Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Tout était parfait ! La chambre était très propre, confortable et joliment décorée. Le personnel était adorable, accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. L’emplacement est également idéal pour découvrir Chiang Mai. Nous nous sommes vraiment sentis comme chez nous. Une très belle expérience et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet établissement !

Posizionato in una via tranquilla nel centro di Chiang Mai, la struttura é molto curata. Pochissime stanze arredate in stile tradizionale thai. Ottima e ricca colazione. Staff molto cortese e premuroso.

L' albergo e' ben arredato in stile, le camere sono davvero ampie e spaziosissime. La zona e' piuttosto tranquilla ma centralissima da tutti i punti di interesse della citta' Buonissima anche la colazione, abbiamo apprezzato che nonostante non fosse disponibile il latte caldo; dalla prima richiesta lo staff me lo ha sempre fatto trovare le mattine successive del soggiorno.Questo e' nota di attenzione verso il cliente.

The staff is amazing always smiling, genuinely helpful and kind. The room was comfortable and spacious, with lots of attention to detail. They even provided complimentary bael fruit for infusions in the room. Breakfast is homemade and generous. The hotel is a traditional house with delicate, very personal decoration. It's also very well located, with plenty of restaurants nearby and one of the main temples less than a 5-minute walk away.

Super emplacement, avec grand temple, massages, restaurants, services de lessive, location de motos & agences de voyages juste à côté. Hôtel charmant avec chambre spacieuse et balcon avec vue. Très propre, avec un service de ménage minutieux.

Petit déjeuner sans viande et sans options de lait sans lactose. Service de lessive à la pièce, très cher (฿10 par sous-vêtement :D), que nous n'avons donc pas utilisé.

A beautiful place in the bottom of old town with stylish rooms, gorgeous breakfast and special care for the guests always! We loved each moment and for sure we will come back! Special mention the great staff, kind, helpful and really unique!

This is like staying in a wooden tea house. Beautifully decorated, amazing breakfasts and really polite staff. Very quiet but in the center of Chiang Mai.

There’s nothing we didn’t like. If you have mobility issues you should let the staff know since there are stairs.

It's classic and it's immaculate. Really it's beautiful. You feel like you're in someone's home, you can feel that Love and Care has been refused until every element of the place.

Location is great - walkable to the Sunday night market. Staff were fantastic, they will try their best to help resolve your issue.

If there is anything, then perhaps housekeeping can do a check of the amenities. The cover to the kettle in our room was broken. Khun Lek managed to help get me a new one.

Somente a quantidade de escadas, ficamos no último andar, tivemos suporte do local ao subir com as malas, mas a nossa volta foi de madrugada, descemos as malas sozinhos (o que eu acho justo) mas por ser 4 lances de escadas, foi mais puxado.

Nice little boutique hotel. We arrived early and managed to leave our bags whilst we went to the Carp Cafe. Friendly staff, clean and comfty rooms.

The location is great! Short walk to most temples within the Old City and also very close to the start of the Sunday market. The hotel looks fantastic as well. Decent breakfast, comfy beds, nice clean room, working facilities...

Everything was great, however if I'm nitpicking the WiFi in the room seemed to be a little temperamental.

Loved the location right in town, and the building was nicely decorated and had a cool vibe. The room was comfortable, had AC and a dehumidifier, and a little balcony. Staff were very friendly and the breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Bize verilen oda da düzgün bir pencere yoktu ve oldukça havasızdı ve karanlıktı. Klima eski olduğundan koku yapıyordu. Klima direkt yatak başına doğru konumlandığından gece kapatmak zorunda kaldık. Yataklar konforlu değildi. 2 gün kalacağımız için idare edebiliriz diye düşündük ancak bu 2 gün bize oda konforlu olmayınca çok uzun geldi.

Beautifully decorated hotel and room. Lovely entrance and sitting area at the front... nice to sit and plan the day. The manager was very kind in helping me organise the next leg of my trip and sort out a couple of issues.

Superb stay. Very well located, very confortable, great air conditioning in the room, very clean, delicious breakfast and extremely nice staff. We also had a very good lunch one day after arriving from a hike. Will definitely stay here when I come back to Chiang Mai.

Very cluttered so little room to put personal belongings. Be aware lots of rugs on the floor which are a trip hazard if you have any mobility issues . Bedding was ripped and toilet seat broken/loose which was not a problem but needed to highlight as a list of charges for damages . Safe loose on floor could just be carried out in a bag! Breakfast area self service and fair selection but nowhere to place your plate as you select food. A lot of traffic noise at night and noise from the temple close by early am

Sometimes a sewage smell would blow in while outside in the courtyard. It probably came from a nearby restaurant or school. Only happened a couple times and it wasn't that strong.
