The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was really good and there was gluten and dairy free available which you can't always get.Plenty of parking at the rear. We have a VW T30 van and easily accessed the car park. Great location right in the heart of lovely Narberth.Our room looked out on the high street which is so charming.

Lovely setting, lovely food

Unfortunately the property was marked as child free. We booked based on this as it was a night away from our own children. There was significant noise from the room 2 doors down from children at that apartment which kept us up most of the night.

Morning breakfast lady was lovely 😍 found it strange how we had to pay to have second cup coffee ,never done this before, young girls in evening when had our meal asked did we want dessert we said no she said just the bill then which I replied I don't think so I have a full bottle wine to drink I felt they couldn't wait to get us out hope this doesn't happen to anyone else as it is very offensive.

The location was brilliant, right in the centre & ample parking at the rear too which was great. The breakfast was delicious. Lovely staff which is always a bonus

When we arrived payment wasn’t showing despite paying two weeks prior to stay though this was resolved after I showed card payment. Our room was very small overlooking conservatory so not very private .

No fridge in room. Only enough tea bags & milk/sugar for one cup of tea each. Shower very compact & water up to top of plug all the time... over it when showering. Only pizza & pasta meals served in "restaurant"...very disappointing ..had to eat elsewhere in evening. Stated there was a bar there..which only consisted of a very small bar, really for serving drinks with meals, so no atmosphere. Breakfast adequate but full English was mostly cold & only option of bread was sourdough which was very hard. Outer door to get to our room was locked at 9.30pm which meant you had to walk a long way round outside if you didn't go to your room by 9.30. (my husband is disabled so not ideal) .

Wir hatten eine fantastische Zeit im Top Joe's Townhouse. Lage: Perfekt direkt an der High Street gelegen mit dem großem Vorteil eines eigenen Parkplatzes hinter dem Haus, ferner sehr guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in von Inhaber/Innen geführten Lebensmittel- und Modegeschäften sowie Lädchen mit landestypischer Handwerkskunst und Spezialitäten, . Highlights: Großartiger, persönlicher Service mit sehr schönem Frühstück, besonders die jeden Morgen frisch zubereiteten sehr leckeren walisischen Frühstücksangebote. Den zufällig entdeckten Textausschnitt des Songs Stairway to Heaven der legendären Band Led Zeppelin in einer Nische des Gastraumes berührte mich schon sehr, da ich die Band vor einigen Jahrzehnten schon zweimal live erleben durfte und spiele dieses Lied manchmal selbst gerne auf der Gitarre. Das Team des Top Joe's Townhouse hat unseren Urlaub in Wales zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Danke nochmal, insbesondere an das Roomservice- und Frühstücksteam, welche unsere Tage sehr angenehm gestalteten, und wir erinnern uns sehr gerne an die kleinen und feinen Smalltalks unter anderem mit Nia und Jennifer.

Comfortable with a lovely stylish independent feel. Friendly staff in a great location, we only stayed one night but it was perfect for what we needed. Could have happily stayed for longer.

I would have preferred a king size bed but perhaps that was an option, wasn’t really a big problem it’s just I forget what it’s like sleeping in only a double.

Die Suite war hübsch gelegen, ebenerdig im Nebengebäude im Hinterhof. Dadurch war vom Straßenverkehr nichts zu hören. Die AC hat gut funktioniert. Es gab einen Sitzplatz vor der Tür, ein großes Zimmer und ein relativ großes Bad. Der kleine Parkplatz im Hinterhof bot genug Platz.

Der sehr hohe Preis weckt Erwartungen, die nicht erfüllt wurden. Die Möbel waren ziemlich abgenutzt. Es gab keinen Haartrockner, keine Kosmetiktücher, kein Bügelbrett und -eisen, keine Steckdose in der Nähe eines Spiegels. Das Frühstück war zwar auf Wunsch warm, allerdings in überschaubaren Portionen. Es war nur eine einzige Tasse Kaffee inklusive und der Frühstückstisch umfasste lediglich altes Obst, etwas Joghurt und Cerealien sowie Croissants und Marmelade. Weiterer Toast und Butter: Fehlanzeige. Das passt nicht zu solch hohen Übernachtungspreisen. Zum Check-out um 10 Uhr war dass Restaurant verschlossen und die Rezeption unzugänglich, kein Mitarbeiter mehr sichtbar. Nur durch lautes Rufen und Klopfen an der Küche fand sich dann doch noch jemand, der den Schlüssel entgegen nahm. Unschön war auch das Verhalten einer Mitarbeiterin, die auf die Frage, wo denn die wiederbefüllbare Wasserflasche sei (auf die per Zettel hingewiesen wurde und deren Mitnehmen zurecht mit einer hohen Strafe belegt wurde), vorwurfsvoll antwortete, die Gäste hätten durch Diebstähle das ganze System zerstört. Das tut mir für den Hotelier sehr leid, aber wir waren es nicht. Uns deshalb so vorwurfsvoll anzusprechen, war daher unpassend.

The room was barely adequate and below the standard of OK. Almost everything was just about adequate with faults everywhere and for over £100 per night one should expect a good quality stay. Breakfast inedible, tiles in bathroom broken, nowhere to put anything in room, bathroom far too smal (had been jammed in to be able to call it a room with private bathroom), bedside light switch difficult to reach from lying in bed, car park extremely small to get in a modern car, I could go on and on. Nothing was of a standard or quality that I was hoping and expecting, including the staff. It reminded me of hotel rooms in the 70s done in the cheapest way possible. I've not stayed anywhere like this for a very long time, and I would advise others not to unless they yearn for that 70s experience.

The location in the centre of the town was good, and Narberth is a conveniently located pleasant small town with a bit of character.

Really comfortable, cosy little room, i'm not one for big hotel rooms and this was perfect for me. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was spot on Also great touch with the private parking

Nothing really, only thing i could say is if you're not in to authentic italian food, the restaurant doesn't do much else, but it wasnt a big deal for me as theres some great places to eat elsewhere in narbeth

Really comfortable with an attention to detail. Quiet room despite being in the high street. The breakfast was excellent, beautifully cooked with locally sourced food. Will definitely stay again if in the area.

The "junior suite" is a misnomer. OK seating downstairs although a bit dark. Awful bathroom - really a portable shower and loo cubicle stuck in one corner of the bedroom. Electric shower with such poor pressure that one needed to run around under it to get wet! Blinds on Velux windows upstairs tatty and in need of maintenance. No way to open or close them.

A beautiful and elegant boutique hotel right in the heart of Arberth . Friendly staff and great breakfasts . We ate at the hotel on our last evenings - very good pizzas ,a good wine list and an excellent negroni . We loved the seating area at the back of the hotel . We will definitely stay there again . Diolch

Beautiful hotel and pizzeria in the center of town. Room was tastefully decorated with comfy bed and great air con to keep cool. Amazing shower and lovely toiletries which we have purchased after using. We really enjoyed the pizza and capreze salad in the restaurant downstairs. Directions for parking where clear and communicated before arrival. Great bakery nexdoor.

No mirror in room and no plug in the hall where mirror is located. This made it very difficult to dry and style my hair.

Great to have a focus on reducing single use plastics but just having a reusable plastic bottle for handwashing in a toilet probably needs rethinking. It can't be properly cleaned between guests. A stainless steel hand pump would be more hygienic.

Room was very comfortable and well equipped. Breakfast was very good, made with quality local ingredients. The staff were very helpful, service was all round excellent. Evening pizza is highly recommended too.
