Cold shower. Poor tv reception. Limited channels. Poor check in. Room was ready but made me till 2 or charge me. It was only 2 hours

Very nice Hotel for the price. The staff were very friendly and the property was very clean.

Room is big and good. Shower had cold water for two days, ask on 2nd morning if could use another room for a shower and was met with a firm no as that would involve more house keeping. Irony is my room never got cleaned once while I stayed. Turns out I had to run the water for ten minutes before it became warm. It’s cheap and good value for money the building itself is good. So I’d probrably stay again was just angry that they wouldn’t let me change room to shower so I had to bathe using hot water from a kettle Got charged for using a razor and ear buds… never been to a hotel where this wasn’t a free item. No big deal

Great place to stay. Convenient location. Lots to do. Restaurant was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Close to casino and walking street. Parking was tight but i always had a spot. Only complaint i have is laundry services. They are offered bit i feel like my laundry wasnt clean. I even had a couple shirts come back still smell like the cologne i wear so i feel like they just took it and folded it and gave it back. There are other laundry services close so thats what i ended up doing. Other than that everything else was great. I will be coming back for my next trip.

We stay seven nights, but three day no room service. There have little cockroach inour room.

Like: The staff was fantastic! Easy access to all areas. Dislike: Need more lights at the back while going out to main street coz when you are coming back to the hotel, it's not safe.

This hotel met my needs while visiting the Philippines for a short time. The hotel was close to the mall and the walking street. I should have gotten a bigger room. My room felt a little cramped. The breakfast was decent but menu could use more food options for breakfast.

A bit old, but comparable to price. Nice and helpful staff. very good location, close to nightlife streets, but not noizy on the night. Recommend it for short overnight, for budget tourist etc.

You need to pay for everything like shampoo, toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, etc. Thats insane. This is the only hotel that i needed to pay for those stuff. The hotel itself looks fancy but its not friendly. Cheap hotels are more convenient because they provide everything

Very clean

Tired this hotel as my usual place was fully booked. Really good: great location; quiet and very reasonsble. The highlights for me was the brand new air conditioning unit and the shower which was very powerful. I think this will now be my new usual hotel!

Staff make mistakes on details specially when they’re telling us we need to get discharge . When I extended my stay for another day.

Is nice and quiet area. Walking distance to many places of interest. Best to ride a trike or grab at late evening for safety

部屋のクオリティに関しては清潔だったので問題なし。だがチェックイン後、エアコンを付けたところ22度に設定したが全く冷えず、スタッフを読んだら最低の16度まで下げないと冷えないといわれた。またフィルターはほとんど掃除していないと思われる。シャワーは時間帯によってほとんどお湯が出ず、また出てもかなりぬるかった。夕方の時間帯は多少お湯が出たが、朝方はまったくお湯がでず、シャワーを浴びたいときに浴びれなかった。また滞在中、トイレが2度詰まった。寝るだけと割り切って泊まるのが良い。

Great location and price.only con was the room was a smoking room and was smelly , housekeeping had no equipment to remove the smell to my satisfaction.

The location is right in the heart of Angeles, so it's nice for couples. There are some less than desirable businesses nearby, but that's to be expected. The shower had a massive leak that would flood the bathroom if you weren't careful. All in all, good for the price.

Amazing staff who makes thier best to make the stay as good as possible. The cleaners made a outstanding work and the only i can complain about is the bed. Otherwise than that it was a great hotel for that price

Hotel has excellent staff, always helpful and friendly. It is placed in a good location and surprisingly very quiet.

Nice clean hotel but room was smelling of smoke

The bed was crafted during the WW2 era, I do not think it could have been harder to sleep on if I had tried. The TV was old, no HDMI connection. It only had local channels. I could hear everything coming from the hallway. Only the most basic amenities were available, and the rest cost a fee to use. The sun woke me up every morning because the window shades were thin. There was only one closet and it was small, there was no space to fit my suitcase so I never unpacked. The AC and the mini ref were loud. There was good space in the room, there was usable furniture for sitting and eating. The front desk staff was positive and responsive. The pillows were soft and nice to sleep on. The location is very close to Walking Street, its about a 5 min walk. Restaurants, 7/11 and pharm are close.

Staff were great but area is hard to navigate. Overall ok for couple of days stay.

It was good. Place could use better lighting especially in the toilet. Everything’s for sale. No free bedroom slippers for customers. Fairly good stay

Like-location is convinient. Dislike--staff not frendly, maybe I looked local so there's no smiling faces. Room- very small. Toilet-need to replace shower & sink. Cupboard not big enough, safe not working, bed squeky sounds, TV only 2-4 channels.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.Hotel is in an ideal location close to all the nightlife and main shopping mall. A minor criticism would have been on those rainy days a better Tv cable service would have been appreciated , currently they only have several local channels.

I was looking for a quite place where I could experience Clark, the food in the hotel and service was excellent, very accommodating. the room was clean, quiet, felt safe, slept like a log.

The staffs are all very polite, helpful and friendly. The only concern I had was there are times that the bathroom smells sewer and the toilet seat is not the right size dor the toilet bowl. Smells bad and I had to put air freshner in our room. Stayed there for 6days.

Because of my flight schedule, I was arrived at the hotel midnight, but the check-in process was smooth. Not so luxually but no problem for sleeping. The around area seemed to be little bit dangerous at night.

I booked this hotel based on average review and convenience location. During check, hotel staff informed me I have only booked one guest therefore only one breakfast was booked despite I have paid two breakfast as additional costs because the room rate did not including breakfast. After I asked the staff check again and again, and with a supervisor involved, they finally have found my booking conditions. Agreed to have two breakfast which was part of reason coming to Clark visiting my friend and to have breakfast with him. To the hotel staff, it seemed too hard to comprehended. Day 2 - Next morning, the breakfast war has begun. Hotel said only one breakfast, I said two, coming back and forth, I had the breakfast with my friend. The breakfast was 3 half white toast, an egg and few bacon. I asked for tea, sorry it is not included (not every one drink coffee) Day 3 - breakfast time, same war again. This time I have been harassed and humiliated by lounge staff and front desk staff in turn again and again 4 times. Finally I got breakfast peacefully. After breakfast, I demanded to the hotel manager. I was told he/she is not available. I have spoken to the hotel supervisor, shown my booking terms, it was clearly said breakfast for 2. She refused to acknowledge that but at least saw it and confirmed. Day 4 - I had early morning flight, didn't want to have breakfast. But during check out, the same front desk staff pulled out a bill, demanded me to pay an extra breakfast. Seriously?

Better than most hotels. No pool. Verycompact room. Spring bed not foam. Everthing in order n quiet

Hotel is good as resting place only. Food not great. Close to establishments which is a plus. Located also in the red light district of angeles.

The staff are hospitable, informed us well on the amenities that we have availed and not availed. Waited for a little while only in the cozy chairs in the lobby, our room is ready after a very short time of waiting.

Great hotel but the pillows are to hard!

At first glance the hotel seems tired however my stay was for 3 days & I ended up enjoying it. The staff were great the location absolutely spot on if you want to experience Walking St, it’s in a quiet side street but close enough & safe enough to walk home at night, all well lit streets with enough foot traffic that I never once felt uneasy. The rooms are outdated but comfortable enough for the price. This is afterall not an expensive accommodation option.

Changed 3 rooms over 2 nights. Toilet stink. Smells of sewerage.

Good hotel with basic facilities. I would recommend without hesitation.

Hotel is very old. Lots of remodeling and construction in the lobby, making it very uncomfortable everytime you walk in, paint & chemical smells, loud noises all day and night. Lots of Roaches and mosquitos in the room, toiletries are limited, you have to keep asking. Television in the room doesn't work properly, lots of static and no sound on most channels. Room service food not cooked thoroughly. Bed sheets, blankets, and towels have holes and old stains.

When we travel we do not spend a lot of time in a hotel. For a place to get a comfortable nights rest and get ready for the day this is a perfect place for that. It isn't opulent or glamorous, but for a budget hotel it more than fits the bill. We stayed for 2 weeks and can't complain about anything that the hotel staff could not rectify very promptly and with a smile on their face.
