Provider-sourced guest reviews.
All inclusive food and drinks were excellent including the free of charge fan in the room. This review is about the delux apartman on the 5th floor as I saw negative reviews about apartmans on other floors of this hotel. The kitchen staff and restaurant and bar staff were super friendly and very hard working. We were all day long catered for. Excellent food in buffet style presentation (breakfast, lunch, dinner and between lunch and dinner snack meal was excellent).
The flat screen TV in the bedroom did not work properly, we only used the flat screen TV in the living room that also had excellent streaming options. The security guard clearly hates foreigners because every time we passed by the reception desk and he was there he made us approaching the entry door with our key card in our hands, although he could clearly see we are guests of the hotel since we had the all inclusive wristbands clearly visible wearing on our wrists whilst he was happily chatting with local guests. We did not do anything to piss him off, always smiling and greeting him when passing by his desk but he did not even look at us. I think the hotel management should seriously consider to hire a more professional guest friendly security guard.

Jezdime do hotelu 10let , barmani sou super , dostupnost restauraci je skvela a jidlo v hotelovem baru taky top :-)
Tentokrat sme byli z ubytovani zklamani, jezdime do nej 10 let 2x rocne. Sestra v normalnim apartnamu mela vse daleko lepsi i ten susak. Sprcha ta nemela spad a po kazdem sprchovani sme vytirali potopu az na chodbe. No termin prelom srpen zari nikdy vic. A apartman deluxe taky nee.
Very clean, close to everything,
No air conditioning
Great location, close to bus stop and right across from a pubs and supermarkets. Kids pool and the heated pool were great. Nice selection of food for all inclusive. Good value for money, room very clean and comfortable enough. It was very hot as no AC but it didn’t bother us at all. Staff was helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Marco in canteen who found our sunglasses and remembered the next day that it was ours and gave it back.
The bar set up had constant queues. Would be better if there was extra staff or the food was ordered from the other side or something.
I got to leave
The room was dirty beyond belief, black mould on the hall wall of the room and marked sheets. Avoid!
I'm writing this review as this hotel is underrated and gets a lot of stick from visitors Read bellow it's as honest as you can get. Location is 10 mins walk to a beach but it's down a huge set of stairs hard to get down with beach stuff with kids. There is a ramp but it's still hard. You are 30 mins walk to the best beaches. Close to a supermarket and the Irish bars which play loud music till 3am. If you are on that side of the hotel don't expect to sleep. There is a great kids pool next to another large family pool. Two other pools on the other side of the hotel which I never went to. Pools a nice and well maintained with plenty of sun loungers. Life guards walk between them both and in-between the pool bar. Food is hit and miss. Breakfasts are excellent and so are lunches with plenty of selection. Dinner was good 3 nights and poor the other 4. To much fish and rice. One night there was 90% vegetarian food. Rooms are clean and well maintained but as advertised there is no air conditioning which is a real problem especially when you have kids. You can hire a portable unit but you need 2 in a one bedroom apartment to make any difference. The sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable and caused many sleepless nights. The evening entertainment falls under the category so bad they are good. The Abba tribute was good. My biggest complaint was we arrived at 11pm on a Thursday missing dinner. They left a couple of sandwiches, 2 apples and 2 waters in the fridge for us. The sandwiches were really bad and we couldn't eat then. The following Thursday when we left the coach wasn't picking us up until 8pm but when we bought our luggage down at 10am they cut our wrist bands of meaning we had to pay for 2 meals for 4 people and drinks all day. So we only got 6 days all inclusive. Iv been going all inclusive for 30 years and this is the first time this has ever happened. So in short if you have read this review is you pay for what you get. It's clean and friendly food ok, entertainment ok and location ok.
The hotel and location are great as you can get to both lively and quiet places in no time, depending on what you want to do. Apartments were clean and maintained well for the age. Tye food was good, as long as you like fresh, healthy food. The desk staff were great but the bar staff, were the worst I have ever met. They hate English people and even though our family tried to speak nothing but spanish, but they still were rude, blunt, scowled at you, no manners etc. The old lady with the ponytail is the worst, probably bitter she never made it to wherever she wanted to be in life and is jealous of the holiday makers.

⭐ 1/5 – WOULD NOT RETURN OR RECOMMEND Really disappointing stay and definitely not worth the money we paid. We went self-catering, so I can’t comment on the food or the all-inclusive meals themselves, but the accommodation and overall experience were appalling. We paid for a family room, but the room was tiny and the beds were ridiculously small. I’ve genuinely seen better-looking jail cells. The TV was tiny as well, and the whole room felt dated, cramped and nowhere near the standard I’d expect for the price of this holiday. The Wi-Fi is another joke. They charge you PER DEVICE, and even after paying, it only seems to work properly in certain areas. Mine wouldn’t even work in my room, which is ridiculous when you’re paying extra for it. They also charge you to use the “gym”, which I honestly wouldn’t even class as a gym. There’s barely anything in there, so charging guests extra to use it is laughable. Customer service wasn’t much better. One woman on reception was extremely rude, which made an already disappointing experience even worse. Something else worth knowing if you’re booking all-inclusive and have a late flight: once you check out at 11am, they cut your wristband off, meaning your all-inclusive benefits are finished even if you’re still at the hotel for hours waiting for your flight. At many hotels I’ve stayed at, guests are still able to use the facilities and food/drink services for the rest of their departure day, so this was very disappointing. The atmosphere wasn’t great either. There were a lot of loud and rowdy guests, particularly at night, so if you value peace and quiet on holiday, good luck getting it here. This wasn’t a cheap holiday, which makes the experience even more frustrating. For the amount of money we spent, I expected a completely different standard. I wouldn’t come back and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your time and your money and look elsewhere in Gran Canaria.
⭐ 1/5 – ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE. I honestly don’t know how this hotel can justify the prices they charge. This was supposed to be a family holiday, but the accommodation was one of the worst I’ve experienced. We booked and paid for a family room, but what we got was absolutely appalling. The room was tiny, the beds were ridiculously small, the TV looked like something from about 20 years ago, and the entire place felt cramped and dated. I’ve genuinely seen better jail cells. And probably the most unbelievable part: NO AIRCON. Yes, you’re staying in GRAN CANARIA in AUGUST, and there is NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE ROOM. Want some relief from the heat? They’ll happily CHARGE YOU FOR A FAN. I couldn’t believe it. For the amount this holiday cost, having to PAY EXTRA just to get a fan because there’s no air conditioning is ridiculous. Then there’s the Wi-Fi. Again, something you’d expect to be standard nowadays, especially at a hotel charging these prices. Instead, they charge you for Wi-Fi PER DEVICE. Even after paying, it barely works! Mine wouldn’t even work properly in my room and seemed to only work in certain parts of the hotel. So you’re literally paying extra for Wi-Fi that you might not even be able to use where you’re staying. The so-called “gym” is another joke. They actually CHARGE YOU to use it, despite there being barely anything in there. I wouldn’t even class it as a proper gym. Charging guests extra for that is honestly embarrassing. Customer service didn’t exactly rescue the experience either. One woman on reception was extremely rude, with an attitude that made you feel like you were inconveniencing her just by being there. We stayed self-catering, so I can’t fairly comment on the quality of the food because we didn’t eat there. However, anyone thinking about going all-inclusive should know what happens on your departure day. If you have a late flight, don’t expect your all-inclusive package to continue after checkout. At 11AM THEY CUT YOUR WRISTBAND OFF, and that’s it. Your all-inclusive benefits are finished, even if your flight isn’t until much later and you’re still sitting around the hotel for the rest of the day. At other hotels I’ve stayed at, guests with late flights have been allowed to continue using their all-inclusive benefits for the day. Not here. And if you’re hoping for a relaxing holiday and a decent night’s sleep, think again. There were a lot of loud and rowdy guests, particularly at night. If peace and quiet is important to you, GOOD LUCK. So to sum it up: NO AIRCON. PAY EXTRA FOR A FAN. PAY PER DEVICE FOR WI-FI THAT BARELY WORKS. PAY EXTRA FOR A “GYM” WITH ALMOST NOTHING IN IT. TINY FAMILY ROOM AND SMALL BEDS. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL-INCLUSIVE WRISTBAND CUT OFF AT 11AM ON CHECKOUT DAY. LOUD, ROWDY NIGHTS. And after all that, this holiday wasn’t cheap either. I genuinely cannot understand where the value for money is supposed to be. I would NEVER stay here again, and I certainly wouldn’t recommend it to family or friends. Do yourself a favour: save your money, save yourself the disappointment and book somewhere else in Gran Canaria.
DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!! No air con. No customer service. The reception staff are awful! They do not care. We are a family of 5 and they gave us 2 rooms at opposite ends of the hotel. The music from the bars outside is banging until 3am. The staff service is disgusting!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! We have never experienced anything anywhere near this bad
Pros: Arrived at 11pm, so checking was quick and straightforward. The room was really nice, beautifully decorated and modern. Food available in the dining area was good, especially considering it’s a 3* hotel. It was a brilliant surprise to have a laundry room. On-site shop, nail and hair salon was a bonus. As was the pool table. Cons: The biggest problem was how hard the sofa bed was. 2nd biggest problem was the queue for the pool bar. It’s not a fun holiday when one of ur party spends 1/2 their time queuing. Upon arrival, it would have been nice to be asleep if we wanted a safe and air-conditioned room. Kids are not allowed to use rubber rings in the kids' pool, even when it’s quiet. However, lifeguards are selective on who they tell to stop using or doing this. One rule for some and another rule for others. Although the evening entertainment was fun there wasn’t enough room to watch it every night plus the staff are too lazy to move the daytime umbrellas so ur view is blocked. Check out was very slow. Only one staff member was available at this time when a bus had recently arrived and a bus of people were getting collected. Took about 45 mins.
Good bits first, location really good plenty of bars and restaurants close by. Hotel its self looks nice we had a superior room which was ok, the pictures on line make it look far better than it is though. Bad bits… receptionists miserable didn’t meet a friendly one in the week I was there. One person working when there’s a queue to check in the other guy just sat there. Security guards? This baffled me? 2 massive security guards that I saw, full uniform on with batons standing guard round the pool? VERY intimidating! Couldn’t see why they’d be needed unless it was to stick up for all the Spanish who live there who take up all the sunbeds? Which leads me onto the sunbed wars, wow pool opens at 9 which is good coz you can’t put your towels down at 6am, however people queuing from 8.30, the Spanish who live there on the bottom level who walk out onto the pool have an advantage they get to the beds before us, most rooms accommodate 4 at a push, they take up 7/8 beds per apartment, they don’t use them until late afternoon it’s so selfish and unfair. I paid peanuts for my holiday but I know others would have paid a lot of money, if I’d have paid a small fortune to stay here I’d have been furious but because I didn’t I can’t really complain, would I come back? Yes if I got it at bargain again, would I purposely book here or recommend it to others? NO!
We really enjoyed our trip to the Ura Jardín Del Atlántico last year that we have decided to book the same week again. The room was just right with everything you needed to rest and restore for the next day of exploring Gran Canaria. The food in the hotel was amazing. We went all inclusive and the staff made sure we always had a nice cold drink and asked if we wanted another if they say we were empty. My favourite part of the day was breakfast. There was so much choice to start your day. The choice for lunch and dinner was vast so you never got bored. Pools are nice and clean and September was just about right time of year to visit. We’ll be with you again this Sept and decided to try your upgraded rooms this time to see the difference.
Está muy bien situado . Buenos en general
Dirty, noisy, unprofessional staff, i don’t recommend this hotel. Mattresses are hard, bedding is dirty. Sofa bed- is wooden and cushions are worn, so not comfortable. Toilet seat broke off. Black Bugs on glass wooden table. Bars next to hotel open till early hours of morning and guests are allowed to use pool area till whatever time they wish. You will be told to pay a €50 deposit on arrival, but not told much else. You just handed paper with info on. You will find some cheese & ham sandwiches, water and old fruit in your warm fridge and dial is turned right down. This apparently is your welcome meal. We didn’t touch ours due to warm of fridge and old bananas and dirty fridge. Noisy throughout day & night into early hours of morning. Food options for kids are limited and dont ask for anything else as you will just be told what’s available is available. Seafood in amongst other food, so having an allergy was limited to what I can choose. Asked for more pillows, as only one thin material unhygenic pillow supplied, just told no nothing available. Curtain in room had staining on it. Shower curtain dirty. Bath is peeling and just patched over. Housekeeping only available certain days. Bar closed early one night, asking bar tender the next day, he said keep quiet, your lying, keep quiet. Told to keep cup and bring it back to bar if I want another drink or won’t get one. Asked for room move, due to room dirty and very noisy location, just told no. If you use TUI - the hotel will only give u a standard room. This was suppose to be an amazing experience but was anything but what we expected. Awful experience and felt helpless as they don’t treat you like a guest, your made to feel like an inconvenience. All inclusive package booked, arrived 10mins late due to delay flight, told no you late bar closed, so Cant even get a cool drink for us. Pool you will be told only kids on slide, yet all adults are using it. No supervision bt lifeguard or staff. Guests left to do whatever they want. Local buses in area, so you don’t need to use taxis which are more expensive. Bus transfer to airport €3 each around corner from hotel, which you not told about. Just told by reception to ask TUI. I strongly recommend booking elsewhere.
The hotel bar was okay, as was the pool and the restaurant (whose food was often a hit or miss, but there were fewer misses overall).
For a hotel in the 21st century in a tropical destination not to have Air-conditioning in the room is outrageous. The room was too hot, so we tried to keep the windows open, only then to be kept awake due to the noise from the Karaoke bad accross the street. Another quite dissapointing thing was that despite paying for an all-inclusive, we had to pay extra for using the gym (which I could bat an eye about), but the room safety locker costing 21 euro per week? Are you kidding me? It's not a high prize, but never would I have thought it didn't come with the room automatically. Overall, the stay wasn't bad, but we were rather dissapointed.
Three weeks before our arrival, we contacted the hotel and asked, if possible, for a room close to the pool and away from the bars, as we have a baby (10 months) who needs to sleep in the evenings. Despite making this request well in advance, we were given a room right next to the bars when we checked in. We then asked if it was possible to change rooms and were told to come back after two days, as a room would then be available. When we returned, we were told that there was indeed a room near the pool, but that we had to pay an additional €20. This had never been mentioned to us before. We therefore felt forced to pay, as our daughter was unable to sleep because of the loud music coming from the bars. The rooms were also not particularly clean. On several occasions, our room was not cleaned at all and I even had to take out the trash myself. There were plenty of flies and cockroaches inside the rooms, which is completely unacceptable. The fridge had a strong mouldy smell coming from the back, not from inside. The lack of air conditioning made the stay even more uncomfortable. Some of the reception staff were also very rude. In particular, a middle-aged woman with black hair tied up in a bun was extremely rude and dismissive throughout our stay. My wife speaks fluent Spanish and has Canarian roots. I also tried to speak Spanish with the receptionist, but she consistently replied to me in English, even though I wanted to communicate in Spanish (I can speak the language). She could not know whether I spoke English well or not and I found this disrespectful. Furthermore, she would only address my wife and completely ignore me, as if I wasn't even there. This was my personal experience, I felt it was particularly obvious and very unprofessional. I also got the strong impression that Spanish guests are treated differently, while tourists are sometimes treated as if they are stupid or less deserving of respect. This is particularly disappointing in a hotel that depends on tourists for its business. Staff should remember not to “spit in the plate they eat from” — tourists are the very people who keep the hotel and the local tourism industry going.
No poder dormir.
This is not a all inclusive hotel for families limited drinks snacks 2 hours hot dogs burgers you have to pay for snacks at pool bar no floats in pools unless you are Spanish as this is half residential accommodation they do not want the English here at all fights rules only apply to English rooms very basic but awful sleeping conditions do not complain they will ask you to leave we see this with two families air conditioners are £140 for two weeks you will need this as the rooms are so hot 2 weeks here a lot of very unhappy people we stayed out of the arguing as could not risk being asked to leave entertainment is 45 mins at most singer or dance show bar closed at 11 great location but god awful place to stay
Ura Jardín del Atlántico location is great for access to the beach and restaurants. If staying at the front of the hotel it can be a little loud with the bars across the road. It is a standard hotel with no air conditioning unless you upgrade on site to a more renovated room. You can ask to hire a portable unit (limited number of them I believe it is 8 euros per day). The rooms although they are spacious they are very dated. Majority of the staff are extremely rude, and have a lack of customer service. As a whole the cleanliness is hit and miss, we could only tell someone had been in when the curtains had moved. Obviously you get what you pay for but the staff have definitely made a negative impact on our stay. On weekends the hotel gets extremely busy and over crowded (apparently opens up to day users) There are 3 pools with plenty of sun loungers available during the week. Food - typical buffet style, lots of options. Overall if the staff even just greeted you with a smile the stay here would have been more pleasant.
Hotel is very dated. Splash park is good but family pool isnt very family friendly and very deep for little ones. The food is very limited for all inclusive and doesnt taste the best, you have to pay for food at pool side at splash pool which is strange. Drinks are limited and tiny ice cream yoghurt sized pots only . No air con or wifi unless you pay for both. Or can rent fans. Absolutely bewildering this day and age. Wouldn’t recommend it here . Needs a total revamp. Feel ripped off for all inclusive .
We booked holiday with a small budget so expectation was low. It has three lovely pools and water play that my kids loved. The rooms were lovely and clean. It was busy at the kids pool but the other pools were quiet and kids still could play. The food was lovely and again great value for the price. Not all rooms had aircon but it could be purchased with ease.
The best things about this hotel are the location and the pools. I booked a week holiday here with my family primarily due to how good the kids pool looked, and I wasnt let down. The Splash zone is great and the kids can play there everyday without getting bored. We had a balcony room overlooking the back of the hotel, which worked out great as the front of the hotel is especially loud at night due to being right across the street from the Irish centre of pubs. Unfortunately, the rooms aren't the best. You have a room with 2 singles and then a couch which folds out to become another bed. All of these are very uncomfortable and you wont get a good night's sleep here. There is also NO AC in the hotel, you are given an ancient useless fan which hasn't been cleaned in years and just blows dust around the room anytime you have it on. Housekeeping came twice during my 7 night stay, despite leaving the 'make up my room' sign on the door. And, if you ask for towels or sheets at reception they groan and sigh before saying its not possible and you have to ask the cleaners. You then ask the cleaners and they tell you its not possible so you are left without. The majority of staff need a serious attitude adjustment as it seems they cant be bothered being here. There was a lifeguard on duty 1 day out of the 7 we were here also. The food at the hotel buffet is okay. The staff here were the friendliest in the hotel, they were efficient and always happy to help. You have the same options for breakfast every day but they do mix it up daily for dinner, we never had lunch in the hotel. Location wise the hotel is brilliant, 5 mins from the beach and direct links close by via bus into Puerto Rico and the parks here. Its a shame it is let down so much by the rude hotel staff and the rooms being in dire need of upgrade! Loved our time in Gran Canaria, but sadly wont be back to Jardin del Atlantico unless these changes happen.
The hotel was very basic. It had 4 pools - 2 adults pools, a splash pool for little ones and a family pool. We stayed near the family pool. It was deep all round but had no signal to say so and you weren't allowed any type of floats, not even a small ball that a few teens were passing between them. It was clean but old ( so the cracks were showing) and the cleaners were great. We had a ground floor room with terrace so we had our own sun loungers and walked straight out to the pool which was fantastic. People should note that there are residents in the hotel so sometimes a lot of families coming and going - we had no problems with them. We didn't eat at the hotel as we were self catering so can't comment on that. There was plenty of shops and bars right outside the hotel and a large market directly across the road twice a week - Wednesday and Saturday which was really good and very busy. We found Lady Pink restaurant just round the corner was very good for breakfast and Yankys just a bit further down for lunch/dinner but there are plenty to choose from! It was about 10/15 minutes walk to the beach and plenty on shops and restaurants/bars.
Do not book this property, and do not trust TUI to look after you if things go wrong. What was supposed to be a relaxing package holiday turned into a living nightmare from day one.Upon checking in, we discovered a severe cockroach infestation inside our accommodation. Pests were literally emerging from the bathtub. This isn't just a "local climate bug"—the infestation is structural and building-wide, with cockroaches found all the way up on the 4th floor. When we refused to stay in these unhygienic conditions, the property management offered us a ground-floor room, which is an unacceptable alternative for a ground-up pest outbreak. The treatment we received from TUI was absolutely appalling. We were subjected to continuous delay tactics for over 24 hours. Front-line app agents repeatedly tried to illegally charge us a "voluntary amendment fee" just to escape a statutory health hazard. We were passed between multiple staff members (Paul, Adham, Kenny, Matthew) who did absolutely nothing but stall. At one point, we were told to sit in the reception lobby all day to wait for a 4:00 PM visiting representative. When the rep finally arrived, they explicitly looked us in the eye and stated: "Once you are in resort, TUI won't do anything." To make matters worse, TUI promised an emergency deep clean, which never happened, and instead insulted us by leaving a chemical spray can for us to treat the room ourselves. On top of the severe hygiene failure, the property actively breached our contracted booking terms. We paid for a full All-Inclusive package, yet the hotel pool bar refused to provide snacks and demanded extra out-of-pocket cash payments. TUI completely failed its legal Duty of Care under the Package Travel Regulations 2018. They left an exhausted, highly distressed customer stranded poolside and in a lobby for over 24 hours, unable to safely shower or use the toilet without fear. This case has been formally logged as an emergency dispute with ABTA. TUI has taken our money and completely abandoned us in an unsafe, unhygienic environment. Avoid this property and avoid TUI package holidays at all costs. Rating if I could give it 0/10.
No había microondas
Hotel over priced for what you get, I have paid less for a 5 star hotel rooms are awful with no air con, you have to pay £50 euros deposit on check in could understand if anything in the hotel was worth that, location of the hotel means you can hear the night life all night long so can not sleep, the food is awful and stale you have to pay for wi fi, I would avoid at all costs you can better for the price they charge
Is a lovely hotel spotlessly clean, food and shops all within walking distance but be aware hills can be steep we had a wheelchair user with us. But taxi only a couple of euro’s most places. Shops and restaurants across from hotel, and also plenty of choice if you want to take a left out of hotel and then left again. The pool choice of 4 with pool bar at 3 of them pool bar food was nice cannot comment on any other food as we ate out mostly. We travelled with 12 year old boys and they loved the splash park bizarrely. Rooms are nice but when for 4 not much space for clothes but was fine, cleaned every day we have been here, cannot fault the cleanliness of hotel, some of reception not the friendliest, but could be language barrier. All in all for what we paid for this trip for 6 was blown away by this hotel. We had a great stay here.
Siempre vengo a qui me gusta
Nada todo bien.

This was our second stay at Jardín Atlántico, and once again we absolutely loved it! We stayed in Room 421 overlooking the main pools, which was perfect as we could enjoy watching the evening entertainment from our balcony. Our little boy’s favourite part of the holiday was definitely the splash park and main pool. The pool area feels very safe, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling with a toddler. He spent hours playing on what he called “the mushroom”, climbing, jumping and having the best time all day long. We weren’t all-inclusive, so I can’t comment on that side of things, but the pool bar was excellent. The food was always great value and tasty, and the staff serving us were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, and our room was cleaned regularly with the beds made frequently. The location is also fantastic — only a 10-minute walk to the beach, with plenty of affordable and convenient buses nearby that can take you anywhere on the island. Thank you to everyone at Jardín Atlántico for another wonderful holiday. We had a fantastic time and are already looking forward to returning next year!
Sillón incómodo cayéndose a cachos. Las camas igual.

I have just come back from this hotel and wouldn’t advise anyone go there. I had to pay 50 euros deposit then 24 euros for the WiFi and 10 euros for a hair dryer. The food was awful and half the time used the pool bar where you had to pay for snacks which were better than the restaurant. The cups in the restaurant were all chipped and the food was left to dry out and not much fresh was cooked throughout the service. I had to eat out a couple of times as couldn’t face what might be there. Some of the staff were really miserable. I had a room which faced the bars across the road and music was blaring every night till 3am so hard to sleep. The pool area was clean but at weekends is full of Spaniards and the two main pools had to be closed due to faeces in the pools this happened at 4pm where it was very hot and you then couldn’t cool off. Overall I made the most of the week and weather was lovely but I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Inclusive package was a huge let down, food had limited options and the quality of the food was terrible, I ate out instead! The pork chops were dry but raw on the inside Entertainment was terrible Majority of staff didn’t interact with people who stayed. The self contained apartment however was beautiful and clean. Amenities in the hotel were mainly closed More for Spanish nationals than tourists

Areas to consider
Cleanliness
5.5/10Mixed: reviewers said the hotel was "clean but old" with visible cracks, but a severe incident (feces in the pool) and the pool closure negatively affected cleanliness perception.
Service
7.7/10Mixed: cleaners were praised as "great," but management did not offer compensation after the pool contamination incident; overall service described as adequate but with shortcomings.
Location
10/10Very positive: multiple mentions of shops and bars right outside, a large market across the road (twice weekly), and only a 10–15 minute walk to the beach.
Room Quality
6.5/10Below average: rooms described as basic and old with visible cracks; ground-floor rooms with terraces were a positive feature for direct pool access.
Amenities
7.9/10Generally positive for pool infrastructure (four pools including a kids' splash pool and family pool), but negatives include no air conditioning and strict/no floats rules; pool contamination also impacted amenity use.
Value for Money
6/10Negative: at least one reviewer felt misled (called it a 'scam') due to extra charges for things expected under all-inclusive and loss of pool access without compensation.
Food and Beverage
6.8/10Limited information: one reviewer did not eat at the hotel; complaint that the all-inclusive offering did not include certain items at the pool bar (additional charges).
Overall Experience
7.2/10Balanced overall impression reflecting mixed positives (family-friendly pools, good location, helpful cleaners) and negatives (noise at night, lack of AC, pool contamination and handling).
Most apartments include a private balcony to enjoy the coastal breeze and views.
Four outdoor pools, a kids’ pool, playground, and games room offer entertainment for all ages.
Situated in Playa del Inglés with easy access to shops, bars, and restaurants nearby.
