The rooms. very old and needs updating. Old beds old bathrooms.

The staff were not friendly at all. My bathroom didn’t have shampoo in it. It was empty and they gave me attitude when I asked for more. The hotel room smells, and I ended up getting an allergic reaction because there was a lot of dust in the hotel room, it wasn’t properly cleaned. I told them that and all they gave me was an air freshener. I tried to message them on Booking.com, but they failed to respond to me. The lack of response and the constant allergic reaction reactions led me to checking out early. I’m still waiting for my refund.

Problem with the toilet plumbing, I had to change room. Bathrooms not very clean and toilet oddly on raised platform.

Location! Right on top of place to be - great a/c and comfortable rooms - free pool table - amazing planting

Pool shut most of the time we were there - we specifically went to that hotel for the pool - huge cockroach in bathroom - staff kind of dismissive / very strict on check in times

Ubicació correcta.

Estava tot molt brut. La dutxa tenia moho i la cortina de la dutxa molt moho. Era tot molt brut i els llençols tambe estaven molt bruts. Els endolls no funcionaven i el wifi anava molt lent. Pel mateix preu o pagant una mica mes tens coses molt millors.

Piscine, chambre, emplacement.

Staff désintéressé par la clientèle. Aucun contact. Aucun sourire. Trois jours sans wifi, ils n'en avaient rien à faire...

Chambre dans un état horrible. Moisissure dans la salle de bain avec des morceaux de plafond qui tombent. On a demandé à ce que le ménage soit fait, le sol était encore jonché de cheveux et le lavabo de morceaux de plafond après.le ménage.

It depends on your travel style but honestly this place was great value for money. It's a little rundown so don't expect any glamour, but the pool, working air con, hot water and good coffee on site suited our family perfectly. The location is ideal for accessing old town and the night markets easily. We'd stay again.

The bathrooms could do with a deep clean but again, you get what you pay for.

El alojamiento está bastante abandonado , en general es un hotel viejo y descuidado. La limpieza bastante regular, el mobiliario muy viejo. Por la ubicación y la amplitud, tiene bastante potencial pero le falta mantenimiento. Las habitaciones muy sucias y los colchones duros

Goed zwembad en genoeg ruimte om buiten te zitten. De locatie zit dicht bij het historische centrum van Chiang Mai.

Badkamers waren erg slecht en vies

Personnel agréable, possibilité de laisser les bagages ainsi que faire des machines à laver. Accès à la piscine et un billard Nous avons bien dormis, chaque jour nous avons eu le droit à une petite bouteille d’eau par personne

Pas de gel douche à disposition et on nous a pas changé les poubelles même si le ménage avait été demandé et effectuer

Great price, location and decent rooms with a pool.

The staff!! They were exceptional. Especially Honey. She really went above and beyond for me today when I was needing help. She really is an asset to the team!

Unfortunately the check in on arrival was quite unpleasant, sticking strickly to the 14:00 to start check in, meaning that i got my room at about 14:45

Great location, good value. It was a little older and run-down feeling but the staff is regularly cleaning and the place is clean. The beds are firm but ok. There's a mini fridge in the room and they gave water bottles every couple days.

When I arrived I was not impressed, the vibe is a little dingy and the pool looks more green than blue. And my room was small and dark in a poorly lit hallways and took forever to cool off with the AC. But once I cooled down, I calmed down. The facilities were basic but met all necessities.

The Pool Air conditioning

The cleaners walking in first thing when you hadn't asked for your room to be cleaned.

Die Lage war sehr zentral. Der Pool war groß und schön und das Zimmer war sauber. Am Hotel gab es ein kleines Restaurant, wo man sich essen kaufen konnte.

Man konnte das Zimmer nicht abschließen! Aus dem Wasserhahn und aus der Dusche kam kaum Wasser. Die Wände waren so dünn das man jedes Wort hören konnte, wenn Leute vor dem Zimmer standen und laut waren. Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert.

Le lieu dans son entièreté est très sale. La piscine : eau trouble, la salle de bain : traces douteuses dans le lavabo et cheveux dans la douche, lits : boule de cheveux. Cerise sur le gâteau: IL N’Y A PAS DE FENÊTRE. Donc méfiez vous il disent que ya une clime mais ce n’est pas gage de fraîcheur, l’air frais s’échappe immédiatement car les fenêtres sont uniquement des moustiquaires. Nous sommes entrée dans un four mais après plusieurs heures et la clime réglée sur 16 nous avons réussi à atteindre une température acceptable. Breff on ne s’attendait pas à du luxe au vu du prix mais déçues quand même.

Guy at front desk didn't even look up at me on arrival, to busy on his phone. I was 10 mins early asked to check in he said NO 2pm. Pool murky water, broken chairs and sunbeds, stink of weed, generally old and run down.

Die lage war mega & der pool hat uns auch gefallen! Außerdem war der typ der an der rezeption café gemacht hat ein wahrer chill guy und der cafe war richtig gut!!

Die zimmer waren ungemütlich und nicht sonderlich sauber, außerdem etwas herunter gekommen. Für den preis aber ok!

On arrival ,first apperance was good, but when you go out the back to the rooms, it's a dump. The place is run down and dirty.,the window was boarded up. Door to bathroom would not open because of the sink. Bed was rock hard. Do not book this place!

Gostei de absolutamente tudo, funcionários prestativos, ótima localização, colchão e travesseiros ótimos, banheiros limpos chuveiro muito bom e piscina deliciosa, se voltasse para Chiang Mai com toda certeza me hospedaria aqui novamente.

The property itself is nice, specially the garden! The location is also very good! Also the bed was comfortable!

The cleanliness of the bathrooms is definitely not the best. The shower had no warm water and the toilet flush did not work properly. This was in our first room because we had to change rooms in the middle of our stay because of our room getting full of some kind of flying insect that came out of one of the holes in the wooden floor. So definitely don’t expect the cleanest room but for the price you pay you can’t expect more.

Badkamer was viezer dan vies, airco deed het niet, alleen maar kokend heet water uit de douche, zwembad zat mos in, alleen maar dronken en stoned de mensen. Receptionist was steeds weg. Sleutels van kamers die je moest inleveren als je weg ging lagen open en blood iedereen kon die pakken. Daarnaast super gehorig en zat naast een restaurant met live muziek

Pedimos cambio de habitación por cucarachas...pero a cuál peor.! Baños súper súper sucios, telarañas en la habitación, etc.

La piscine, la proximitede la vieille ville, le prix ,le billard.

L’accueil: le jeune homme de la réception est desagreable , il parle sèchement et son comportement est fortement nuisible à l’hotel: -il attribue des chambres aveugles alors qu’il reste des chambres avec fenêtres au même prix -il n’ pas de monnaie pour la Landry, ne prévient pas les clients lorsqu'une machine est en panne depuis un moment et ne previent les clients qui paient donc sans pouvoir se faire rembourser -Le lendemain alors que l’on le sollicite pour changer de chambre , il ne nous regarde pas, et nous assome d’un: je sais pas, plus tard, 1h, 2heures.... Bien agacés par tant de laxisme et d'irresponsabilité, nous avons quitté l’hotel, non sans lui avoir lu en anglais ce que nous mettions en email a sa direction.

Bins, fridge, and shower were full of previous guests belongings. I was also highly suspicious that the sheets hadn’t been changed either because of that. Very dirty. Window in our room boarded up. No warm water in shower. Room completely different from pictures.
