming and kind. As soon as we entered, we met Pu and Ari at the reception, smiling and charming, they took care of everything we asked for - champions. The dining room staff is charming and the breakfast is excellent.

The humidity is too high, and the sink and bathroom/toilet are not properly separated!...........................

Everything, the location, the vibe, yhe infinity pools, the beautiful sunset view from the 27th pool bar.... Great- all staff at the reception and restaurants, I dont remember all names, but Nong and Neung (on the road- the breakfast restaurant) From the concierge, receptions, restaurants, bar, housekeeping, I satisfied with all of their behaviours and smiles. The cleanese of the room and surprises birthday cake with cute decorations for my husband birthday. Thank you very much for your effort and we definitely will come back if visiting Pattaya again and surely will recommend to our friends. Great 10/10

Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Highlight des Hotels natürlich die beiden Rooftop Pools. Das Fitnessstudio ist ebenfalls hervorragend ausgestattet.

Lediglich die Zimmerausstattung lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Ein Fernseher ohne Medienapps (YT, Netflix etc) ist nicht wirklich angemessen für diese Hotelkategorie.

This is already my second time staying at this hotel, and I can confidently say it’s an excellent place in Pattaya. I truly enjoyed every aspect of my stay – the hotel is aesthetic, clean, and very well organized. The staff is kind and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere is great. The breakfast was also of a high standard and offered a good variety. I will definitely come back again in the future and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Loved staying here. Staff were all so friendly and welcoming. The rooftop bar has amazing views of Pattaya beach and city. Very cool vibes, DJ on weekends, fabulous food and cocktails. Atmosphere on Level 24 so relaxing with comfortable lounges and beautiful sunset views. All the staff wonderful, sorry we can’t remember all names but especially, Mali, Arlin and Lyn 🙏❤️

Loved staying at Hotel both times i have been there.Seems some cost savings have made the trip not as memorable as the first. Coffee made by barista was a great touch taken away on my second trip. Also enjoyed 2 for 1 cocktails at On the Road on the first trip till 10pm however I think this was replaced with the Cocktails at skybar. Staff where fantastic.
