Le lieu est zen avec la piscine centrale, au calme d'une ruelle en plein coeur du vieux Chiang Mai. La climatisation est silencieuse. La literie confortable. Notre hôte nous a bien aidés à réserver les activités. Une petite boutique nous permet de grignoter et de boire quand on veut.

Petit hôtel très bien placé dans la vielle ville de chiang mai. Pierre est aux petits soins avec ses hôtes.

Un poco pequeña la habitación.

Établissement bien placé au cœur de la vieille ville. Il faut souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité du responsable de l’hôtel, toujours prêt à nous aider dans nos recherches. Petit déjeuner très copieux, excellent banana cake😋. La piscine dans le patio est très sympa.

Très bien situé dans la vieille ville à proximité du marché de nuit des temples et des restaurants. La piscine est agréable. Le personnel est très sympathique et arrangeant.

Les chambres sont un peu petites il y a peu de place pour ranger les affaires surtout quand il pleut et que les vêtements sont mouillés. Les cloisons sont très fines et mal insonorisées.

The property location was accessible to many restaurants and money exchange places. We enjoyed the quaint atmosphere and the staff were incredible!!!

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal pour visiter Chiang Mai. La piscine est petite mais sympathique, avec des transats. Les petits déjeuners sont très biens, copieux et bons. La literie est très bien. Les serviettes sont changées tous les jours et les chambres faites. Possibilité de faire faire sa lessive à moindre coût et très rapidement.

On aurait apprécié d’avoir plus d’équipements dans la chambre : bouilloire, minima de café thé. Le ménage est à perfectionner : poussière et papiers sous les lits. Nous avons eu des cafards dans la salle de bain. Odeur pas agréable dans la chambre du bas. Contrairement aux autres hôtels que nous avons réservés, l’hôtel ne prévoit pas de solution pour les petits déjeuners pour les départs tôt pour l’aéroport, malgré que nous l’avons payé. Les autres hôtels prévoient des petits déjeuners à emporter.

Emplacement idéal, au calme. Piscine très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très aimables et nous ont aidés à organiser les excursions pour partir à la découverte des environs de Chiang Mai.. Établissement très sérieux. Petit déjeuner très copieux.

Good location, staff are so nice and helpful. We had to check out very early for our 6am flight and they were very accommodating. Also great help with booking our day trip to the Sticky waterfalls

L' emplacement dans le sud de la vieille ville, près des marchés animés le weekend mais en retrait vis a vis de la rue donc au calme. Le personnel est adorable et très attentionné. La piscine est super mignonne.

La chambre est confortable mais petite. La douche est petite et on mouille toute la zone, y compris l accès aux toilettes.

Location was good and made a great base to wander around from. Staff very polite and friendly, rooms spotless and made up daily. First room I was issued had a tiny window and owner changed this when I asked.

Had to book breakfast the night before, would have liked option for more coffee and toast. Storage areas were on show and unsightly.

La ubicación del hospedaje es muy buena, está en el casco antiguo o dentro de la muralla, caminando llegas a muchos templos y sitios de interés. El desayuno fue delicioso y la atención muy buena. Tiene una linda piscina, aunque no la usé durante mi estadía, se veía agradable. Recomendado 10/10.

With full honesty, I stayed for one night then went back to Bangkok for a day trip so I can't speak too much for the quality of the hotel. But the staff were friendly and I had no problem getting in and out. There was a 7-Eleven near by.

It's on a thin street, so it's a little hard to get a car in and out fast. Just keep that in mind when booking.

Everything was perfect, we loved our stay here. We arrived from another property where we had a terrible experience and we're so glad we decided to move to this hotel. The swimming pool is great, not a huge one but good enough after a long day walking around Chiang Mai. The bed is probably the most comfortable bed I've slept in Thailand so far.

Lugar pequeno, as fotos fazem vc pensar que existe janela, porém é uma janela apenas para iluminar não abre, da pra ouvir os vizinhos de quarto roncando, de tão fina é a divisão entre os quartos, mas o pior de tudo com certeza é a antipatia da anfitriã ! Com certeza o pior hotel nos meus 30 dias viajando pela Ásia ! Não recomendo !

Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Sathu Hotel in Chiang Mai. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber, liebevoll gestaltet und liegt in einer tollen Lage, um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Besonders gefallen haben uns die ruhige Atmosphäre und die gepflegten Zimmer. Wir haben uns von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute sehr wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können das Hotel weiterempfehlen! 😊

En la reserva ponia desayuno incluido y alli nos lo hicieron pagar. Tampoco me gusto que la ducha estuviera junto al lababo.

Absolut garnichts

Lage war super. Restaurants, Supermarkt, Night Market alles in Gehweite. Ruhige Lage. Bett sehr bequem. Personal super freundlich. Roller wurde für uns organisiert. Egal was für ein Anliegen wir hatten, es wurde uns immer super freundlich geholfen! Pool klein (Schwimmen nicht möglich), aber zum Abkühlen sehr gut.

Frühstück ist basic (Eier + Toast), Fried Rice, Obst... aber okay. Man sollte kein Frühstücksbuffet erwarten.

Maravilloso hotel!! Muy buena atención, ubicación, muy limpio, la habitación muy cómoda, el sector de la piscina hermoso y muy rico desayuno. Me volvería a alojar aquí sin dudas

le personnel est tres réactif, nous aide pour réserver des activités et nous propose un petit déjeuner plus tôt. L'hôtel est beau, la piscine est tres bien, il y a des coins tranquilles et c'est calme. Il est tres bien situé, proche de tout (marché, restaurant, bar, 7/11,...) Leur literie est de qualité, on y a bien dormi

Il faudrait rajouter un rideau de douche pour ne pas mouiller les toilettes quand on prend notre douche. Le reste était parfait.

Sathu is located in the centre of the Old City with great night markets nearby. It had a lovely pool and we really enjoyed our breakfast each morning.

Rooms were on the smaller end, but still good value for the price.

The pool and surrounds were very calming. The staff were very friendly.

Die Bilder auf Booking com sind alle hochbearbeitet. Nichts davon entspricht den vorhandenen Verhältnissen. Im Zimmer gibt es keinen Schrank und auch keinen Platz den Koffer geöffnet liegen zu lassen. Die Zimmer entsprechen einer, wenn überhaupt 2 Sterne Pension aber keinen Hotel Frühstückskaffee aus Pappbechern, 2 Stück den 3.ten musste man extra bezahlen, das europäische Frühstück besteht aus 2 Scheiben Toast und Marmelade und einem Stück Kuchen und einem Stück Obst., man muss sich zwischen diesem und dem asiatischen entscheiden. Sehr dürftig, auch wenn es liebevoll angerichtet ist.

De hygiëne vond ik minder, het lucht rooster in de badkamer zat vol met viezigheid en hier en daar wat schimmel in de badkamer/douchekop

Estadia muito boa em Chiang Mai. O hotel é confortável, bem localizado e tem uma ótima estrutura. A piscina é um grande diferencial para relaxar após os passeios, e o café da manhã é completo e bem servido.

Nada relevante a pontuar, a experiência foi muito positiva no geral.

Good location

The walls of the rooms are super thin, you can hear people talking next door. The air circulation in the rooms is not the best. AC blowing directly on the bed. Pillows very pretty big and “hard” so not the best for sleeping. Pool is tiny and only has direct sun for very limited time. Breakfast was very basic and same every day, honestly better to get without breakfast and eat somewhere around for same or less money. Also when the staff is cleaning the rooms, they usually clean multiple room at once and leave your room wide open and unattended.

There was nothing to dislike about this property! Wonderful management, incredibly clean, and they allowed us to remain in the lounge area upstairs and even watched our baggage before departing to the airport

Staff, pool (although it is in the shade and quite small- but it was nice to cool off after days of activities!), room was a perfect size for one person. Always had hot water and this is the best wifi I’ve had in all of Asia so far! Very quick walk to 711 and restaurants.

Great location,in the middle of Chiang Mai and yet on a nice, quiet narrow street, bloke at front desk was very helpful.

Room was nicely decorated but tiny. There's better value nearby (we also stayed in de Nara and Prem House because couldn't book any of them for 5 consecutive days so had to move around. We preferred both to Sathu!). The word 'Boutigue' was used on the sign on the street. It is a long way from Boutique but still pretty good.
