La vista, la ducha y la climatización

La vista es espectacular! La comodidad del departamento, la amplitud, muy bien equipado.

El lugar,la vista,la atención, la limpieza..todo excelente.

Que la pileta no esté disponible por la mañana.

La vista desde el comedor, espectacular. El equipamiento de la cocina . La atención del personal.

El desyuno bien la ubicacion a unos 14 min. Aprox del centro

La vista del departamento excepcional, muy cómodo y luminoso.

La temperatura del agua de la pileta climatizada, estaba templada.

La vista, luego de hacer los distintos senderos, llegar a relajarse y disfrutar de tremendas vistas fue lo máximo. El personal excelente, dispuestos siempre y con la mejor onda.

Nada, no tener más días 4 noches fueron pocas

El departamento, el.equipamiento, la vista al lago, la terraza en el.balcon, todo estaba bien! La cordialidad y atención de Lucas, un genio!

Que es spa estuviera alejado de las.habitaciones, no fue práctico. Hay que ir con un bolso y cambiarse allí, pero la.vista es espectacular, la pileta, y todo.el.spa, super cuidado. El.acceso al hotel no es.sencillo, pero con un GPS se soluciona todo!

La piscina no estaba en completo funcionamiento y que el restaurante haya estado cerrado no fue lo mejor

El lugar es hermoso, tiene buena ubicación y la gente del lugar es super amable y atenta. Las habitaciones estan muy bien equipadas y son muy comodas.

The hotel serves everyday the breakfast at your apartment according with the schedule that you agreed on previously and you can change theta schedule everyday. There are very flexible. I forgot something in the apartment and they warned me before I notice it and are going to send it to me. If I decide to visit Bariloche again, I will stay at this hotel for sure.

Everything is great.

Very attentive owners and staff. Spacious and well equiped flat with a wonderful view of lake and mountains.

You do get a bit of the noise from the avenue down by the lake but sound proof windows solve this so this is not an issue at night.

Fantastic stay at Catalonia-sur. Beautiful location and probably one of the best views I’ve ever seen from our living area and bedroom with a panoramic of the mountains and lakes. Staff were really friendly and helpful with itinerary and booking boat trip. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the breakfast. The apartment was also modern and nicely furnished. Some lovely restaurants nearby like the stag and el patacón. We had a car but glad we stayed here rather in the city as felt closer to nature. Would highly recommend and will stay again if we are back in Bariloche.

Everything! The apartment was great, the shower was amazing and the views were outstanding!!! Lucas from reception offered 24/7 support and made the stay super easy and enjoyable.

In our dates the hotel didn’t offer breakfast and we weren’t aware but was okey.

We absolutely loved our stay! The accommodation was very clean with an exceptional view!!! The staff were lovely, offering great recommendations and taking excellent care of us. The breakfast served directly in the accommodation was a real bonus, what a treat to start the day with such a stunning view.

A acomodação é fantástica, com uma vista maravilhosa do lago Nahuel Huapi e das montanhas nevadas ao fundo. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e prestativos, e o café da manhã é levado no quarto no horário combinado. A localização é boa, entre a cidade e as montanhas e o porto. Podem ir sem medo, o local é lindo, limpo e muito bem cuidado.

The place was lovely. The apartment is spacious and pleasant. The view from the window is amazing. The service of the staff was excellent.

There is a bus nearby, but in order to get to the city center you need public transport or a private car.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views from the huge windows of the lake and mountains. That was the best thing!!!! The service also was really great and very friendly.

Excellent apart-hotel. Comfortable apartments that contain all you need, including comfortable beds and good showers. Good facilities (spa; parking etc). But, best of all the staff - who went out of their way to help with each little request I had during my stay. Juan and his team really turn a nice apart-hotel into a thoroughly enjoyable and seamless stay. I'm already planning to go back next year.

The condo has fantastic lake views, excellent amenities, and customer service. Great location, only 20 minutes from Cerro Catedral to go snow skiing and less than 20 minutes from Downtown.

The apartment is fantastic & the lake views are stunning. Breakfast in the room was great. We were able to cook after 3 months of travel. Juan was so very helpful & was super responsive.

The place is wonderful. It has great views, excellent service, and all the amenities needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The people working at the location make it special, pampering the guests with any requests. Well worth the cost, and it is in fact likely even a bargain given all that the location offers. My only slight gripe would be the internet connection, which was at times very slow. But then again, we were there to disconnect, so it didn't affect us much.

Bariloche é fantástica, ainda melhor quando o hotel é aquilo e um pouco mais do que se espera. O quarto, a vista, a recepção que desde o início da reserva até p dia da saída estão ajudando. Sempre solícitos. Saudades de assistir da janela o nascer e por do sol de frente para o Lago Nahuel. Surprendentemente fantástica!!!!!

ADORAMOS O QUARTO, COM VISTA PARA O LAGO, FICA PRÓXIMO AO CENTRO INDO DE CARRO. CAFE DA MANHA BEM SERVIDO E SE FALTAR ALGUMA COISA ELES COMPLEMENTAM. A CAMAREIRA EH MARAVILHOSA, DEIXOU O APARTAMENTO SEMPRE LIMPO E DEIXAVA O CAFE NA MESA NA HORA MARCADA. ADORAMOS O AQUECIMENTO E CONFORTO DO QUARTO, DO BANHEIRO E TUDO MAIS. COZINHA TODA EQUIPADA, NÃO FALTA NADA. ENFIM, SOH TEMOS ELOGIOS.

Certamente o ponto alto da estadia no Catalonia foi a incrível vista do Lago Nahuel Huapi com suas ilhas e a Cordilheira dos Andes ao fundo (fotos). Praticamente de todos os cômodos do apartamento tínhamos visão do lago. Acordar e tomar um café da manhã com aquela vista é simplesmente espetacular. O apartamento é bom, amplo e a grande maioria das coisas funciona bem. O café da manhã é servido no apartamento (não há restaurante no hotel) é possui opções de pães, croissant, salada de frutas, iogurte, frios, manteiga, leite, café e suco. O Wifi é um ponto a melhorar no quesito velocidade. Um outro ponto a ser observado é que a TV só está disponível na sala de estar/jantar, não havendo aparelhos nos quartos. A atenção dispensada pelo Gonçalo e Tania realmente superou as expectativas.

O hotel fica numa parte mais alta da cidade e por isso a vista é privilegiada! Acordar com aquele visual realmente é fascinante. Tudo muito limpo, lençóis limpos e macios, quartos novos, café da manhã no quarto bom! Passamos dias inesquecíveis e com certeza eu voltaria por tudo e mais a gentileza dos funcionários.

La experiencia fue excelente. Los duenhos viven en el lugar y estan siempre disponibles a ayudar. Mucha amabilidad. El hotel tiene una vista excelente y son apartamentos muy comodos. Queda a unos 7 km del centro, es tranquilo, pero hay que considerar la distancia para trasladarse (ir en coche o alquilarlo, ahi en el hotel consiguen un buen precio, o por bus)

Hotel de gama media. Mobiliario necesita actualización. Amenities muy básicos y de baja calidad. Lugar bueno con excelente vista. Parking gratuito!

Highly recommend this hotel. It has a mesmerising unspoilt view of the lake (choose the premium rooms at the front, it's worth it!), has large, clean, modern rooms. And Juan, the guy that runs it bends over backwards to help with anything. We (my wife and two kids) stayed 6 nights and it felt like home.

I spent some days at Catalonia in an excellent apartment with a great view to the Nahuel Lake and the mountains. A suite and a 2-bed room were perfect for 4 people. Breakfast is served in the apartment and staff was very kind.

Nossa viagem a Bariloche foi coroada com a excelente estadia oferecida pelo Catalonia Sur Aparts & Spa. Não poderíamos ter escolhido lugar melhor para nos hospedarmos. Conforto, limpeza, café da manhã, simpatia dos funcionários... Em todos os quesitos o hotel ganha nota máxima na opinião de nossa família. Parabéns ao Gonzalo, Tânia e Juan!

Words can't describe the beauty of the place , the wonderful service , the warm reception , caring for our needs and attending our requests. Management is very professional, knowledgable and classy. Every one of their advise and recommendation were right on the money . We can't wait to go back !!!
