the room wasnt so clean, floor was a bit dirty. i couldnt sleep because i can hear people from the corridor very loudly. when they tried to open their door, i thought they were trying to open our door. the lights in the room were very dim, only 1 side of the room & toilet is lit up, the other side was dark.

The location of the property is a shop lot. So it's a dead-end road where it's difficult for vehicles to enter and exit the road. The room is not so spacious and has no window. The room is highly dusty, and it's not cleaned correctly. The specks of dirt are visible everywhere on—the fan, table and near the bed area. The property didn't provide a toothbrush, toothpaste, or body wash and the towels were damaged. The cups were given in horrible condition. No mineral water bottles are provided. It's not worth for money. I kindly request the property to maintain their room cleanliness and provide basic needs to the customers. Thank you.
