室料から妥当性を判断する限り、文句なしに合格点です。部屋は広く、水回りも水準に達しており（電気温水器は最近主流の小さなものなので二人連続でジャージャー使えば湯切れしますが、時間を分けて計画的に利用すれば良いだけのことです）、エアコンも問題ありませんでした。 朝食はパンとフルーツに飲み物を選ぶシンプル系ですが、グルテン避けたいのでパンを遠慮したら、フルーツの盛りを良くしてくださいました。 立地も悪くありません。食事でも洗濯屋でもコンビニでも、徒歩で大概のことは完結できますし、通り一本入ったことで喧騒からは隔離されます。実際、周囲に新しい宿泊施設が増え始めており、後年「あそこは穴場だったね」となるのかもしれません。 家族経営の民宿的な運営ですが、特に不足はありませんし、頼み事もWhatsAppで連絡はすぐに付きます。

繰り返しになりますが、非常に低廉な室料に鑑みれば文句など無いという状況だと前置きした上で、「この辺には過度な期待をしないようにね」という後学のために何点か例示します。 運営側から明示されている通り、敷地内を多頭飼いのGレトリバーが徘徊し、排便排尿します。私は犬嫌いではありませんが、服が汚れるのを嫌い、彼らに近付いてくれるなとシグナルを送りましたから、実害はゼロでした笑。しかし、犬の扱いに慣れていない、或いは犬が苦手という人には、結構なストレスになり得ることが予想されます。 プールは「プールサイドの雰囲気」を楽しむのに役立つ感じで悪く無いのですが、夜半までプールサイドで騒いでいるおバカなゲストを誘引する面も。騒ぐなら外食も飲み屋もいくらでもある訳で、客ガチャの最たるもの。宿のせいではないにせよ、小さな敷地に客室が林立する構造上、そのような不運に見舞われるリスクもない訳じゃないということです。

good location, the dogs were awesome

L’hôte est très gentil ! L’emplacement est idéal ! C’est un petit paradis calme et pourtant si proche de tout ! Nous recommandons ++ Les chiens du propriétaire sont adorables, câlins et joueurs ! Nous avons eu une douche extérieure et cela rajoute encore plus de charme au séjour !

L’établissement était super, il correspond exactement aux photos présentes sur le site. Le personnel est super accueillant et très serviable. Il est très bien placé, dans le plein centre de Ubud mais très au calme.

La struttura è carina non c’è nulla da dire.

Trovo che dovrebbero migliorare nell’accoglienza, lo staff è gentile e sono stati anche disponibili a supportarci nella prenotazione degli aerei su un sito indonesiano. Purtroppo però un pio di dettagli mi hanno parecchio indisposto. Innanzitutto appena prenotato ho ricevuto un messaggio il cui sunto era (testuali parole) “si paga al momento del check in. Se non paghi, non entri”. Un po aggressivo. Sostanzialmente appena arrivi con ancora tutte le valigie nemmeno puoi poggiarle un attimo che subito ti presentano il conto. Secondo problema: non danno l’acqua. Non te la fanno trovare in stanza e nemmeno te la danno a colazione. Questa non l’avevo mai vista, quando ho chiesto se potevo acquistarla in struttura mi hanno detto che c’erano dei market lì vicino dove comprarla. Penso che la gestione dovrebbe migliorare, l’acqua potabile dovrebbe essere garantita all’ospite perlomeno all’arrivo. Le stanze pulite così così, per quello che costa mi aspettavo meglio.

Everything was awesome. Clean rooms, friendly staff, easy check-in and check-out, great location, great facilities, etc. The price was also pretty good for what we got. I highly recommend staying here if you want to visit Ubud.

No major complaints. The only small detail that could be improved was the dog poo which was sometimes on the grass around the property. If you weren't paying attention you may accidentally step in it. Other than that everything was great!

Nous avons séjourné au Manuaba à Ubud et ce fut une très belle expérience. Le gérant de l’hôtel est très gentil, arrangeant et toujours disponible pour aider. Le lieu est un véritable petit havre de paix, situé à seulement 10 minutes des temples et entouré de nombreux restaurants accessibles à pied. Les chambres sont spacieuses, équipées de la climatisation et disposent d’une terrasse extérieure agréable pour se détendre. L’hôtel possède également une piscine, parfaite pour se rafraîchir après une journée de visites. Le petit déjeuner est préparé à la demande, ce qui ajoute une touche personnalisée très appréciable. Nous partons pour un tour du monde d’un an et Ubud était notre première destination : ce séjour restera un super souvenir.

This guest house is super close to the main road but nonetheless very silent. The crew is also very helpful and nice.

The room was very clean, but the sheets had a few stains. I think they had been washed, but they’re simply worn out. I’d also add a bedspread, rather than just a blanket. Other than that, they are truly wonderful.

Suite à notre vol et au temps necessaire pour arriver à l'hôtel, nous sommes arrivés à 23h15 au lieu de 23h00. Nous avions prevenu. Malgre celà, premierement, personne ne nous attendait à l'hôtel, heureusement que notre chauffeur nous a aidé à trouvé le receptioniste et de plus nous avons ðû payer un supplément. La rue de l'hôtel etait tres etroite, ce qui a decouragé plusieurs chauffeurs de venir nous chercher devant l'hôtel, etant 9 personnes nous avions besoin de grandes voitures.

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente, angolo silenzioso vicino al centro di Ubud, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Piscina molto bella e pulita e vista delle camere sulla giungla. Giardino curatissimo e personale molto gentile e disponibile! Un punto in più per i simpatici cagnolini.

Les insectes et grenouilles mais c’est le jeu d’être dans la nature, faut s’y préparer.

The room was very clean and spacious! The beds were super comfortable. The swimming pool was lovely within a gorgeous setting. Our favourite part were the AMAZING dogs who are soo friendly and cute, they definitely made our stay special!

Уставшим номерной фонд. Посредственная уборка номера. Отсутствие питьевой воды и стаканов в номере. Очень скромный завтрак. Отколотые ступени бассейна (можно порезаться).

Quiet location yet central to city. Lovely pool that backs onto jungle vista of rainforest. Good spot for walking access to many of city highlights. Helpful staff.

Une seule prise de courant

La ubicación buena para poder ir al centro de Ubud caminando en 15 minutos. El dueño agradable pero lo veíamos poco. La habitación y el baño amplios aunque no muy aseado, eso fue lo peor, aunque el precio era bajo echamos de menos un cambio de toallas. Nuestra habitación con una terraza muy grande y una piscina para los huéspedes que aunque usamos, tampoco nos daba muchas garantias de limpieza.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. Nos limpiaron el suelo 1 vez en 5 días y las toallas no nos las cambiaron, las doblaron y nos pusieron las mismas otra vez. No conseguimos hacernos con el dueño para que nos cambiara las toallas que ya habían estado por el suelo. La ropa de cama escasa y oscura, tampoco nos parecieron muy limpias el día que llegamos y por supuesto no nos las cambiaron en toda la estancia. Para taparnos un ligero edredón mínimo sin funda que no nos pareció tampoco limpio.

L'emplacement est super. On est proche de tout mais suffisamment loin de la route pour être au calme. Le personnel est super ! Et le lit est confortable.

Deux petits problèmes : nous avons eu du bruit sur le toit pendant la nuit, ce qui a été assez gênant, et l'hôtel manquait d'équipement (gel douche, shampoing, savon).

Właściciel był bardzo miły i pomocny. Śniadania były bardzo smaczne i dostarczane na taras. Lokalizacja jest bardzo dogodna- jest blisko do centrum, a jednak idzie uniknąć korków i tłoku. Pieski bardzo przyjazne. Market i restauracje bardzo blisko. Ogród i basen zadbane. Rewelacyjny stosunek cena- jakość. Mieliśmy łazienkę z otwartym dachem, coś pięknego 😚

L’accueil de la famille

Good value for the price. It’s suitable for a short stay of 1–2 days. We stayed for one night with friends during a motorbike island tour. The only issue was that the room door was hard to close properly. Other than that, there didn’t seem to be any major problems. If you don’t have high expectations for luxury or comfort, it’s one of the best options for the price. The room also looked clean. The breakfast in the morning was tasty. However, the pool looked dirty and not really suitable for swimming. The water itself seemed clean, but the pool floor clearly needed cleaning. I would only recommend it for short-term stays.

Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, et le calme est olympien. À qq minutes à pieds de toutes commodités. L’accueil et le personnel (Gung est magistral!! A peine une demande est formulée par messagerie qu’il est déjà à votre porte pour régler le problème).

Les sanitaires étaient un peu vétustes, la clim capricieuse.

The garden with the pool was the top.

I stayed in many home stays around Bali so in compare with others : for cheaper in different Homestay I had fridge in the room or at least was always option of shared fridge in the kitchen which was accessible to all rooms plus free water.Here was absolutly nothing.I moved 1street down where I found same style of pool plus water,fridge,hair dryer and every day cleaning included for less price.

Nos gustó mucho la vista de la habitación. Daba a la pileta y desayunar ahí era una vista grandiosa. Párrafo aparte para Gung, el encargado de recibirnos y traernos el desayuno todos los días. De las personas más amables que nos encontramos en Bali, nos compartió mucho sobre su cultura, nos recomendó muchísimos lugares para ir, siempre con una sonrisa dispuesto a ayudar. Muchas gracias Gung!

Très bon accueil , les chambres près de la piscine sont très agréables et confortables , la piscine est sympa, un havre de paix à proximité du centre d Ubud a un prix très raisonnable.

Nous aurions aimé avoir un drap du dessus pour le lit car la couverture en coton est trop chaude , et des toasts avec de la confiture pour le petit-déjeuner, plus léger que les pancakes .

Sessiz sakin, merkeze çok yakın.Huzur dolu, yeşillikler içerisinde, uygun fiyat, küçük açık balkon ve oturma alanı, serinlemek için ortak kullanım havuzu.etrafta gürültü olmaması.

Oda biraz küçük ama fiyatına göre normal, büyük olmasına ihtiyacımız da yoktu.Banyo üstü açık olması biraz tedirgin edici.Genel olarak malzemeleri biraz eski ama sağlam kullanılabilir yine fiyatla alakalı olarak normal karşılanabilecek durumlar.
