Die Lage war sicher sehr gut. Die Zimmer sehr sauber

Wir hatten Probleme mit dem Parkplatz, den wir selber bezahlen mussten. Ob wir eine Rückerstattung erhalten ist ungewiss. Die Zimmer sind eher klein, wenn kein Service gewünscht wird, wird dies missachtet, keiner kann oder will Englisch sprechen, was die Kommunikation sehr erschwert. Zumindest an der Reception in einer Stadt wie Busan hätte ich dies erwartet.

住宿費很貴，雖然很舒適但一天只給四瓶500毫升的水根本不夠，晚班人員很貼心建議我們去飯店一樓的便利商店買水 雖然能花錢解決是小事，但感受不佳

Great location - off the busy beach strip, but easily walkable. TONS of restaurants nearby, more than you would think from the map because the mid-rise buildings have a restaurant per floor! Adored the convenience store in the hotel - this isn't just a few candy bars, it's a real store with everything you need and great prices. Great two-room suite, nice amenities.

Just little things - bathroom light turned on nightstand lights. E-Coffee doesn't open until 8:30, but that is common in Korea for cafes, you can still get coffee at the convenience store on-site. Speaking of coffee, in-room was "tea bag" coffee, I'd prefer just instant. No hand lotion provided.

- The proximity to one of the best beaches was excellent. - The hotel has an emart which was convenient. - The internet speed was great. - The views of the bay and the bridge were tremendous. - Walking around the hotel, was the best. We went to other places but this was the most happening place.

- The controls for the bathroom lights were only on the left side of the bed, which was inconvenient. - we were an hour early at 2pm and the check-in time was 3pm, the lady at the desk could not understand we were looking for an early check-in. That would've saved us some time. - there was a weird step at the entrance of the room, which meant we had to lift our luggage to get it in, minor inconvenience. - the shower area was leaking water outside and the sink was a bit sluggish.

J’ai été un peu déçue de l'emplacement qui n’est pas proche du bus ou du métro. Mais avec Uber tout se fait facilement. La plage de Gwangalli est à 25 mn de marche, ça se fait très bien !

Location was perfect for walking along the ocean, visiting local restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and enjoying the beachfront. Great views of the gwangalli bridge. Room was very clean and comfortable with basic amenities and others such as slippers and chilled water. Very comfortable

At mid floors the rooms fact the bridge can be noisy from traffic. The hotel is ok but a bit pricy. I did not try the breakfast

호텔 뷰가 너무 좋았어요. 특히 조식식당 뷰가 좋아서 아주 기분이 좋았고 직원들의 매너와 음식의 맛이 삼삼하고 깔끔했고 특히 계란요리를 따로 주문 받아 해 주시니 좋았습니다.

Er is geen ontbijt dat is jammer , maar een minuut lopen zij diverse eettentjes

Idéalement placé, on a pu admirer le pont de Busan tous les matins au lever. La chambre était super agréable. Le fait d'avoir une boutique ouverte tout le temps a été un vrai plus.

Tout était top sauf peut être la clim dont la soufflerie était trop bruyante...mais c'est aussi que je ne suis pas un grand fan de la clim.

冷氣太冷，很難控制，冷氣出風口對著床，而且冷氣的開關燈太亮。晚上影響睡眠 窗台有點髒，房間已告知需打掃卻沒有每天清掃。

This property is on the beachfront! You can cross a small road (with low to now traffic) and be on the beach. And the walk towards Gwangalli beach is really short one. The building itself boasts of two good restaurants which are not owned by the hotel but the hotel restaurant is good enough (western food). If you wish to take a public transport (After my first night in the infamously crazy driving Busan taxi, I chose to travel by public transport) The staff in the reception is very helpful. They helped me to book a taxi, helped me with address and also direct me to the nearby laundromat (they do not provide laundry service). The rooms are big and the beds are comfortable and the rooms are in very good condition. The amenities and toiletries (and water bottles) make life easier.

Unfortunately, in spite of putting the clean my room sticker on the door the cleaning staff did not notice it for two days in a row and they left the towels and water bottles next to the door. I stayed for six days (5 nights) and not getting a room cleaning even once was not the best. I was not sure if the process to ask for cleaning the room is not by hanging the card of the door handle but that is not really clear.

住宿地點比較偏離地鐵站或公車站，附近走路散步都還蠻方便抵達一些餐廳或小店，且濱海的木棧道很好散步或跑步。離熱鬧的廣安里海灘有一點距離，但附近是住宅區，比較安靜，適合不喜歡熱鬧且喜歡走路的住客。 飯店大廳進門是商務中心，白天時採光很好，各種小角落也很好拍照，但要走進到比較裡面才看到櫃檯，飯店二樓也有咖啡廳，走過櫃台另一角也有24hr的E-Mart，小小的便利商店很好買。各樓層還有一些顏色主題，會有配合色彩的藝術角落，蠻有趣。 房間大小適中，也有冷暖氣，要注意使用說明；房間隔音好，室內安靜。重點是房間窗外的風景真的很棒，可以看到大橋及海景，坐在窗邊喝茶聊天也是很舒服。 最後一天有訂早餐，在頂樓用餐的風景很好，但餐點主餐及飲料選擇不多，搭配一些三明治或生菜沙拉及涼菜可以自己取用；適合安靜聊天看風景吃早餐的地方，但也要注意用餐時間。

入住時的櫃台人員可能英語沒那麼流利，就直接背誦入住事項，然後讓我們自己看桌上的提醒事項，早餐什麼的細節，還是我們自己提問才知道。也可能人手不很夠，夜間的前台還要去旁邊無人便利店幫忙。

環境很幽靜，樓下就是便利商店，浴室水壓很好

とても清潔でした！ホテル選びの第一条件が清潔かどうかなんですが、このホテルは本当に清潔で快適に過ごすことができました。 シャワーの水圧も完璧でストレスなく使えました。 スタッフに日本語を話せる方がいて宿泊前からこちらの質問に丁寧に答えてくださりました。 最終日にお会いしたら本当に親切にしてくださり助かりました。 ホテルのすぐ近くの人気のテジクッパ屋さんがすごく美味しくて大満足でした！

The room was very clean and nicely furnished. The view of the water and the bridges was beautiful. I like that I could open my window for fresh air, though the traffic noise is quite loud. The best part is their focus on environment conservation, I appreciated that they don't provide plastic amenities like toothbrushes and will not wash bedsheets daily unless specifically requested.

I went during the BTS concert and prices of accommodation increased significantly. I understand the concept of supply and demand, and I'm glad that I managed to get a place to stay, but it still left a bitter taste when I checked that there were still rooms available when I checked in and someone else would be paying half of what I paid.

The room was excellent - it was huge so perfect for 3 of us; the staff were lovely and went above and beyond to help us. We had a fantastic stay. We loved having the convenience store right down stairs - that was so convenient. It was also great having such close access to the walkway along the water. It was very hot, so even though the location is well situated in walking distance to Gwangalli beach, it was a bit too hot to walk during the day. (

3번째 방문입니다!! 부산갓을때 좋아서 갈때마다 예약하고 갓엇는데 호텔은 깨끗하고 수건도 넉넉히 잇고 무엇보다 광안리까지 걸어다녀도 멀지않는곳이라 위치도 괜찮아요 다만 배게가 너무 높아서 잠을계속 깻어여ㅋㅋ

窗外的景沒話說的漂亮！白天晚上各有各的美，房內的設備也很周全，服務人員也都很親切，超級滿意！！！

Very modern hotel, view of Gwangan Bridge from room. Streets around the hotel are lined with Cherry Blossom trees just in general the hotel is in a quiet pocket of Busan. Welcome gift of cheesecake and wine.

Its a little bit inconvenient for transport, close to a 30 minute walk to nearest metro. However thats probably thr trade off for staying in a quieter area of Busan.

The hotel is quite new - I liked the building and the room. The bed was very comfortable. The location worked well for us, although we mostly got around by taxi rather than public transportation.

The hotel description highlights a view of the bridge, but it’s actually a two-level highway, so it can be quite noisy (especially for light sleepers at night). The windows don’t provide perfect sound insulation, so even when they’re closed, you can still hear the noise. We stayed there at the end of April, and breakfast was not available on weekdays, only on weekends.

After we checked out, the hotel took the initiative to email us about items left behind in our rooms, complete with photos. Camera molto spaziosa e funzionale. Anche il bagno era molto comodo, ampio e moderno. Abbiamo prenotato la camera vista oceano ed era davvero mozzafiato la sera.

Usciva un pochino l’acqua dalla doccia essendo a raso terra, ma proprio poca.

Incredible! Everything was truly perfect. The kind staff, the big and clean room, amazing views, comfortable bed, clean and artsy hotel. Spacious and clean bathroom. Great restaurant and cafe with again, kind staff. Great location for exploring all of Busan. I’m actually surprised the hotel doesn’t have more than 3 stars. It deserves at least 4 stars!

Front desk staff knew multiple languages (several spoke English like a native language), the check in area was spacious and comfortable, front desk staff anticipated needs before I even spoke, luggage locker check in area was spacious and easy, cleaning was phenomenally well done, beds were like brand new and comfortable, bathrobes were thick and cozy, water pressure was excellent with beautiful, modern bathrooms, room size was luxurious, views were gorgeous, hotel atmosphere was calm and restful, and proximity to attractions perfect. Next visit, I will check first if the hotel has rooms before booking my flight. Please congratulate your incredible staff.

I didnt like having to leave, lol. I wish I could stay longer. Also, I wanted to eat in the hotel restaurant, but it didnt serve Korean food.
