Dated furniture & furnishings need to be updated. Also breakfast, felt very cafeteria like…Normally I would like to get my OWN food; instead you went up to the counter and had to wait to get served from the worker. I’d like to serve myself.

The curtains were ripped and had been taped with clear tape. You also couldn’t completely close the curtain, the inside curtain was missing.

The room and bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. Easy access to Trans Canada Highway. Good restaurants nearby.

There is nothing I didn't like about the hotel.

Wrist bands to watch from the chairs was a little excessive. To buy one for $10 so I could help my husband dry off our 4 boys and make sure they were being safe while using the pool. When I talked to the staff the lady at the front was very rude

The hotel is in a good location, and the breakfast was good. The hotel room was nice, and the rest of our party enjoyed their stay. Guests enjoyed the waterslide.

Our king bed was surprisingly uncomfortable and the sheets were dusty, causing my allergies to flare. We checked out a night early due to this but were charged for only one night.

Convenient to the highway, gym onsite and breakfast included.

The pillows are stiff. They were painting in the meeting room next to me until midnight. I could hear brush strokes at my headboard until that time.

Had a large variety of breakfast items to pick from each morning.

There was mold on the ceiling above the shower.

The pool was a nice treat. The breakfast was very good. There was a very helpful young woman who was knowledgable in providing gluten free options for one of my family members.

The door to the washroom in our room was hard to open and close and it made an awful sound when you tried to open it. This wasn't so bad except it would wake everyone up when it was used in the night.

The property is in a great location easy to access and fairly quiet. We love the pool area with separate slide which is great for the kids. The room was clean & comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Only issue we had during our stay is we wish the light sensor in the bathroom could be deactivated. When getting up to use the washroom in the night or early morning it was frustrating to have the light go off automatically and wake up others in the room.

The damage deposit of $150 charged to the credit card is excessive considering the room rate was cheaper. The elevator was not working when we arrived and we were on the 3rd floor. Also, the fire alarm was triggered by hotel repairs and went off in the evening.

The kids loved the waterslides and pool. The location is perfect for us coming from Winnipeg.

I found it strange there was only one side table next to bed. Other person has no where to plug in phone or put water on.

We have stayed at this hotel on two occasions and it's easily one of the nicest hotels we've ever stayed at ! The rooms are super comfortable ....as are the beds and the breakfast is wonderful !

After checkin we found a leak in our room. We were immediately given a room upgrade to accommodate our group.

Swimmingpool could have used a vacuum. Quite a bit of sand around the edges in the water.

The breakfast had good selection and I’m glad there was fruit.

Enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was hot with good variety. Nice mini kitchen in room. Wanted to get right out of the city before stopping and this was perfect.

For some reason there was a rush to clean the hot tub before pool closing. Breakfast staff seemed grumpy about my going back for seconds.

Two Waterslides available and one was an open-air (not a tunnel enclosure) so it was perfect for my 2.5 year old. Slow enough for her to go down too. Kitchenette in the room is handy, with an additional sink (make sure you check the temp of the fridge before your stuff freezes)

Unable to bring pool towels to your room so you are dripping wet and cold with a young child walking up to your room. Cleaning staff accidentally took something hanging under a towel hung up by the shower. It was returned but very inconvenient. I thought hung towels were left alone? Only one knife available in cutlery drawer (no other utensils) in our room booked for 3 people. We also didn’t have dish soap to clean the used dishes. Water pressure in shower was so light it was difficult to wash my hair.

The complimentary breakfasts, the cleanliness of the facilities, the cleanliness of the pool, the friendly staff.

The automatic $150 damage deposit AFTER I had already paid $800 to stay there. Being told that my $150 was not being returned for potentially 30 days, made me almost reconsider staying there. The water chemistry of the pool and hot tub. I am a pool and hot tub professional and the chemistry felt like it was off

Had my sons birthday party here and I thought it at $10 per non guest /person for swimming could have been cheaper , I’ve looked around at other hotels prior to booking and some places have free swimming for non guests that have rooms booked .

Right of the highway for the road Travellers. Was excellent. Everything in reach. The hotel looked relatively new so was quite clean and inviting. Breakfast in the morning was really good.

I like that it’s out of Regina. I feel safer from the downtown hustle.

Parking can be annoying when they are fully booked and you’re coming in later. But can’t really complain as parking is included in the cost!!

Clean. Good size room. Really liked the size of the mini fridge(can actually fit a pizza box inside). It was busy but did not find it noisy.

The pool doesnt open until 9 am which is a little late with littles who wake up with the sun excited to swim.

Always love staying here in the summer! The staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and the bed is comfy. As a full time wheelchair user, the accessibility is pretty good. Also if you're heading out to Winnipeg or coming back from Winnipeg, the location is good! The fitness room is also really nice as well, and the breakfast is quite good. All in all I will keep coming back here for sure.

I stayed in the King disability accessible room. The bed is a bit on the high side, and is a leap up. I personally can make it work, with a bit of shimmying. But I can see it being a challenge for other disabled people who have more difficulty transferring. The shower head is also high up and will need to ask for help bringing it down. The shampoo/conditioner is mounted on the same wall as the nozzle, and the bathroom is a decent size though. Also for breakfast, it's buffet style so it's a bit hard to see in some of the containers. But staff is there to help, which is great

Bed was uncomfortable. Used pull out sofa for my kid. Glad he had brought his own sleeping bag and pillows as there were crumbs and hair when we lifted the cushions.

Breakfast and the most ugly…. I understand if it's just one hair, but when I count more than 15 hairs in the bathroom, it's a disaster. It feels like I'm in a hair salon, not a bathroom.

First of all the staff were great. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Kids loved the pool and slides.

Room had some obvious wear and tear. Sauna was out of order. Still a great experience.

After already having a pleasant evening in the pool we took a break for supper, came back down to the pool and was told we needed wrist bands for the kids for swimming, understandable but it should have been provided with our room. Spent $111 on 4 wristbands. When we went the first time we were told the kids did not need wristbands but adults entering the pool area did. After confronting the door opener in the pool all he said was I did not know, even after opening the door for us 4 times total and checking wristbands each time. So of course I’m frustrated after spending $350 another $111 for access to the pool is absurd. It definitely ruined what was supposed to be a fun birthday weekend for my 5 year old. Would not recommend staying here if you’re larger than a family of 4.

Great hotel for the kids- particularly the water park. They were able to enjoy it in the evenings. They had so much fun. I would return just for this.

This hotel had a decent-sized pool and slides compared to other hotels. This being the main reason we chose it, allowed for more space for older kids and younger kids (kiddie pool). The slides had a, as my kids described, a fast and slow one. It is not located in Regina but White City. Location is close to Boston Pizza, Tim Hortons and a gas station.

The hotel had a lot of fixations going on, a lot of patch jobs going on throughout the hotel walls. The room had damage to it, which included the side table and bathroom walls. It felt really run-down when staying there, which makes me think it was not worth what we paid. It made me nervous as they were also adamant on a damage deposit when we first checked in, but did not mention that any previous damage would be noted. We had to tell them, and nothing was done. The food was such as French toast, bacon, omelettes and pancakes were cold at 0630. Breakfast starts at 0600.

The location close to the trans Canada highway was ideal for our passing through. The kids loved the pool. The room was comfortable enough.

There was lost of noise with people running about. It was before 11pm, so felt like we couldn't complain & there were alot of kids in the hotel. The breakfast was scarce & not much room to sit. One stand with muffins & bread, one choice of cereal & the portions served were very small. Only permitted one pancake per person & 3 slices of bacon! Discovered the kitchenette faucet was leaking badly, but was our last day & I didn't have time to report it. (I forgot at checkout)
