The breakfast was amazing; they had some options for healthy breakfast and vegetarian menu too. The main pool is so big which perfect for me. We definitely will come back and stay longer next time.

Breakfast was ok. I’ve read many people saying how nice it was but we didn’t think so. It’s totally fine, but not amazing as some seem to suggest - in our opinion!

Mieliśmy pokój typu Executive i niestety pobyt nie do końca odpowiadał temu, czego spodziewaliśmy się na podstawie zdjęć w internecie. Największym rozczarowaniem było otoczenie prywatnego basenu. Bezpośrednio nad nim przebiega mnóstwo kabli elektrycznych, które dodatkowo wydają słyszalne dźwięki. Na zdjęciach prezentujących pokój nie było tego widać — fotografia została wykadrowana w taki sposób, że kable znalazły się poza kadrem. Przez to na miejscu poczuliśmy się trochę oszukani, ponieważ rzeczywistość znacząco odbiegała od tego, co przedstawiała oferta. Sam pokój sprawiał też wrażenie znajdującego się właściwie poza główną częścią hotelu — tuż przy parkingu i bardzo blisko ulicy. Samochody, parking i ruch uliczny zdecydowanie nie tworzą atmosfery, której oczekiwaliśmy, wybierając pokój klasy Executive. Pokój sam w sobie miał swoje zalety, jednak uważam, że zdjęcia i opis powinny uczciwie pokazywać również jego bezpośrednie otoczenie. Gdybyśmy wcześniej wiedzieli o kablach nad basenem oraz lokalizacji przy parkingu i ulicy, prawdopodobnie wybralibyśmy inny pokój.

No breakfast area - we had it in the room. So no buffet just need to specify what you want. you could have it by the pool but no AC. AC in the room had issue but staff was helping with fixing it. I guess I would prefer more of a hotel expeirnce but pricewise it was ok so no complaints.

Just stayed 4 nights at cicada and wow what an incredible place. We had a two bedroom villa and it was huge and stunning. Gorgeous breakfast delivered and laid out each morning. Staff really friendly. Great location for beach and restaurants. Our daughter left her iPad in the Lounge of the villa and the staff were incredible at getting it sent onto us in Ubud the same day for a very reasonable price. Thank you all. Thoroughly recommmend

Heerlijk verblijf gehad in deze prachtige villa. In eerste instantie 3 nachten geboekt maar omdat het zo goed beviel, nog 2 nachten bijgeboekt. De locatie is fantastisch, een oase van rust, te midden van leuke winkeltjes en vlakbij het strand, goed ontbijt en het personeel is lief en behulpzaam. Ik heb veel contact gehad met Arca van de receptie die ons uitstekend heeft geholpen.

Een prachtige, rustige accommodatie midden in Seminyak. De Cicada was ruim, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk, gastvrij en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was iedere ochtend voortreffelijk, met veel keuze en heerlijke verse gerechten.

Eigenlijk hebben we niets negatiefs aan ons verblijf kunnen ontdekken. We hebben hier vijf heerlijke nachten gehad en waren erg tevreden!

We had a fantastic stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses for the second time. This time we booked the studio one for a last minute visit, had no pool but jacuzzi instead. The villa was very comfortable, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. Breakfast was freshly prepared and served in our room , which was a wonderful. The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet only a short walk to the main street, which this is one of the reason we coming back. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Cicada to anyone. We can't wait to come back again.

Luxury villa in a good location in Seminyak. Very accommodating staff, nice breaky served in your room.

We had a huge double story villa with private pool. The only problem was the villa was not within the main complex which felt a little isolating. There’s always staff on the desk but this wasn’t anywhere near the entrance to our villa which made it difficult with one set of keys, after discussions with staff they did locate another set of keys for us. The pool wasn’t so private when I saw a male watching me from an adjoining villa complex through a window. Breakfast was nice but could have been a bit hotter each morning. Enjoyed our stay .

Very well organised with the private room service for breakfast, beautiful garden and pool, really convenient room and extremely friendly and supportive staff.

Dining tables too high for chairs supplied. I am over 6 foot and needed cushions to eat comfortably. The shared road from the resort to the main street is not pleasant with a dirty creek running alongside and lots of rubbish

The staff are so friendly and professional and go out of their way to be helpful and accommodate your every need. The room is so spacious and cleaned every day. The pool is a big draw. The beds are so comfy, we had such good sleeps which is rare when travelling. Location is perfect. On a quiet lane but easy walking distance to the beach, shops and great restaurants

Our stay at Cicada Luxury Townhouses was fantastic from start to finish. The villas were exactly as shown in the photos beautiful, spacious, clean, and very well maintained. We booked three villas for our family group, and everyone loved the privacy and comfort. The airport pickup and dropoff service were seamless, and the staff welcomed us warmly upon arrival. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from each day. We especially enjoyed the peaceful pool area, which often felt like our own private oasis. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs, yet the property remains quiet and relaxing.

The staff were amazing …. Complimentary car to local area was a great plus ..

The coffee - I need a real coffee in the morning .. this really let the in-house dining down . I ended up eating breakfast elsewhere . The proximity to the smelly, creek and the road to property felt unsafe after dark - not well lit enough .. Needing to keep doors closed at all times to prevent mosquitos getting in, meant no fresh air . Plunge pool very very cold …. Preferred the warmer larger shared pool.

We have stayed at Cicada many times. Just such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms are modern, comfortable & spotless. Breakfast is delivered and set up in your room and is delicious. The main pool and the individual plunge pools are immaculate and so inviting. The staff are always ever so friendly, caring and helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. We love staying at Cicada, our home away from home.

Outdoor bathroom too hot. A couple of standard chairs and small table outside glass doors would be nice for morning tea.

It is a nice and quiet retreat in the bustling setting of Seminyak. Personally, I loved the open-air shower and bath. We enjoyed the large central swimming pool, the lush, green garden and the excellent location, with the beach, shops, restaurants, only minutes away. Would we go back? Absolutely

Fantastic staff & great location

Wonderful experience overall. We had a small pool in our villa but we use the main pool as well, even had floating breakfast for the first time ever which was fantastic. Already plan for the next trip to Bali and cicada will be choose as our first stop and longer stay. Thank you to all staff for the top level service.

The staff were phenomenal, especially Arca, who was always ready to help whenever needed. The pancakes were delicious; the portions could be a little bigger, but it’s great that you can order two main courses. The rooms were consistently clean, tidy, and well organized. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would happily stay here again.

We got a very good deals by booking last minute for our last day in Bali, and feels like we won a prize. Great location, friendly staff, comfortable studio room, and best breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again.

The 1 bedroom villa was clean and we love the main pool so much. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. One night will never be enough and we are so ready to come back soon.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices and was quite extensive. Although the hotel is located in a small alley, it is very close to the main shopping area and the beach, which makes the location very convenient.

The only minor downside was that the mattress seemed a bit worn and sagged in the middle, so it was not very comfortable to sleep on.

I was really impressed by this resort in Seminyak. The suite is just incredible with an outdoor hot tub! And a pool in the front. The hospitality is just amazing- great front desk staff. Floating breakfast was amazing. They have a beautiful pool as well. Come here to unwind and pamper yourself.

- A really nice, long pool that’s empty 99% of the time — amazing - The rooms are quiet, even though the property is in a pretty lively neighborhood - Spotlessly clean rooms - Super friendly and helpful staff - Free airport transfers (both ways) - Lots of great places within walking distance - Seminyak Beach is cleaned more often than other beaches This is our second time staying here. It’s one of the best options in Seminyak for the price.

We loved our stay here! We had the junior suite and it was further past the reception to get in but felt safe the entire time. Place was spacious, bed comfy and aircon downstairs and upstairs. Airport pick up was very easy. The staff are AMAZING and looked after us making sure we had everything we needed. Super central or a scooter away if you didn’t feel like walking. Would recommend this place!

It was absolutely beautiful, extremely spacious rooms, well thought out and loaded with features for guest comfort. Room service was excellent and great value for money. The staff were fantastic and friendly.

Pod koniec pobytu śniadania wydały nam się bardzo monotonne. Droga do obiektu wymaga przejścia w nocy nieoświetlonym kawałkiem drogi. Na duży minus transport lotniskowy. Odbiór z lotniska przebiegł ok, ale transport już na lotnisko to jakieś duże nieporozumienie. Zapytaliśmy wprost czy jest w cenie, a po uzyskaniu potwierdzenia byliśmy niemiło zaskoczeni koniecznością zapłaty za już czekającą taxi. Najpierw powiedziano nam, że jest w cenie, a potem musieliśmy zapłacić. To był niemiły akcent na zakończenie przyjemnego pobytu. Zostaliśmy postawieni przed faktem dokonanym, bo zamówienie innego taksi oznaczałoby nie zdążenie na lot powrotny.

Cicada Luxury Townhouse Seminyak was exactly what I was looking for private, comfortable, and well located without the usual Seminyak noise. It feels peaceful yet still close to restaurants and shops. The townhouse was clean, well designed, and easy to settle into, with a private pool that made the stay even more enjoyable. The team was warm and efficient, making everything feel smooth and personal. A great choice if you prefer a private residence vibe over a typical hotel stay.

Cicada Luxury Townhouse Seminyak exceeded our expectations, particularly as a family with children. The property strikes a great balance between modern design and a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels very suitable for kids. Despite being close to Seminyak’s main attractions, the environment remains peaceful and relaxed. The townhouse was spacious, tastefully designed, and immaculately maintained. The comfortable layout made it easy for our family to settle in, and the overall space felt safe and practical for children while still being stylish for adults. Having an on-site restaurant was a huge plus. It made meal times simple and stress-free, especially with kids. The staff were very accommodating and friendly, making sure our children felt comfortable and welcome during every visit. The service throughout the stay was outstanding. The team were warm, attentive, and especially kind to our children, which made us feel truly cared for. We were also happy to hear that a gym will be available soon—an excellent addition for parents who like to stay active during their holiday.

Well maintained and everything working as it should. The staff were just super lovely and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was good, way better than a standard hotel buffet breakfast.

It’s in a busy part of seminyak but luckily set back on a quiet road. Still road noise from motorcycles using the road as a cut through. But very tolerable.

whilst heading to nusa lembongan...they organized a courier and silly me left my passport and wallet in the safe. so the rang a trustedbike courier and he bought me my wallet and passport is such a quick time. Great value and will definitely book this again

The staff were absolutely welcoming and friendly. Archer at reception was a true gentleman and made me feel very welcome. The setting and room was stunning! The bed was very cosy and the spa, divine! On departure Archer kindly assisted with a shuttle to my other accommodation which was above and beyond great service 👍

Beautiful villa with private plunge pool and larger swimming pool with loungers in a beautiful private setting. Spacious rooms. 5 min walk to beach and about 10 - 15 min walk to main shopping and restaurant area. Great breakfast served in the villa each morning. Nice staff. Security.

Have to walk through a dark and narrow alley/street with no sidewalk to reach the villa. Not pedestrian friendly.
