Reviewed Sep 16, 2026The transaction is smooth, from booking until I checked out. Overall stay is exceptional, all the things I needed for my stay is available. Staff are also friendly and accommodating, they can communicate well with their tenants. Instructions were given what to do and easy to follow with no confusion.
About the facilities - just the elevator which seems needed as it is kind of slow. Also, not really the building problem, but concerned about the security of the tenants for people especially women for those strangers (staff or not a staff) roaming around and will ask random uncomfortable questions and might have different intentions which may led to trouble. As I experienced it myself from the elevator until G floor and good that there's a security guard who's with me.

Reviewed Sep 15, 2026The place was good overall except 2 things - the bed sheet and the mattress were old and not comfortable. Otherwise, it was a good place. The Host was really good and responsive. So if they can replace with a more stiffer mattress that is good for back pain and have new bed sheets, I will certainly go with the same place.

They provided a detailed guide with everything we needed to know about the apartment and its amenities, which made the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated having both a washing machine and a dryer available. The air conditioning worked perfectly, with separate units in the living room/kitchen and the bedroom, keeping the apartment cool even on hot days. The pool was a nice place to relax after exploring the city, although the water was a bit cold. Getting to the city center was easy, Grab rides were readily available and affordable, and there were also bus stops conveniently located just outside the building. Having a 7-Eleven in the same building was another great convenience for snacks, drinks, and any essentials we needed.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2026The Unit A2 - 32-05 is excellent. This Homestay has a Residents Guard who was very helpful - and acted like a Hotel Receptionist.
Oh my goodness! The way driving up to the 7A Parking was like driving through a narrow coil. It was tightly squeezed - but I did not scratch the walls or add to the unforgiving previous scratches. I was so slow. The car behind honked. The resident cars behind flew up like F1 after I passed and cleared a level. Residents are proof that there must be a technique on how to climb the narrow coiled parking path. There was one Toyota Vellfire neatly parked at one of the levels.

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026La ubicación no estaba mal

Reviewed Jul 4, 2026Location, not for tourism
Very disappointed with my stay in Straits Garden Suites. On arrival I found standing water in the bathroom, living room furniture falling apart from moisture, peeling wall covering, rust on the kitchen worktop, and termite damage on the skirting board. I documented everything with photos and filed a formal complaint. Their only “solution” was to move me to another apartment — which had exactly the same problems. No genuine fix, no compensation. Unacceptable maintenance and hygiene, and no real willingness to resolve it. Not worth it at all — I do not recommend it.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026

Reviewed Jun 24, 2026Host is very communicative to ensure we have a smooth check-in, and the process is very easy and simple. Room is clean, well-equipped and feel just like home. Location is good, with 7-Eleven, eateries and nearby shops below. We have our own car, the areas is more geared towards those with own transport, but otherwise there is a bus stop just opposite of the building, though you will need to be familiar about where to stop. Note that the car park is slightly narrow and more suited for those with smaller cars. Bigger car owner may have to park outside.
We couldn't find anything we don't like about the room, and that is good. Keep up the good works!

Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The location I feel is good, go anywhere just only 10-15 mins. It’s only 7 mins drive to Cecilia Market. For 2 pax the size of the apartment is okay. The view is perfect, for me we stay at 29 floors, so with the high view it’s perfect.
- As apartment the kitchen don’t have any utensils, plates, bowls. Not even a cup - the sofa bed, it was not clean. I’m not too sure how long they didn’t change as it was not comfort - whole house do not even provide tissues, it only have one roll of toilet rolls - the curtain should be very dusty and not clean, as we place down and tie it up again. We feel very itchy
