Booked for 3 nights at the start of our Phuket trip. Room was amazing, we booked a pool villa with an incredible view of, and access to, the private pool. The hotel was about 20 mins walk from the beach. The hotel had no food facilities, but provided a room service menu. The service was outstanding, the team arranged taxis when required.

Lovely Villa- could do with updating but it is as the pictures show. Staff were lovely and helpful.

The drive by appeal is way different than the impression once you enter the hotel grounds. It is a blissful oasis. Plan to spend a bit longer here. Great beaches are close enough so save the cost of oceanfront property and enjoy an extensive pool system right out your room doors and patio. Huge modern room with huge bathroom as well as outdoor shower. It is parade.

For our first 4 days in Phuket this resort was perfect, in a quiet area away from the crowds, very friendly reception. I would recommend and would not hesitate to book again.loved the relaxing long pool attached to every room.

Wow!!!! I wish I could’ve stayed in this hotel longer it is so beautiful the two young ladies who greeted us at the door made us feel very welcomed!!!! they were so sweet and professional it was pouring rain and they were waiting for us with umbrellas they even walked us to our villa holding umbrellas for us so we wouldn’t get wet the room was beautiful we had a swimming pool I wish I could’ve stayed longer. The room was huge!! outdoor shower and indoor shower high ceilings!! The pool was so beautiful , felt like I was staying in a five-star resort what made it even more special where the two young ladies who greeted us. They are the stars of this property!!🌸

Jasmine and the rest of the T-Villa staff are FANTASTIC! I have never experienced better service. My 1-week stay was very peaceful and relaxing. The bed was comfy, the pool was great and I really like the outdoor shower, although my room had an indoor shower as well. The next time I return to the north of Phuket, I will definitely stay at T-Villa again. And when I do, I will visit the elephant sanctuary, which I believe is only 20-minutes away. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

T-Villas has been my favourite stay while in Thailand! Jasmine is amazing!! She is always around to help, checks in daily to see if you need anything, arranged shuttle to and from airport and shuttle to the beach. The rooms are very big, clean and the bed is incredible, sooo comfortable and big. Indoor and outdoor shower, very hot water (which is hard to come by in Thailand). Highly recommend

I had an absolutely amazing stay at T-villa. The property is beyond gorgeous, jasmine and Bieu are the BEST. They treated me like family while I was there. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Close to the airport, free shuttle to and from. I’ve never enjoyed any accommodation as much as I loved T-villa - extended my stay by a week. Much love for these people ❤️

Villa close to airport with free pickup,required deposit up front of 1000bht after paying for room,but told me next morning it would take 15 days for return because I paid by credit card.Breakfast basic,watch floor tiles getting from reception (very slippery)to room & hope you like stairs as a lot to get to your room.Staff ok

The pool looks incredible. The bathroom was incredibly tired looking and hasn't been properly cleaned. Lot's of mould building up in the tile grouting. Could do with a good bleaching. We were told to call the hotel upon arrival for a free shuttle however when we did, the public phones didn't work and we didn't have a sim card to call so ended up paying 400THB for a 4min taxi ride. Breakfast was limited in selection for fruits, pastries and western breakfast options. Mostly offers fried rice dishes, noodle dishes, and other Asian cuisine breakfast options.

The staff was nice but the room smelled a little funny and we had to carry our luggage down two flights of stairs and up again at check which was very difficult as our bags were heavy and it was raining. The room was. It as clean as we would have liked.

I stayed at the property for 2 days since it was close to the airport at the end of my trip. The property is on the older side and if you do not mind an occasional lizard wondering in your room because the doors have gaps at the bottom so they can easily slip in. The staff was accommodating and very nice overall.

We stayed at an incredible Village in Patong the week before arriving at T Villa for our last night, and we stayed at T Villa because of convenience within 1 mile of airport. I highly recommend upgrading to pool access from your deck. Not that much more and and feels like you're swimming in the jungle! Many people choose to stay close to the airport for their final night in Phuket, don't end your trip in a crappy hotel room, stay at T Villa and you will be very happy to end your trip this way.

Hotel is as described. Very comfortable bed and nice linen. Room was spacious with door opening to private patio by pool. Pool is very long but not deep. Great for laps. Bathroom facities all good. We left at 4.30 am so dudnt have breakfast. We had dinner in restaurant which was nice but not outstanding. Only real problem was noisy air conditioner and refrigerator in our room so sleep was disturbed.

Hotels location was very far from everything, too many tour groups go to this hotel and were very loud (this happens often) complained and nothing was done. Buffet breakfast was absolutely terrible, rooms were not properly maintained. Will no recommend this hotel.

Needed an overnight stay for early flight out. T-Villa fills that requirement very well. It is about an hour away from Patong provided you don't get stuck in traffic winding up/down the hilly sections. Got a unit with poolside access which was great.

We were not happy about the hotel as pictures were deceiving. There were lizards in the bathroom and when I spoke to the staff about it he said he would come back but he didn't. He did not understand what I was saying and just disappeared. Also the towels were not clean and fresh. They had such a bad smell and looked worn out. We were extremely disappointed with other people who were staying there as they made so much noise at around 2am. There so much banging and commotion that it woke us up several times during the night.

Hotel was nice and facilities clean. They had a shuttle service to the beach otherwise it would have been a long walk in the heat. We found night market which was very authentic, not too many tourists. Had lunch and tea down by the beach food great and cheap

Very close to the airport, transfers were difficult to arrange though, reasonably clean but not well maintained, poor breakfast options if you have dietary requirements. Ok for a quick stopover but not if you're doing anything else but sleeping. Would recommend for convenience of location only

Hotel was very comfy and clean, plenty of nice quality restaurants about a km away. It is close to the airport which is a bit far from the main attractions but transport was easy to find. Great relaxing stay.

First time in Thailand that when we arrived we was not welcomed with a smile or a Wa.Reception was more concerned that we paid deposit for room damage and our passport photo copied than a warm welcome. Breakfast was cold; run out of bacon, no hot water at wash basin.Although had two showers. No wardrobe.poor wifi. Expensive for low season.

The rooms that border along the pool are great! You get your own little sundeck off your room. Love the outdoor shower too! The service was great and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Get comfortable with the idea of gecko friends joining you in and around your room, they're really cute and don't bother you.

The pool runs in front of a number of rooms. We had a terrace before the pool and 2 lounge chairs. It is a very natural and beautiful setting. We loved it. They offer airport transfer which is very convenient.

The hotel is great for a stopover on your way to the airport or if you have arrived late that night. It is very nice and clean and the staff are very friendly and kind. Breakfast was included with was very nice. Being a new hotel, the room was spotless and is kept nice and clean.

We booked accommodation here as it was close to the airport and our flight arrived in Phuket late at night. Our room was very basic. One bedside table was very inconvenient. There were two electrical powerpoints - one was hanging off the wall and deemed too dangerous to use. The other was used to run the mini bar fridge, kettle and our mobile telephones, laptop etc. We had dinner in the restaurant. The food was average and made worse when a long black hair was discovered. That meal was not eaten and the staff did not seem to care or make a fuss or apologise. We had the privilege of paying for the meal in full. Sitting on a table next to us, what seemed like the owner, was busy making shonkey deals with a few guests. The shower was good. The tv only had a handful of very average tv stations. The hotel wifi/internet speed was capped and therefore slow. The breakfast was good but again we found a long black hair in the rice. Luckily we only booked for 2 nights. We spent half a day at Nai Yang beach which is a 30 minute walk away. There is nothing else to do within walking distance of the hotel.

Convenient and close proximity to Phuket International Airport. Shuttle service is available from the hotel, prior arrangements have to be made.

Hard to find

We stayed overnight in this hotel as we were getting a domestic flight the next day. Hotel airport transfer are good value. The hotel is nice. The room was tidy and clean. Buffet breakfast was good. The unfriendly staff let the hotel down. For a 4 star hotel it was a bit disappointing. It is more like a 3 star hotel. However for our use it was okay.

We were only there for a very short stay and it rained the whole time. Great place but extra charges for just about everything. We had to pay for airport transfer when the review said it was included. The restaurant was a little expensive.

We chose this hotel because they offered free airport pickup. After traveling for 30 hours, we wanted an easy pickup so we didn't have to deal with taxis. I emailed our flight information to the hotel (twice, because they were very unresponsive). They replied that they wouldn't arrange pickup ahead of time, but we could call them from the airport bank when we arrived and they would pick us up. When we got to the airport and spoke to the bank in the terminal, they said we had to go to the bank outside the terminal. Except there is no bank outside the terminal. After walking back and forth with our luggage for 45 minutes, getting harassed by every taxi driver and getting the run around about this mysterious bank, an airport employee took pity on us and let us use her cell phone to call the hotel. The hotel said their driver had left for the day, but we could take a taxi and they would reimburse us. So we walked back to the taxi stand, got a receipt, and took a taxi to the hotel. When we checked in, I asked about getting reimbursed for the taxi. The lady said it was our fault, because we called 45 minutes later than we said we would. I explained why that was. She repeated the story, then said "Well, what I'd like to do now is show you to your room." There was no reimbursement. Taxis are cheap, it wasn't the money that upset me, but their service is appalling. Also, that cool bar in the pool is never open, and they are very rude, kicking everyone out by 8:30.

This hotel is super cleaned..still I don't think is a 4☆ hotel is more like a 3+.. the hotel needs to have a computer for guests use even if they charge a small fee for the use..there was no city map available in the hotel for the guest and the majority of the staff speaks very little or no English at all..

Nice looking hotel. Don't stay there if you want to use a gym as advertised it's very poor and in a glass box - may as well be a greenhouse! Bar service was very poor took almost 45min to get served at the pool bar as all the staff were upstairs having a laugh. Comfy rooms but very basic.

Lovely mini resort for a short stay, very convenient for airport. Everything you need for a relaxing stay. Very comfortable beds and rooms (in need of a bit of a refreshing lick of paint) very friendly, helpful staff (I don't agree with adding 17% to every item on your bill for gratuity and tax! However, not saying the staff don't deserve gratitude, still think that should be an option) Lovely pool to relax in and around

Big thanks and thumbs up for all the staff, especially Jeffrey the manager who had made almost everything possible. 3 weeks prior to our stay, I have made an arrangement with the villa for a secret birthday celebration and proposal. Of course, I did not expect much in return knowing that it is a short of notice plot. Suprisingly, Jeffrey and the team's intervention turn things around. All the staff's were so into the storyline where rooms are mostly occupied (due to various reasons, maintenance, events etc.) and we would need to wait for the staff to look for other availability. Things went so well that even myself was convinced that the rooms were fully booked, while Jeffrey and the team was trying to explain the dilemma until we were finally checked in to a villa with private pool. We were first suprised by a complimentary birthday cake (as planned) and followed my private proposal. Things does not end there when we were approached by Jeffrey and the team next day with congratulatory message and explanation on the place of interest in Nai Yang beach with the shuttle that we can opt for. We have had a great moment in that area until we had finally checked out on the third day to catch our early flight. It may not be the most ideal proposal anyone wished but what else important than me and partner were now in the next stage of our life :-) :-) :-) Once again I am so thankful for all the "behind the stage" effort and service rendered by Jeffrey and the team.

what an amazing place to stay I would recommend this to anyone. They have rooms for everyone from family to honeymoon couples. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It is a very clean and beautiful place with everything you need. Shuttle to the beach and airport. My room had a private pool and on arrival I received a welcome drink in the bar and a lovely fruit platter with complimentary drinks daily in the room. The staff spoke many languages which made my stay easier

The stay at T- Villa was alright as a stopover place. I stayed at T-Villa on the night of 15th Sept and checked out on 16th Sept mid day. According to their website, their check-in deck opens till 11:00pm. Therefore, I wrote them an e-mail in advance if they could allow me to do late check-in after mid-night. They did not reply to my e-mail until my second e-mail after about 7-10 days. Frankly speaking, the staff was quite helpful as they asked if I had arranged any transportation and asked where I was going to stay.

Kids loved the buffet breakfast, we loved the pool and had it to ourselves most of the time The staff were so friendly and the manager was great. We loved it here and would soberly stay again.

Third stay here coming into or leaving Thailand. They happily picked us up with no prior request for transport at midnight when our flight was delayed.Lovely pool and room looking out to it. Very adequate buffet breakfast. Friendly staff.

We arrived a little early to check in, so went to the restaurant for lunch first. We ended up waiting about an hour for our food to arrive, even though there were only two other tables with people on. Our room was clean and comfortable, and perfect for the one night stay. We had to call reception to ask about the safe, which was locked on arrival, and they were going to send someone up to unlock it for us, but they never turned up. It's not a far walk from Nah Trang beach (or a cheap taxi ride) which is a nice area for drinks and some food, but there are plenty of beautiful resorts closer to that area. This was perfect for an overnight stay before catching a flight the next day - super close to the airport and had everything we needed.

Only stayed here one night due to a flight delay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, helped us to book an airport transfer and offered a wake up call. We ordered room service which was really nice. Our room was "pool access" which meant that a swimming pool, which seemed to snake through the whole resort, was right at the edge of our balcony. Seems nice but didn't really have time to take advantage.

I was visiting the area after completing a bike trip. T-Villa exceeded my expectations & I found myself wanting to just stay at the hotel enjoying the pool & room rather than going out to explore the area. Having a shuttle to the beautiful beach near-by was great!

The hotel was a two night stopover , after staying there I wish I got there earlier .. A great place to relax with nice quiet beaches close by ..

Our driver was waiting to collect us & didn't have to ring to be collected which was great after 20hrs in transit. Excellent customer service. Was great that the room had been prepared with air-con on etc. room large & clean. Bed & pillows extremely soft & comfortable. American breaki would feed the most hungry of men. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful room and bed at this stopover hotel near airport

The staff was really great! They were great at accepting me early and letting me stay late. I think this is a great send off before the airport! Venturing away from the resort is nice. The beach is about 10 minutes away, and local businesses 5min. The owner even came out and wished me well on my send off.

Great place to stay if you have a late flight and don't look forwards to traveling for another hour to get to your hotel. T-villa is 5min away. The villas are very much worth the price. Breakfast is well done with a nice spread. I will be staying here again next time I am in the area.

After my bad experience with staying a D Varee Mai Khao beach for a night, for the same price as T Villa, I would say that T Villa is probably the best value for money.

Staff are very pleasant and helpful. We did enjoy the food especially the Tom yum soup and mango with glutinous rice dessert. Overall good service.

This hotel lived up to its reviews ☺ staff very helpful. When I first drove up I was underwhelmed but once inside found the hotel to be very lovely.

Amazing service. Modern, comfy, pretty view...of course with the upgrade, it for sure gets the bonus point. The pool side restaurant is fantastic!!! (also the same menu you can find in your room) So many choices and really yummy!! I can just stick to this restaurant and dine here all day. Thank you for giving us a wonderful time!

Extremely welcoming staff Just minutes from airport

We stayed for 2 nights before going onto another place further away and really enjoyed it. The rooms were nice and clean and we got a super deal. The pool was lovely and the room staff were delightful. Will stay there again next year when we come back to Phuket.

Stayed longer than most guests (seems a popular pre-flight hotel) and enjoyed it. Good base for the quieter part of the island. Pool is good,rooms are good,shower good,food good and staff are very good. Bikes,motorbikes and drivers available if you want to explore far or wide. Reception staff particularly helpful. Would happily stay again.

Nice, comfortable, clean rooms. Very nice free breakfast. Close to the airport, about five minutes, so highly recommended if you're getting in late or leaving early to avoid an hour+ commute to your main hotel. Good price!

We were greeted at the airport by a lovely driver and quickly taken to the hotel, which was no more than a five minute drive. Upon arrival we were told that the pool view room we had booked was overbooked and that they had upgraded us to a deluxe private pool villa.... No complaints here! The room was like a little house with our very own large pool. The place was spotless, bar fridge was inexpensive, toiletries were top shelf, and the bed was spectacular. All of the staff were extremely helpful, polite and kind. The food was good too. I would book here again in a heartbeat and will refer anyone I know who is going to Phuket to stay here.

Very nice hotel, close to airport

From the second you arrive it is immediately obvious just how much they care about their guests. You're greeted by friendly smiles, a delicious fruity beverage and a nice lobby. I had to wait about 2 minutes before I could check in which they apologised for about 20 times! thats how much they care. If you like cocktails there is a bar girl (whos name escapes me) that makes an excellent long island ice tea. (she's cute and has braces if that helps!?) The pool is open until 10pm but no one seemed to mind that we were poolside and in the pool having some social drinks until 1am or so. Very relaxed atmosphere :)
