Tessuto dei letti super sintetico e veramente scomodo. Per un problema (che ci è stato comunicato con scuse il penultimo giorno di soggiorno) c’era il riscaldamento a pavimento acceso (ad agosto con un caldo terrificante) e infatti non si riusciva a dormire nonostante l’aria condizionata

The staff is super helpful, warm, always smiling and willing to make our trip the best as possible. Especially Haesa ! She is soooo adorable, she even gave me gifts and really care about making my stay wonderful. She is so hard working, and always do her best. She is probably the best hôtel worker I have ever seen ! The room and hôtel overall is always super clean, the breakfast is super nice. And it's very convenient because it's near the subway. I always recommand it to other people.
I have nothing to complain about ! It's always perfect !

Reviewed Sep 4, 2026It was so nice staying at OYO. I’ve booked a private room with en-suite bathroom for 7 days. It was very comfortable and without noises during the night. There was opportunity of cleaning every day I needed to. Free breakfast provided. The location was excellent for most of the places I wanted to visit but also there were so close bus, metro stations and also airport bus station. Alex, Haesa and Susi were so kind and willing to help at everything before and during the visit.

The bed is very uncomfortable and super soft , the curtains are very light and you will be wake up by the sunrise and the light at night to . The room is very small , and breakfast . I think was the worse breakfast of all my holiday ( bad bread with jam ,peanut butter, Nutella, and cereal) when I book on booking i always look a room with breakfast and this can’t be call breakfast sorry

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Easy self check-in, clean building & room, relatively good location which is close to restaurants, food market and pharmacies. Air conditioning is working well. Complimentary cold water 24/7. The staff is great. Thanks to Haesa and Celline, we had a wonderful stay. Especially Haesa is the sweetest receptionist (most helpful and most patient with the guests) you'll ever find in Seoul.
Breakfast could be better (you know what I mean if you have experienced Turkish breakfast ever). If you have big luggages, there are no elevators fyi. The room was a bit tight.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Everything was great! 👍🏻 The location was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It's conveniently located near both the bus stop and the metro station. You can also walk to DDP in just 10 minutes, which was a big plus.
The roads were a bit messy, and there were a few sketchy-looking café houses nearby.

エレベーターがなく、毎日買い物から疲れて戻って 急な階段を4階迄上がるのはかなり堪えた。階段が急なので大きいスーツケースではかなり辛いと思う。部屋自体はきれいだが、バスルームからの下水の臭いには参った。

Bad curtains, didn’t cover the light up at all. No elevator, which wasn’t really a problem for us, but was a bit annoying since we lived on the 4th floor.

5층에 정수기가 있었지만 냉장고에 물이 없던게 아쉽다.하지만 가성비 때문에 이해하게 된다.

Non c'è ascensore per cui è da tenerne conto se si portano pesi eccessivi. Colazione essenziale.

And its so near in the bus stop and airport stop as well. And I jjust forgot to ask her name, but the lady on duty in the reception was so nice 💜
I love everything about it. But I hope you can do something about luggages. Honestly, I think I haven't researched or read much before booking but I haven't seen that there were no elevators. For someone who always travels with big luggage it's really hard to bring mine all the way to 4th floor.

El aire acondicionado esta estupendo, la ubicación del hotel es céntrica y tiene buena conexión con transporte público, e incluso tiene cerca una parada del bus que va directo al aeropuerto. El desayuno es sencillo pero suficiente para empezar el día. Disfruté mucho que hubiese jugos y cereales con leche. Pero eso es porque me gusta a mí. Otras personas tenían pan con mermelada y distintos tipos de café. Es sencillo pero igual la ciudad tiene muchísima oferta gastronómica y esto estaba bien antes de salir. El trato del personal fue extremadamente simpático. Quedé sorprendido. Espero volver pronto a Seul y pasar así sea a saludar.
Quizás la ropa de cama se notaba muy usada. Estaba perfectamente limpia, pero el desgaste es algo notable. De resto, no hay ningún problema porque la habitación es bastante fresca.
