Westport Plaza Hotel

This was our first time in Westport and was part of a roadtrip through Ireland. Westport was by far our favorite. The hotel had convenient FREE parking on site, rooms had all the amenities you needed and was in walking distance to the main shopping areas. Staff was extremely welcoming and the breakfast that was included with our stay was amazing.

It had a luxurious vibe and it was a superb spot to get around town. Access to the good gym, spa, sauna and steam room was a real bonus! The food on offer was easily adapted for my GF requirements.

Our stay was really enjoyable much to the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We ate in the the Coveys restaurant and couldn’t fault it.

Very clean and comfortable. Easy to walk to pubs and shops. Would definitely stay there again.

Very good breakfast facilities and service. Nice clean hotel.

The staff was very attentive, the rooms were beautiful and the service was impeccable. The food and bar were also excellent. Fantastic hotel. The location is perfect with parking and everything is a short walk.We stayed 6 nights and enjoyed every minute.

Excellent hotel in great location in Westport, a cute Irish town

The staff was absolutely fantastic! We had a few minor kinks with our room, but the staff’s response was so quick snd so kind I was shocked. The hotel itself is beautiful, with restaurants aplenty in it courtyard and plenty of underground parking! We would stay again— but maybe not in the same room😁

Staff were all excellent

Really enjoyed our stay. Friendly, efficient staff. Accommodation very good

Excellent property walking distance of the town centre. Amenities very good and one of the best double rooms we have stayed in. Spacious room with lots of seating. Access to the roof garden. Modern bathroom and shower. Service in Coveys bar and at breakfast was first class., really fast service, well cooked mini fry at breakfast and a lot of choice.

Stunning hotel, the room and bathroom were amazing. The staff were just so lovely, Kathy in reception made sure I got dinner. I was late back from seeing a patient and she organised a delicious goats cheese salad be delivered to my room. The food was gorgeous at breakfast too. I will definitely return. The hotel is in the centre of everything. Excellent Excellent Excellent experience.

nice hotel rooms facilities nice - breakfast good

Very friendly staff. Lovely spacious room and quiet. Food is very good for breakfast and dinner.

Couldn’t lock the window of our suit the shower tap was extremely difficult to turn on and off I had three attempts to open my door each time having to go to the desk to receive a new door card eventually the gentleman on the desk had to open my door with a screw driver !!

I love the Westport plaza. This is the 2nd time I’ve stayed there and they are amazing.

We really enjoyed our stay in the plaza. The staff were excellent. Food was fantastic. Room was perfect. Will definitely be back

Lovely hotel, great bedroom, nice and big with a small balcony and jacuzzi bath. Breakfast very nice and they do a mini full Irish which was sufficient for me with no waste.

All of the above

Wonderful hotel in the heart of Westport. Walk to everything.

Great location, staff friendly, rooms very dated and dark. Bedroom -422 was next to cleaners store room ,we were woken up early every morning with the cleaners all chatting to each other.

Nicely appointed hotel. Adequate fitness center. Nice pool and hot tub/steam room/sauna. Breakfast buffet limited. Irish breakfast just ok. Rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent front desk staff.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Plaza. Efficient friendly staff throughout. The room was spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast on each morning could not be faulted. Great choices.

Everything was wonderful!

Great 4 night stay at the Plaza. Comfortable room and bed, loved the breakfast menu, really enjoyed the restaurant for evening meals, excellent prices!

An amazing hotel and food so good. Great stay. Thank you

Room excellent, location really good, food first class. Service of and above.

Very convenient! Comfortable room and great bathroom with excellent lighting.

We think that this property is at least a 4 1/2 star place to stay!

Beautiful property! Wish we were there longer to enjoy the surrounding area! Staff was great. We were able to check in early as we arrived in the area earlier than expected. I forgot some clothing and they were very helpful and able to ship it to me in the USA. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Ireland!

Very friendly and helpful staff! Very good accommodations!

Westport plaza is an amazing "little" resort in the heart of Westport. Here you get great accommodations, an excellent restaurant (complimentary breakfast is outstanding), a good pub (w/Irish music), a spa with a full line of services, and workout and pool facility that is top notch. Withing 5-10 minutes walking to all other Westport shops, restaurants, and pubs. Staff is friendly and completely service oriented. There is a car park here. Price is right here . . if you planning to come to Westport, this is the spot.

What a beautiful stay and experience! Kathy at the front desk had a lovely smile and gave us such a warm greeting! She upgraded us to the Presidential suite which was a wonderful surprise! Westport is such a quaint, lively little town. We were lucky enough to stay 2 nights. We stayed at all 4 and 5 start hotels during our time in Ireland and this was by far our favorite! Can’t believe it is not 5 star! Be sure to check out the Westport house while you are there!

A very nice stay, the only down side was we booked dinner for 7:30 and waited 40 minutes for our starter. We asked the waiter was there a problem after noticing customers who arrived after us being served. The manager apologized and didn't charge us for our bottle of wine, but it did spoil our dining experience. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Have visited a few times before! On this visit if possible was even better than before.

Very central, quiet, excellent staff

Lovely hotel staff were so nice highly recommend food was fab definitely go back

Very comfortable clean hotel .Staff excellent and friendly

Good faculty except for underground car park - tight spaces and many pillars

Excellent pleasant staff

Very enjoyable ,Friendly and helpful staff.

It was a bit crowded, but the room was excellent, particularly for this relatively remote location. Restaurants are very good.

Booking in was excellent staff were really friendly and helpful my room was much much better than I expected i exactly looked up the website as I was sure it was a 5 ⭐️ hotel but it was a 4 ⭐️ this hotel should definitely be 5 ⭐️ the bed was comfortable with air conditioning breakfast first class with a very good menu I definitely recommend this hotel it is excellent value for money
