Reviewed Sep 17, 2026They called us a week prior to confirm our stay which was a relief I didnt know I needed. The moment we arrived it smelt very nice, they had fresh cookies available complimentary and the front desk attendant was born to be in the service industry. I do not normally leave reviews but I had to this time just because his hospitality was amazing. For reference to employee as i missed his name we checked in around 4 pm on Sept 15th. The rooms were so clean, smelled very nice and the bed was so comfy. I did not hear much noise either from other rooms or hallways. They had a full fresh breakfast with eggs, ham, sausage, pancakes, fruit, juice, toast, cereal etc. Lastly, across the parking lot is a liquor store, grocery store, Boston pizza and western pizza. Will stay again!

$50/day parking and the cards didn’t for entry didn’t work both times we tried. Front desk didn’t apologize but they did think it was funny. Rooms are a joke. No water pressure, no ventilation and no water pressure. Restaurant food was good but the staff was terrible. I stay around 70 nights a year in hotels and this was by far the worst!

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026The location was ideal for me as I could bypass Regina yet hotel is far enough from highway not to hear traffic noise.
The air conditioner was loud and there was no way to adjust the temp. (Buttons didn’t work) finally I unplugged it. Thank heavens there was a window.

We thought the pool area could use a refresh and some fresh air. It was so hot and the air was so chlorine filled. The children enjoyed it alot though. And no one had any lasting effect from the strong chlorine.

Friendly efficient staff all around, clean, comfortable beds & pillows, nice rooms, the best breakfast ever!!🌻 Great set up for pool area , liked how the kids can enjoy the water slide without interference to pool or hot tub area. We will make this #1 for our Regina overnight visits !! Well done 👍

There was blood on the wall in the bathroom and 6 dead bugs in light cover. As well some sort of greasy, dirty, grime under the over flow in the tub. The room was suppose to have a walk in shower but had a tub instead with a non-functioning shower and I was not informed before check in. Food crumbs left on desk chair from previous occupant. A lot of finger prints left on the door of the closet from previous occupant. Ice machine broken.

Breakfast option were decent and the staff always cleans and refill right away. Pool was shallow enough that young children could enjoy. IGA, Shoppers, Timmies and 2 pizza places were right beside. I really liked the stay!

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The staff member who greeted us was fantastic. Very upbeat, happy and went above and beyond to help us. The staff who checked us out in the morning was also very pleasant. The location was perfect as it was right on the # 1 highway therefore easy for us access the highway to return home. No driving through the city to get to the highway.
I found the hotel to be extremely outdated, dirty and needed a major upgrade. The beds were old and worn, in addition the rooms smelled extremely musty. It is definitely time for this hotel to have an upgrade and deep clean.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026We liked the location. Easy access to continue our journey to Manitoba. The room was clean and we really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. A lovely variety of food items and if one is on the go, they have breakfast sandwiches and bagged boiled eggs for take away. The young man managing the breakfast area kept everything in perfectly clean condition. We were able to plug in our vehicle which was appreciated.
There is nothing we didn’t like about the property itself. What I didn’t appreciate was the eye roll and head shake from the gentleman at the check in counter when I asked him to explain the charge applied to my CC upon arrival compared to the amount I would be paying when we left. I didn’t understand it and honestly, it still makes no sense. It all worked out in the morning, but I could have done without the eye roll.

Personnel très gentil Porte extérieur à proximité de la chambre pour sortir le chien, mais ma carte ne fonctionnait pas pour rentrer je devais donc faire le tour pour revenir ou laisser la porte ouverte. Piscine était bien, mais la propreté des lieux était négligée
La buanderie était présente dans l’hôtel, mais l’entretien des machines n’était pas bien fait. Le réservoir à savon avait des traces de moisissures. SPA et glissade non fonctionnel

Reviewed Sep 25, 2025Further to my review down lower which it says I can't delete or edit. Why? Anyways the bill came and there was a $3.49 charge for a Marketing Fee. What is that? Why was I charged. If you don't want to pay that charge, don't stay there. Sorry Sleep Inn, you caused this. Will I stay there again? Probably yes but will ask about that fee. I want it removed or I go somewhere else. Lots of other places right next door. The rest of my other review still stands. Joe CYWG
