The location and the villa was very spacious. The pool was big. The staff were very friendly.

They could do with some renovation to the furniture and bathroom as it seemed old.

The villa is beautiful, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is excellent—we were able to walk everywhere!

Sometimes you can hear noise from the neighboring villas. But still, Everything was excellent!

Perfect location - close to everything (the beach, shops , restaurants) without the hustle and bustle, all staff were super responsive, and very accommodating and helpful with all our questions, villas were comfortable and nice looking. We were here for a mini high school reunion and the pool and common areas were a nice central place to hang out.

Bathroom/kitchen showed minor signs of wear and tear, we couldn't get the coffee machine to work. But these are very minor issues in what was otherwise an excellent experience.

The villa was the perfect spot to relax & unwind … it was clean, spacious & the staff were lovely & helpful ! It was close enough to walk to lots of beach clubs, restaurants and warongs.

Location of these villas was amazing. Staff so friendly and always smiling. Would come again

the service was too bad , first check in was too late at 3 pm so first day just gone into check in , second is you have to pay 2M for security deposit , actually i didn’t see this before in any hotel , third is the floating breakfast was triple price of the normal breakfast , i don’t know why , they just take the same food and deliver it to property with a floating try

Great location. Easy walk to beach and to shops. A good massage place nearby. breakfast place Biku nearby was excellent. Also only 20 mins from airport so ideal for 3 night stay in Bali.

The villa was gorgeous, clean, location great, easy to get transport with grab to go into seminayk. Staff were all so friendly and can't do enough for you. We really enjoyed our time here.

Our one bedroom villa was amazing, super spacious and great staff. Private pool was excellent, decent size with some good shade. The bathroom plus 2 toilets were great too.

No day beds outside, which would've been nice (there were bean bags and chairs though). Couch downstairs was not quite big enough for 2 people, especially for how spacious the villa is

Luxurious spacious Villa in the heart of Seminyak. Lovely pool and back yard. A feeling of elegance and space made it very relaxing. Has a small kitchen facility. Very private and quiet.

Very spacious villa, we stayed at 1 bedroom, exactly as on the pictures, pool is a good size. Cleaning was every day, very attentive stuff at reception. Great location, a lot of cafes near by. Special recommendation for Biku cafe located right around the corner. Place also feels very safe as security is on duty 24/7.

Not many power sockets. Only those by the bed are conveniently located.

I have to say, that from the beginning, staff was very polite and attending, ready to help with anything we needed. For example, we wanted to prolong our stay for one day more, due to flights and with 10 mins it was all sorted. Location is also amazing, it’s close to everywhere, without any noises from street, you can park your bike there, with security 24/7. Also great thing is that you can enjoy massages there too. Villa is nice, with nice pool and nice privacy, inside and outside.

The only thing I can say is, that on some parts of villa is visible, that it’s been used for several years. I can not say that in our villa was something broken or dirty, but some parts could use bit of renovation in general. Other than that, there is nothing what we could criticise.

It’s a very spacious loft with a very confortable bedroom and living room is next to private swimming pool, big enough to swim . Only 5 mn walk to the beach where you can find cheap transat near La cantina warrung. No need to take breakfast, Beku next door is open all day with healthy food and drinks. Also special note for Andika , who was really helpful, and answered all our questions . Sweetest staff you can’t imagine! We extended our stay after all his recommendations . We were also able to benefit for 1 day of VIP Finn’s Club access for free…well worth to try during a sunny day .

It was a bit smelly in the bathroom, no transat at the swimming for sunbathing.

Peaceful and quite place in proximity by foot to seminyak beach. Daily cleaning of the villa. The 2 BR villa is spacious. Swimming pool was clean and convenient. Comfy beds.

Hu’u Villas in Seminyak was simply great due to its prime location: near the beach, next to Biku, conveniently close to shopping, spas, and stunning sunset views, no traffic congestion in the area, and has a quiet atmosphere.

Property was good but they have not returned my deposit despite being cleared for 100% deposit return on the date of departure. Please be aware of extra hidden charges.

Fabulous location near many nice restaurants. Service was excellent as staff was friendly and remembered us by name. Villa was clean, cosy and exactly like in the pictures. Pool was well maintained. They also gave beach towels and an in villa water dispenser. Felt like a home away from home

Kitchen cooking utensils were quite limited. No kettle and had to ask for a pot to cook food or heat up water. Villa has no direct access to the beach - have to walk 5 min to public Petitenget Beach

The villa was lovely. A loft-style townhouse with private pool. The bathroom was clean with a GIANT bath (almost too big!) The reception staff were SO nice. We were both unwell on day 2 after drinking too much local booze and received IV fluids from some local on-call nurses - the staff let them in and made sure we were feeling ok, and house-keeping were kind enough to change sheets and towels afterwards. They provided safe drinking water. Unlike other villas we have stayed in, they actually had facilities to cook (stove, microwave, crockery). The aircon and wifi were brilliant, with TVs and toilets upstairs and downstairs.

It’s not the property’s fault but there were quite a few spit-fire caterpillars hanging around the pool so we weren’t comfortable sitting/sunbaking on the deck. The pool was clean though. It was a nice quiet location - close to the “cool” places like beach clubs and Mexicola but a little far from the busy shopping streets. Always taxis around though so can’t complain.

The villa is huge and very well maintained. It has good security also so that was a huge plus point. Thanks Hu’u Villas team for your hospitality!

Hu'u Villas is in a great location and the villas have nice private pools. The staff are so friendly and will help however they can. From Hu'u you can easily walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.

It was exactly as described. Our villa was the exact same as the photos. I liked how clean the place was, you can tell it is well looked after. I appreciated the 24/7 security guard and the VIP cards to Finns made the stay even better! Thank you so much

When I first checked in and made payment for the villa, the staff said they needed to write down all of my card details to “confirm the payment” even though it had already gone through. I was a little concerned why my card details were needed, so I asked the staff to stop and they were very accepting and kind about the situation.

We loved everything about the property. The location was incredible, it was meticulously cleaned daily and the staff were friendly.

So many things about this villa we loved - great location - very clean and well looked after - staff were super lovely

One thing that could change about the villa is the pool I would have liked it to be more in the sun but not a big deal!

The staff where fantastic and helped ant opportunity, extended our stay at a moments notice , breakfast was good but more variety would be great ad gets a bit to much after 5 days
