Calm location and very nice golf course where we had a wonderful experience. Staff very nice and arranging (even if they do not really speak English)

Quite old rooms, few options for dinner and super expensive for what it was, all activities have to paid on top (even the ping pong).

Unfortunately we only had one night with you, found and booked accommodation whilst on the road. Keen to return to Japan & visit again to take advantage of all available on your program.

Layout, remote location and natural beauty

星がとても綺麗で、女性のスタッフの方が星座の見方や位置などを丁寧に説明してくれて、子ども達も楽しめて夏のいい思い出が出来ました。

食事処の受付の女性の方、慣れていないのか子どもが恥ずかしそうに挨拶した時の対応がよくなく（失笑した印象）残念に思いました。

We had a wonderful time at Nemu Resort. The rooms are comfy and spacious. The staff are warm and helpful. They serve delicious breakfast with a wide variety of choices. We are really glad that we booked the sunset cruising.

A beautiful hotel, we loved hiking around and discover new trails and beaches. The kids loved the nightly bonfire and marshmallow.

Incroyable resort Tout était super du début à la fin

フロント入口は遠目から見ても綺麗。 荷物をフロントから部屋まで運んでいただける。 部屋は最低グレードでも広く、ベッド＋大人2人がくつろげるソファーがある。 風呂トイレも綺麗ですっきりとした印象。 館内レストランではスタッフの方々の愛想もよく、とても気が利くなと感じました。

ブッキングドットコム経由での連絡だからかどうかはわかりませんが、少し返信が遅いような気がします。 日にちギリギリで連絡をするこちらも問題ではありますがね。

Super große Anlage mit Strand (schwimmen ist nicht erlaubt). Drei verschiedene Onsen. Sehr gutes und großes Frühstücksbuffet, stellt schon fast das Abendessen in den Schatten. Zimmer gemütlich, das Bett sauber.

Für eine professionelle Urlaubsanlage mit gehobenem Restaurant, wäre etwas mehr Englischkenntnisse vom Personal wünschenswert. Kommunikation mit dem Servicepersonal ist schwer, beim Abendessen wird den japanischen Gästen das servierte Essen erklärt, und bei mir wurde an einem Abend gar nichts gesagt. Das Essen hingestellt und gegangen. Getränke sind beim Abendessen nicht inkludiert, auch für die meisten Aktivitäten muss man extra bezahlen. Lagerfeuer am Abend findet um 20:00 statt, wenn man 7 Minuten zu früh ankommt, ist das Personal nicht einmal bemüht oder unfähig zu sagen "bitte nehmen sie Platz und warten sie kurz". Das einzige ist wiederholt auf die Uhr zu schauen und "too early" zu sagen.

鶯など鳥達の囀りが聞こえて自然を満喫でき部屋も綺麗で清掃も行き届いてる。またスタッフの対応も良い。

トイレの便器タンクへの水の供給が非常に遅く連続で流せない。 上階の廊下を歩く音が聞こえ、隣りの部屋のドアの開閉音もよく聞こえる。 朝食ビッフェも味がもう一つ

ロビーや部屋が落ち着く雰囲気。 部屋のシャワー•ドライヤーがリファ。 大浴場が3種の湯を楽しめるところがよかったです。

チェックイン後、ソファベッドのお布団を準備してくださりその際クッションをベッド下へ。ベッド下もおそらく綺麗にされてると思いますが、ちょっと気になってしまいました。

朝のヨガ、朝リラでは心も体もリセットできた気分です。とても心地良かったです。

スタッフの方の対応力と柔軟性

タクシーの利用は難儀でした、また送迎バスの時間スケジュールを顧客に合わせられないのかが課題ではないでしょうか。

お風呂がとても良かったし、和室も綺麗にリフォームされていて、広くて快適でした。値段もリーズナブルでした。ゴルフ場もすぐそばにあり、ゴルフ合宿に完璧でした。

レストランの数が限定的なので、もう少しバリエーションがあると長期滞在も可能かと思います。

溫泉浴場乾淨明亮通風好，尤其還有珍珠湯～很棒。 飯店提供多樣的活動和設施。

家族で和室に泊まりましたがとても寝やすい布団でした。星座の観察会もありとても贅沢な時間を過ごせました。朝ごはんも種類が非常に多くとても良かったです。温泉も良かったです。

特にないですが、カーナビ古かったせいか行く途中でゴルフ場の方に行ってしまいました。

星空鑑賞会。10点満点では表現できないほど素晴らしい体験をさせていただきました！朝食ビュッフェは同価格帯の宿の中でも最上位だと思います。設備は全て新しく、スタッフの皆様もとても親切でした。

特に思いあたりません。

①部屋の窓から見える景色に癒されました(雨が降っていて少し残念)。 ②お食事が最高でした(朝・夕とも)！。 ③お土産物が充実しています。 ④スタッフの笑顔と話し方が優しいです。

I booked two rooms for my family with different staying period. Two rooms are far separated. So I asked to relocate rooms. They kindly rearrange room locations.

This property is lovely! It is pretty remote, but there is an hourly shuttle bus to and from Kashikojima train station if you want to do anything off property. The food is pretty pricey and there is a cost for most activities. The onsen is beautiful. All in all I would recommend staying here.

Very clean and place is friendly for children.breakfast is also good. The elevator is too small.

車で行った方は良いと思いますが　電車の場合交通の足が非常に不便なところ

6年振りの家族での利用でしたが、やっぱり最高でした。

Breakfast was good. Night walk and clear skies with so many stars Coffee and marshmallow bonfire Golf cart ride around the property with amazing views and beach Dinner service was really nice Satoumi Staff was early nice and helpful We had good and relaxed time. Pool was warm. Cold pool would have been better :) All in all a really good experience would be happy to go back. The staff and hospitality was really great.

离贤岛站有开车20-25分钟的路程，虽然有班车但是仍然很不方便，温泉池也很小

One of the best weekends I had in Japan The resort is impeccable. The territory so beautiful. The sunset boat tour, the food, the staff, the shop, the onsen. Go for it. I ll come again!

施設内のアクティブ系が充実されているので2泊しても良いかなと思います！

The resort is very big and quiet which is very peaceful. After checked out, I left my item (teddy bear) behind and realized it when I had already return to the city. I then tried to contact the hotel and received a very helpful respond very quickly. Finally staffs (Taniguchi-san) managed to send back my teddy bear to deliver to the hotel I stayed in the city just before I left to airport. Very impressed!!

It's a little far from city area (ie. restaurants, convenience stores) and driving down the hill in the dark is quite difficult to drive.

Beautiful hotel at a secluded location! All activities were available, we were able to cycle, have marshmallows in the evening, fishing, hot spring bath, table tennis. Sadly the pool was not open yet but nevertheless we had a lovely relaxing time with our 2 boys (12 and 6 year old)

Perhaps some parts of the hotel could do with a little upgrade with more restaurants on site.

昨年に続き志摩ハーフマラソン後の利用で宿泊。今回は里海で夕食（海コース）付としました。1時間程度の滞在時間でしたが、適切なタイミングで食事が配膳してくれました。朝食のバイキングもですが地元食材をとても美味しく堪能できました。 気候も良く、焚き火カフェでは星空を見ながら初めて食べた焼きマシュマロとコーヒーは良かったです。 また、従業員の洗練された接客は前回同様、心地よかったです。 細かい点ですが室内のファシリティが一部老朽化していたので改善されると良いと思います。 ・うち鍵ロックの緩み ・フェイスタオル掛け留め具の緩み 非常に満足いく時間を過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Nice property and its surroundings. It’s great place to get away from the big city life. Quite Zen like. The location is far from Nagoya station I might add. Nevertheless it’s a nice place.

Abundant space in rooms - 47 sqm ín Japan!, a good onsen, spaceous house, kind staff.

A bit far off for a stopover, but if you come for a wedding party, a beach weekend, or for golf, nice. Pity that our stay was early spring.

Definitely a really good place to stay. Full of beautiful nature, very serene, and peaceful. In the evening there was free stargazing experience that they offer, along with marshmallow by the campfire. The staff and the services were excellent! Top notch hospitality. The onsen was also great, a much needed relaxation after a long day. I will definitely return and stay here again next time

ホテルはすごく快適に過ごすことができました。大浴場のパールのきらきらなお風呂がすごくよかったです。 また伊勢志摩に行った際は利用したいと思います。

3歳と8ヶ月の子供を連れて泊まりましたが、チェックアウトまでゆったり過ごせました。チェックアウト後にカートをレンタルして、広い敷地内を散策でき子供たちも楽しそうでした

Sprawling resort that is perfect for slow and easy holidays. We love the many complimentary activities, like marshmallow-toasting under the stars and rides to the seaside to catch the sunset; abundant amenities for relaxation, like hammocks and deck chairs in serene parts of the resort. There are walking/running trails around, which are great for exploration and exercise. Be sure to book a set dinner at the restaurant - food is top rated and visually stunning. We had two servings of Matsusaka beef - one grilled with miso and the other done as a western-style steak - and they turned out to be one of the best things we ate on our 14D retreat in Japan. The cosy lobby lounge offers free coffee in the afternoons, and guests are welcome to put their favourite vinyls on.

Our room was fully carpeted, so it was a little musty and triggered our dust allergy. We just dealt with it with our antihistamine.

Resort quality hotel. Nicely loacted in a quiet and forested area. Staying among nature with forest ans near the sea. Hotel is well deciarted. love the free lounge area to sit back and relax. breakfast was great. love the decor, very modern but cozy with lotsa wood on walls and furniture. Breakfast was almost like fine dining restaurant grade.
