Nothing really, but I didn’t spend much time there. The common areas weren’t somewhere I would want to hag out. However the artists garden and cafe opposite was amazing.

Hôtel extrêmement bruyant : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir, mais aussi à l’extérieur. Difficile de se reposer dans ces conditions. J’avais une chambre avec deux lits doubles. Je n’ai jamais vu un lit aussi inconfortable que celui du bas : dès qu’on s’allongeait dessus, on sentait tous les ressorts. Heureusement, j’étais seul et j’ai pu utiliser l’autre lit, qui était dur, mais tout de même bien plus supportable. Franchement, bon courage à ceux qui doivent utiliser les deux lits. La salle de bain laissait à désirer niveau propreté, et surtout une horrible odeur d’égouts se diffusait dans toute la chambre, ce qui était vraiment désagréable. La connexion Wi-Fi était catastrophique. J’ai dû utiliser une grande partie de ma data 5G, alors que je choisis justement des hébergements avec Wi-Fi pour éviter ce genre de problème. Au vu du prix, et en réservant à l’avance, je pense qu’il est largement possible de trouver mieux ailleurs.

Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre car nous étions collé à la « buanderie » nous avons été réveillées très tôt le matin par les femmes de ménage. Pas de frigo…

The room was not habitable. New bargain unit has no window or vent in bathroom. .This is tropical rainy season. They tried to cover the smell, no mold visible, but room smelled increasingly like a mushroom. Aircon filters might also be contributing. Also no daily cleaning of rooms. I tolerate a degree of imperfection. And I am normally excellent health. I visited hospital with chest symptoms, worse at night. After complete workup, no health problem found. I moved out, symptoms stopped right away., DO NOT RENT units 201 or 301. They are not safe. Consider yourself warned, and Booking potentially liable. I have past years rented the older rooms, they were acceptable.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Prima accommodatie met super vriendelijk personeel. Locatie is 10 minuten lopen van de Sunday walking street. Eettentjes vind je op elke straathoek.
De trap naar het bed is wat gevaarlijk. Ik heb het niet uitgeprobeerd, maar als je een paar drankjes ophebt wordt het wel een uitdaging om veilig in bed te komen 😅

Reviewed Nov 16, 2025The staff is super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend to plan your days together with them. They know all the good spots around and have good day trips - priced better than in tour agencies around the city. Location is fine a nice walk to any place inside old town square.
The bed wasn't comfortable it felt like some springs are about to go through. The light switch was broken and required special position for light to turn on.

Kamer rook naar vocht/schimmel, alles was verouderd, super klein. Totaal niet aangenaam om te overnachten. Kamer ligt langs de keuken en toiletten van slaapzalen, dus op ieder uur wel iets van lawaai.

La salle de bain était correcte avec une douche séparée des WC et de l’évier ! Nous avions de l’eau tous les jours, et même de l’eau fraiche gratuitement. Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment top !!
Les WC mériteraient un petit coup de neuf Sinon rien à redire!

Reviewed May 26, 2025I’d like the location that sitting in old town city and It’s convenient to travel in the inner area of Chiang Mai
I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. I had to personally request them from the front desk. To make matters worse, the water from the tap and shower was filled with visible sediment, making it feel completely unhygienic and unsafe. Overall, the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic guest needs made for an uncomfortable and frustrating stay. I would not recommend this place unless significant improvements are made.

- Fuite canalisation de la douchette des WC (ils sont venus la changer... Mais pas la bonne pièces) - Dernière nuit, malgré les affichettes de ne pas faire de bruit en soirée, un groupe de touristes d’Europe de nord, laissait leurs enfants jouer dans les couloirs et c'était pire qu'être à proximité de l’aéroport ! LE personnel de l'hôtel n'a rien dit !

Рядом ресторанчики с недорогой едой, магазинчики. В отеле есть кухня, горячая и холодная вода питьевая, уборка ежедневная, холодильник общий! Отличный отель за небольшие деньги! Сотрудники очень общительные и доброжелательные, все экскурсии можно в отеле заказывать!!
Не сразу поняла, что бы убрали номер, надо сдать ключи!!!
