Incredibly clean. I fell in love with these people when they Non-spot added food to the breakfast table.

Very friendly and low key- no stress

A comfortable and well kept B&B. The innkeepers (husband and wife) run a quiet and pleasant bed and breakfast. They make sure that you are comfortable, and are very welcoming. Great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this as a reliable place to stop along the way during a road trip.

Everything was just spot on at property from cleanliness to peaceful n quiet . Bed was so comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with so many choices . Hosts were 10/10 def go back again

Property was lovely and our hosts were fabulous. So welcoming and the breakfasts were great. There is limited dining in the area but Peter recommended the only decent place was was good.

Meticulously groomed grounds. Clean and comfortable room. Largest bathroom we’ve experienced. Five-Star breakfast. Entrance to one of the best municipal parks is literally across the street.

The host met us at the door on arrival and greeted us by name. Tea & coffee and great scones provided on arrival. The room was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The breakfasts were outstanding. A hidden gem in an otherwise nondescript town. For us there were no negatives.

This is one of the best B&B's I've ever stayed at. Peter and Doreen made me feel very welcome and at home. Such nice people! The home itself is beautiful. the breakfasts were very good, with lots of options. I stayed for 4 nights in total. on my first full day Peter took the time to map out several places for me to explore which I proceeded to do! Had such a great time. I would highly recommend that anyone staying in the area to stay at the Millhouse.

This is a lovely B&B. Peter and Noreen are wonderful hosts and provided us with ideas for a tour of the area when the tour we tried to book was full. We did have a car and we were able to explore the area and loved it.

This was a fantastic place to stay. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. Our hosts were great and were very helpful in giving us great suggestions for things to do in the area. Breakfast was exceptional. This was the sixth place we have stayed on our holiday trip and it has been the best to date. I would highly recommend staying here if you are near the area

A very pleasant and well established B&B in a good location for exploring the Sligo area. I must give special mention to the owners who were friendly, welcoming and who went well out of their way to help us resolve some problems we had with our trip. We are very grateful and can't recommend Millhouse highly enough; a great experience.

We stayed here as a stop over on the way to the west coast of Ireland and it was a perfect break. We were gievn a warm welcome and a great cup of tea on arrival. Peter and Noreen were great - friendly and helpful - and the breakfast the following morning was among the best we've had anywhere in the world.

Awesome place to stay. Our favorite place so far as we traveled through the country. This is ran by a husband and wife. Peter stayed up late for us because we had trouble getting there before check in and it was gorgeous. The house was amazing, landscape amazing, bedroom amazing and so comfortable and breakfast was large. Peter and his wife (sorry missed her name) were very welcoming and Peter even gave advice on what go see. Which was the Eagles Fly in Ballymote and the Slieve League Cliffs in Malimor which both were exceptional. Our highlight of our trip so far!!!

I enjoyed my stay very much, everything was absolutely perfect. I recommend this b/b to all visiting that part of Ireland.

An unbelievable experience. Spotless and perfect from the house to the gardens, no detail was too small. Breakfast was amazing and the best we had in our ten days in Ireland. Host gave us some local sight seeing tips that were some of the highlights of my trip. You are going yourself a disservice if you do not stay here.

Mr & Mrs Mullins were the perfect hosts making me feel so welcome not a hotel number but a much appreciated person. Beautiful house & gardens. The breakfast menu was great & catered for all tastes They well deserve their best b&b award of the area. I will certainly recommend them 100%. Fantastic value

Millhouse is the nicest B and B we have ever stayed at. Our hosts did every thing possible to make our stay comfortable. The house was spotless. The rooms were beautifully decorated with fluffy duvets and comfortable beds. The breakfast was cooked to order, with a nice array of cereals, breads and the most delicious scones with raspberry jam. Our host gave us really good advice on where to go and suggested great places to eat. The grounds around the house were beautifully landscaped with all sorts of colourful flowers. Not a blade of grass out of place. Ballymote castle was in walking distance. We were about 15 minutes out of Sligo. There was an excellent restaurant in Ballymote, so we did not need to go far. The restaurant had live music at 10:30 the night we were there. They really made us feel special, like we were the only guests they had.

B&B was nicely appointed. Comfortable bed and delicious breakfast. The hosts were very accommodating and helped us plan our trip around the area. The garden and yard were meticulously cared for. The numerous rose bushes are phenomenal sight.

The Millhouse is excellent on every level! Excellent rooms, kind and attentive owners, excellent tea, fantastic breakfast (you must try the porridge!), and it's in a great location with good parking. I could not recommend the Millhouse more highly. I will stay there again!

The room was extremely pleasant and comfortable, and the host was very helpful and accommodating. The grounds are gorgeous with beautiful flowers everywhere and a manicured lawn. The traditional Irish breakfast was top notch. You can't go wrong with a stay here.
