Haeundae Centum Hotel

Great hotel! Excellent location, many expensive restaurants around, but on second look there are also plenty of cheaper options. Really clean, spacious room and good service.

nothing

The room is big and spacious. The bed is firm and comfortable. Everything is clean.

It would be good if they provide toothpaste and toothbrush.

Konum muhtesem, tenizlik orta duzeyde

Kotu bir yemek kokusu gelio gece odaya Ayrica dus yaparken perdeyi kapatsaniz dahi arkadaki oluktan su direk banyonun icine doluyor

Large room with a big counter to do your computer work.

Amine front desk lady was not helpful but the rest people were great

Big room and the cleaning was great.

The guy in the reception seemed to hate tourists. Reception could be better at welcoming guests.

The location is great, the room is also spacious and clean. There is a big fridge and a kitchen where you can cook. I didn’t use that but having a large fridge with a freezer is convenient when your kids want to finish their ice cream tomorrow :)

All was good

It was near BEXCO and train stations.

The room smelt of smoke, the floor was dirty, the shower tiles had previous guests body hair, the towels were thin, pillows compressed down to almost nothing, lifts were horribly ineffective with wait times up to 20 minutes, it had a kitchen with no cutlery, plates, toaster or microwave, no iron or ironing board in the room, no English language tv channels, some front desk staff indifferent to service.

Everything was perfect, from accommodation to staff. Would certainly come back.

Great

Nothing

We really liked the size of the room and the kitchen it was spacious and had everything we needed. We also appreciated that the room was checked every day and that the towels were changed daily. It made our stay very comfortable.

It could just use a little touch-up with the cleaning, but otherwise everything looks great!

Clean

Too expensive

Big room with bathtub

There are no facilities in the toilet except shampoo conditioner and soap

Spacious room, near amenities

The bathroom has hair remnants when we first arrived. The 2 pillows provided were top soft.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was perfect for 2-3 people. 24/7 availability of reception is fantastic. There's a convenience store inside the hotel foyer was really great for late night meals. Short walk away from the subway station.

There's not much I can complain about

We had a good stay here. Overall it was great in terms of location, staff and cleanliness. The rooms were spacious and had a small kitchen area to sit and eat. Love that they had a little convenience store and coffee shop downstairs.

The bathroom could have been cleaner. There were lots of black spots around and in our tub.

The location was great! Very close to the metro, loads of shops, nice views from the rooms. The hotel has no restaurant or cafe of its own but there are restaurants and convenience stores in the building itself. The room is big, and it's more like an Apt Hotel, has a kitchen but no pots and pans. Beds are comfy. The kitchen area has a bfast bar and stools which is nice. The hotel is also in front of Spaland which is so handy!

Nothing

The location is good and the staff are helpful.

The room has a kitchen but you need to pay extra for the cookware and one light has a sensor and it lights up whenever you move even in the middle of the night.

It’s good size for what you get especially stayed for 7 days.
