Lovely house and the hosts were very kind and attentive

Excellent property. Host was out of town and daughter who was filling in was not the friendliest, or most accessible host. Was absent or inaccessible for most of our time there! It felt like every time we had a need we were knocking on locked doors to find someone. Breakfast - usually a highlight at a B&B - was mediocre at best. Most of the food was in short supply on day 1 and was not replenished. Certainly far from the full Irish breakfast promised on the web site. There were 4 couples from the same tour booked in for 2 nights, so thankfully we had each other. From the previous reviews it seems the regular host is very different. I certainly hope others do not have our experience!

We had a fabulous stay with Michael and Noreen. Brilliant hosts with a beautiful home and garden. Location is very convenient for Westport town centre and quiet. thanks for your hospitality 😻

Brook manor is s lovely place to stay. The hosts are everything you want in s host. The only comment i would offer is that a fan in the room would br appreciated during heat waves like the one experienced while we were there

Lovely B&B with a very welcoming host. Great breakfast provided.Good size room and en-suite. Charming town with good shops and pubs is a 10 minute walk away but would recommend driving if your doing some shopping

I really enjoyed the stay @ Brooklodge as well the hospitality of Mike and his wife They offered fabulous Breakfast and had been helpful with anything, I asked for. I recommend this place.

Hosts Noreen and Michael provide a wonderfully comfortable experience. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked to your request. The bedrooms were comfortable with the needed extras. They made you feel so special that you know you will be coming back to visit and enjoy all Westport has to offer.

Close to town and hosts Michael and his wife were wonderful hosts.

Fantastic friendly hosts. Breakfast was great with flexible options for choosy eaters. Bed was comfortable and the private bath was spacious and modern. Short 5-10 minute walk downhill into town depending where you’re going. Great choice for those looking for a quiet option and are willing to walk a little extra for it (we didn’t have a car so can’t speak to that).

The family is lovely, as is their home. Breakfast was exceptional. Easy walk into town and access to grocers. Great location for Greenway bike ride too!

We had a fantastic stay at Brooklodge - the rooms were lovely, and we were a quick 5 minute walk from Westport town.

A lovely couple, a small, but charming room, DELICIOUS breakfast (she offered me Bailey’s for my porridge!! 😍), and conveniently located in a neighborhood right outside the active part of town. The walls were a little thin, but everyone was respectful of the quiet. We would definitely stay here again.

The hosts are lovely. They made us feel like we were long time friends. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. I especially liked the homemade brown bread.

Lovely home with wonderful hosts (Noreen and Michael). They are a short walk (10 min.) from the action in Westport. They serve a very nice breakfast in the morning. If you are a light sleeper request a room upstairs since in downstairs room you will hear the people above you if they are up and about early (as was the case with me).

The Reddington's were gracious hosts, with a very clean, beautiful home. Noreen made me feel very comfortable in the morning when I was feeling a bit low--she went out of her way to make me feel better. My daughter and I only stayed one night but I hope to stay here a few nights on my next trip to the area. The walk into town is quick and easy. Westport is delightful.

The family went out of its way to be generous, helpful, and completely committed to a great stay. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Great room, great breakfast, great atmosphere. This is surely the best BnB in Westport.

The owners were great, All of thier suggestions ( hikes, places to eat, things to do) were spot in!

The owner was very welcoming and accommodating, happy to assist with any requests for lifts to town or early breakfasts. Highly recommended.

The host and hostess were extremely nice and helpful with tips on where to eat and how to get there. We were immediately provided with tea and cakes upon arrival as well as a map and directions to town which was much appreciated. The full Irish breakfast was great. The room was clean and comfortable. Short easy walk to town, restaurants, pubs, and shopping. Would certainly recommend staying here.

What a lovely warm welcome we got when we arrived the owners where lovely people. House very nice really clean and tidy, bedroom nicely decorated very bright an airy we had a very comfortable stay here breakfast was delicious . Will definitely stay here again. We had a baby with us and Noreen was very helpful washing bottles filling flasks etc...

Spent a very comfortable night here and had a lovely breakfast from a welcoming and helpful host. Would recommend. Although the b&b isn't in town centre I was given a lift into Westport with my luggage to the bus stop which was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Good wifi too.
