Un lugar al que volveríamos sin dudarlo La llegada a Lirolay fue muy cálida. El personal es cercano, agradable y consigue que te sientas como en casa desde el primer momento. Esa sensación nos acompañó durante toda la estancia. La habitación tiene todo lo que puedes necesitar. Es tan cómoda y las vistas son tan increíbles que podrías quedarte allí sin salir durante días. De hecho, no encendimos ni una sola vez ninguno de los televisores. Lirolay tiene una energía especial. Está rodeado de árboles y naturaleza, y dormir junto al lago es una experiencia única. Es uno de esos lugares que invitan a bajar el ritmo y disfrutar simplemente de estar allí. Antes del viaje valoramos varios hoteles que nos gustaban mucho, pero después de nuestra estancia lo tenemos claro: si mañana volviéramos a Bariloche, elegiríamos Lirolay de nuevo sin ninguna duda.

Sinceramente, no encontramos nada negativo. Lo único que no nos gustó fue tener que marcharnos.

Que los servicios del hotel se ofrecen como una experiencia a medida de la necesidad del huésped, lo que da una flexibilidad que la mayoría de los hoteles clásicos no pueden ofrecer. Eso es una nota diferencial importante. -

El primer cuarto que habitamos no estaba en buenas condiciones, pero al hacerlo saber automáticamente nos solucionaron el problema y nos cambiaron de alojamiento

El desayuno no lo consumí al igual que la limpieza q ambas cosas no estaban incluidas en el gasto de la habitación quizás es mi error no haber tomado en cuenta el detalle de tener q abonar por esos servicios ese tipo de cosas me sorprenden en un hotel de calidad y precio de lo q abonamos

Viajei eu, minha esposa e filho de 8 meses. Estávamos com um carro alugado. Percebemos que o objetivo deles é proporcionar tranquilidade e facilidade. Foi muito fácil entrar e sair do hotel com muita segurança. Acomodações confortáveis, bonitas e limpíssimas. Serviço de check-in, check-out e de quarto muito bons. Refeições oferecidas a parte valem muito a pena pois são preparadas com muito capricho e por um valor bem em conta comparado com os arredores. Localização muito boa entre o circuito Chico e o Centro de Bariloche, principalmente para quem está de carro. A vista é espetacular.

Todo fue realmente increible. Desde la atención de la gente super amable hasta las instalaciones. Fuimos con mi pareja de luna de miel y realmente volvimos encantados

Fomos muito bem recebidos, o recepcionista foi muito solícito em toda a nossa estadia, nos deu dicas, estava realmente preocupado em nos oferecer a melhor experiência. A localização é ótima, super tranquilo de pegar Uber e ponto estratégico para quando a excursão passava nos pegar para o passeio. A vista do hotel é incrível e tivemos ótima experiência e acolhimento.

Foi tudo perfeito! Acomodação, vista do quarto, atendimento. Tudo funciona! Voltaremos certamente!

From the beautiful view to the friendly staff, very happy with this stay. They offered us unlimited refills of delicious cold water and hot coffee. Very special place with great location near town and great hiking and Circuito Chico driving loop.

We had a fantastic stay. Our suite had a clear view of the lake and the mountains beyond. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful: they gave great recommendations for restaurants, driving day trips, and hiking trails. Highly recommend for those who prefer an inn (pousada) instead of a larger hotel.

Staff would communicate on WhatsApp and would respond to any request so so quickly. The hotel itself is so pretty and location is great, only 10 minutes drive to the center.

Beautiful views and excellent service. Have stayed in many 5 star hotels and Lirolay suites has been the best in terms of personalized service. The staff helped us coordínate the excursions, recommended restaurants, brought us coffee with hot milk every morning (very punctual) and coordinated massages for us. Cannot wait to return!

It was a wonderful facility, architecturally, and in pricing and amenities. The person we dealt with the most, Arturo was extremely helpful adding much to our stay. We really appreciate it having plenty of hot water for bathing. The only problem I had was the mattress definitely needed replacement, with the top being well wrinkled.

The property is really cool. The services are only available for a fee, so it can not be very convenient.

Wonderful apart-hotel in Bariloche. We very much enjoyed the view from the room and the hot tub. They have a great room service option for dinner, too. The location is ideal if you’re looking to spend time near Llou Llou and the city center of Bariloche, as it is in between. Our only complaint was that communication could be improved, but everyone we enountered at the hotel was very nice and helpful.

We loved our stay at Lirolay Suites, what an incredible view! So peaceful and serene. We loved the heated pool, friendly staff, in-suite fireplace, and being able to see all the birdlife around the property. The food at Lirolay was also incredible; we ended up eating there 3 out of the 4 nights we stayed.

Excellent customer service from my questions prior to arriving to every request b4 n during our stay. Our suite Bosque#6 was spacious, very clean n had an amazing view. Entire hotel is lakefront with a $5 can ride into town. All tours picked us up from the hotel. Plenty of hot water n a large jacuzzi in the bathroom. Living room was large enough to host our friends staying in smaller rooms (same hotel) for wine after dinner. Kitchenette had a microwave, dish soap n sponge n plates/glasses etc. bathroom had soap, shampoo/conditioner. Room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. Bfast we got room service..had a ton of food n was delivered promptly. Room darkening blinds n a comfortable bed with extra blankets n pillows made for a great night’s sleep. We stayed for 3 nts n wish we could hv stayed much longer.

Generally loved it. Great staff. Hotel infrastructure is slightly dated. But staff quality makes up for it. People are amazingly nice. Above all the hotel provides an amazing view of the lake.

The staff here are so incredibly kind, helpful and responsive. Their aim is to please and help. They went over and above to assist us with recommendations, booking excursions, exchanging currency and more! The views are wonderful and the service is even better

O hotel é excelente para famílias com crianças pequenas e também para casais. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar no que for necessário. Reservaram nosso transfer de ida e volta do aeroporto e o motorista (remis) foi extremamente pontual. O café da manhã (pago à parte) é excelente: pedimos o express e estava sempre delicioso, com pães e croissants quentinhos. As instalações são bem limpas, e você pode contratar o serviço de limpeza e de troca de roupas de cama e de banho à parte, conforme a sua necessidade. Achamos isso muito bom, porque é uma limpeza bem completa e você pode escolher o dia e o horário mais conveniente. Se não for necessário em certo dia, é só não pedir. Consideramos uma excelente opção de hospedagem em Bariloche

Hermosa, la vista espectacular y el servicio increíble.

Our room was super spacious and the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we could want. The jacuzzi in the bathroom was used by us every night! The outside area on the property was also gorgeous - pool, beach access, lots of lounge areas. But most outstanding part of our stay was the customer service - the front desk was instantly responsive on WhatsApp even before we arrived. They booked us restaurants, recommended day trips, customized breakfast for us when what we wanted wasn’t on the menu. It was truly above & beyond what I’ve experienced at any other venue.

Nos quedamos 3 noches y la suite tiene una vista impresionante al lago Nahuel Huapi. Cuenta con un pequeño espacio para cocina, cama amplia y muy cómoda y jacuzzi techado para contemplar el lago. Es un hotel que invita a quedarse en la habitación y disfrutar Bariloche de una forma distinta. El personal es muy amable, te hacen recomendaciones y son muy atentos a que tu experiencia sea lo más cómoda posible. El desayuno Patagónico es espectacular, más que suficiente para 2 personas, con medias lunas recién hechas, huevo, yogurt y todo preparado al momento. Súper recomendado! Regresaré pronto.

Nice area and staff. Rooms look smaller than in pictures. It would be much better if they didn’t charge extra for services usually included into the services for hotels like this such as cleaning and towel change.

Phenomenal views from the property. Restaurants within walking distance. Perfect location just within outskirts of the main city area. Great staff and communication even if you are not fluent In Spanish. Would stay here again.

If you’re looking for something in town, this isn’t it, but there are tons of restaurants and bars within walking distance and the city is a short, cheap can ride away.

All the personal were welcoming, attentive, courteous and caring. I appreciate their flexibility helping us at all moments to fulfill our needs. Room service breakfast was amazing! The view of the property is breathtaking. We had a wonderful time!

The suite we rented was lovely, with a spectacular view of the lake. The suite is wonderfully maintained and it has a feel at home ambiance. This is our first time in Argentina and the peolple at Lirolay made us feel so welcome and at home. The night we came in we were tired and hungry. They brought us room service and it was delicious. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Lovely location, wonderful service.

The staff here are awesome. They couldn’t do enough for us from organising laundry, helping us order take away and sorting out transport. So helpful and so friendly - just great!

Tivemos uma estadia maravilhosa no Lirolay. O hotel possui área externa e jardins muitos bonitos e bem cuidados. No quarto tudo funcionava bem, o chuveiro, o aquecimento, a hidromassagem, o refrigerador etc. A limpeza do quarto estava bem feita. A cama é de boa qualidade. A comunicação com o pessoal da recepção foi muito boa, sempre atentos e com respostas rápidas via Whatsapp. O café da manhã patagônico, que é pago à parte, era muito bem feito e serviu 2 pessoas durante 2 dias. Valeu muito a pena.

Excelente para contemplar a natureza, o lago. Privacidade e tranquilidade absolutas. O atendimento é outro destaque favorável. Pontos de melhoria: Muitas quedas de energia nesta época e diferente dos demais estabelecimentos, o Lirolay não possui gerador, causando inconvenientes no banho e aquecimento, ainda mais no inverno com temperatura abaixo de 0°. o café (surpreendentemente não incluso na diária é muito caro) e não há variedade para a servir e também de pouco gosto. Inconvenientes da distância de cerca de 7Km do centro Bariloche é potencializada pela escassez de táxis, não há Uber e o engarrafamento é gigantesco no período da tarde, necessitando de planejamentos para os deslocamentos necessários para passeios, aluguel de roupas de inverno, restaurantes etc.

The view from my room was the best. Endless water and mountain views The staff was friendly. The food was good. The grounds were beautiful and well kept.

We were really disappointed when we arrived at this hotel. We had booked it for Christmas week, and, even taking into account that it was Christmas week, we had paid a lot of money for it, but it was not anywhere near worth what we had paid for it. The pictures on the website made it look luxurious, but in fact it was very run-down. The first (standard) room we were given was chipped, worn and delapidated - and the smell of blocked drains was over-powering. We complained, and they changed it to their only other available room, which was not a lot better but at least less worn and at least it didn't smell!! You can't tell in the photos on the web, but the décor is very dated - I guess, years & years ago we would have called it 'shabby chic'...but 'shabby chic' quickly becomes just plain 'shabby' and that is the word which came to mind at the beginning. We both felt very cheated. Breakfast was very simple with no a lot of choice - but they did put out a good spread on Christmas Day - which we appreciated! All of the staff there were extremely kind and helpful - especially the guys on reception. They tried hard to please us - it was not their fault that the management (who were totally absent) had grossly over-sold this place and over-charged us.

It's a cosy place with beautiful views of the lake. Breakfast was decent and everyone at reception was helpful. Quiet despite being near the road. Blinds good at blocking out light. Didn't end up trying the pool so can't comment on that. One slight issue is that there wasn't enough hot water to fill the whole hot tub so we had to use it with lukewarm water.

This is a first rate luxury boutique hotel (only 12 rooms), all of which have incredible views of the lake and mountains. The staff is very attentive to guest needs, such as providing restaurant suggestions and making reservations. They also arranged an airport transfer and my wife had an in-suite massage at a very reasonable price. Lastly, their breakfast was delicious offering a variety of options including freshly made omelettes, fruit, cereals, sweet cakes, warm milk (to be mixed with real chocolate or cocoa, coffee and juices. A first rate hotel in a spectacular setting. We truly felt at home and look forward to returning.

We loved the views, location, size of room and daily free breakfast. We thought the concierge was good, but could have been more helpful and pointed with hiking recommendations in the area. Overall we thought the hotel was good but a little overpriced.

This property was exactly what we thought it would be. The apartment had a large bathroom with two sinks and a roll top bath with a shower. There was a very small kitchen facility with two hobs, a fridge and a sink. The utensils were limited but anything extra you needed you just had to ask at reception. The spa bath was in the perfect position with views looking out over the lake towards the mountain. Overall extremely happy with my stay and the staff we’re fantastic organising a rose petal bath for my girlfriends birthday.

La ubicación magnífica si lo que se busca es elrelax, a la orilla y con una vista hermosa del Lago Nahuel Huapi, sirve como un excelente punto de partida para 3 de los mejores Atractivos de Bariloche, Cerro Otto, Cerro Catedral y Circuito Chico. Precios muy buenos para suites com todas las comodidades
