Canal Resort

We arrived to no one to greet us. We message them and were told they had double booked. When the host finally arrived she was rude and abrupt. We were only when we arrived they moved us to a different location. They tried to make us pay for our free transfer to the airport as it was early. I would never return.

The pool was unavailable and possibly other issues. The staff made arrangements and transportation to another hotel close in the area and refunded some money. Thank you for the accommodations and transportation. The efforts were greatly appreciated.

Great value for money, close to airport so good for an early flight the next day. Clean. Friendly staff. Obviously not a prime immediate area but no complaints at all for the price.

Good for an overnight stay. 5 mins away from airport. Staff arranged my Taxy pick up since my flight was leaving at 7 am and shuttle service starts at 8am. Clean and comfortable. Pool area was nice.

We arrived very late and passport control had us leaving airport at 1:30am. Room we had booked wasn’t available so owner organised a driver and a villa down the road, worked out perfectly for us.

Good value for money. Clean and comfortable room. We loved the pool and pool area. Really nice and helpfull staff! The wifi was pretty bad though.

Die Unterkunft kann vom Flughafen aus gut zu Fuß erreicht werden, das Zimmer war sehr groß und gemütlich. Der Außenbereich des Hotels ist sehr schön gestaltet, der Pool ist für eine schnelle Abkühlung genau richtig. Ein paar weitere Sitz oder Liegemöglichkeiten am Pool fehlen noch. Wir waren nur eine Nacht in diesem Hotel.

Cheap stopover hotel near airport.

밤 늦게 푸켓에 도착했기 때문에 저렴한 공항근처로 선택했습니다. 입구 바로 근처 방을 받았고, 청결도 냄새 모두 문제 없었습니다. 다만 도로 근처이기 때문에 자동차 소음은 있는 편입니다. 하룻밤 묵고 일찍 출발하기에는 가성비 좋습니다. 9세 11세 남자아이들을 동반했는데 큰 방을 주어 어려움은 없었습니다.

Staff needs to work on customer service skills. A smile wouldn’t hurt .. good location for airport transfer and shuttle service is included which is nice

Quite near to the airport and the beach. it takes about 30 minutes walk to the beach. 7Eleven just around the corner. There's gas station and Amazon Cafe, Texas Chicken and another 7Eleven just across the road so it is very convient for breakfast. The place is quiet enough and I could sleep well. Only the door locks are quite old type. I hope that place is safe and not black area.

Excellent little cottages for short stay. I walked from airport for 20 mins. Taxi quoted 400 baht so walk 2 kms. Kind hotel driver took me back to airport for free. Not 5 star, nor 5 star price but a great place for transit stay, close to Phuket airport. Quiet, clean, no food.

The bungalow was nice and clean. The pool was very small and dirty, so I didn‘t use it. It is located far away from the beach and at a big and busy street. I asked for breakfast but nobody showed up in the restaurant so I left.

귀국비행기가 새벽2시라 낮부터 밤까지 잠깐쉬었습니다.에어컨이 시원하지않고 시설은 낡았지만 직원들이 친절하고 작은 수영장도 이용할수 있었다.무료 공항샌딩서비스도 고마웠다.

Far from beach but ok for transfer go airport

Tried endlessly to contact the resort for days by telephone, whatsapp, email for free shuttle from airport as assured to ensure they got the message, also through my resort in Phuket, and friend from London, but regret no response until I landed in Phuket and requested two sales agents from a retail counter to call for the resort from a call box. Driver though late did not apologise nor did the owner of the resort who were rude and impolite. Did not offer to carry my luggage to the room despite stairs, being female and senior citizen, which was discourteous and unacceptable. Since room had mosquitoes requested to move to another room. I would no way want to return to this resort as room was not appealing and not as per the picture displayed on website.

I chose this place as I had a flight early morning. This place is a no-frills place, but the room and bathroom were spotless. Also, greenery in the surroundings is plus! Staff members gave a home-like feel.

Stayed here twice on separate days because hotel is close to the airport. Several food options are available if you have a scooter or car (7-11 and noodle places beside 7-11). There is a car rental place just a few doors away where we rented a car for a very good price and were very satisfied (admin@arunphuketcarrent.com). Rooms are comfortable and clean. The Internet in the room close to the pool was very problematic... after much frustration, we eventually gave up on it. They told us they called the ISP to fix the problem but I think the problem is with their router. It should be repositioned closer to the pool. The second time we stayed here, we were given another room and the Internet worked well. Pool was very nice, especially in the evening. The grounds are well-kept and have many nice flowering shrubs and small trees, however, you can hear some road noise given it's proximity to the main road. The man (with white hair) taking care of the place and his daughter are very nice and kind people. Recommended. Would stay here again... but would first check if Internet works in the room they assign me.

별 기대없이 새벽에 잠깐 눈 붙이려 간곳인데 공항 픽업도 해주시고 사장님이 너무 친절하심 원래 패밀리룸으로 예약했는데 풀북이라며 방 두개를 내주심 하나는 리노베이션이된듯 하고 다른 하나는 그냥 아주작은 방임

The hotel can feel quite relaxing. Our family, a group of 4, can stay together in a big room.

We stayed for one night on arrival in Phuket and one day prior to departure. Wonderful friendly and helpful staff, room super clean and modern, Everything worked and the kids loved the pool.

We arrived at phuket around 2am, the driver was impolite but the guest house owner was quite nice; the hotel room itself was acceptable, simple and with enough space, I'd suggest to those tourists with early / late flight for short stay. The hotel is near airport, just 5 minutes driving distance.

This was my second stay at Canal Resort. I like it because it's very near the airport and only a half hour walk to the beach. They have a nice pool and it's a decent place to relax whether you're just over-nighting or for a longer stay of 4-5 days, as in my case. The owner of Canal Resort is also quite friendly and helpful if you need anything.

Overall was good to stay as transit. We booked this because of a free transfer and close to the airport. But when we been transferred to airport we need to pay 300bth. Not really happy with this.

Really easy hotel next to the airport and the national park, you can enjoy the relax of the swimming pool just before take your plane! Bedroom during the night ok, during the day too hot!

시설은 그렇게 좋다고 이야기할수는 없습니다. 대신에 주변에 숲과 처음 공항에 도착했을때 특히 새벽에 도착했음에도 사장님이 친절하게 맞이해주셔서여...,밤에는 열락을 할수없으면 그 앞에 가게에 이야기를 해보세여,,,저놔해줍니다...

A nice place if you're looking for somewhere near the airport (its 15-20 minutes walk from the airport). But its a bit far from other attractions (island hopping, etc) so the travel agency will charge you more to pick you up. I compared the same tour package with someone who stays in Patong and I'm paying more than double for it. So plan your vacations carefully. You can stay here at the end of your travel period so you're closer to the airport on your last day. Nothing much to do around here except walk around Nai Yang beach (1-2 km walk), or take the Airport Bus to the Phuket town. The bus stops at Central Festival Shopping Mall which is quite nice (its 30 minutes from this area). Be sure to check out the bus schedule from the internet.

It was good experience to stay at Canal Hotel. The owner was very nice. Good service to pick us from airport, and driver was driving safely

普通にシャワーと清潔なベットが装備されており、値段の割にとても快適です。私の入った部屋は一番安い部屋でしたのでエアコンではなく扇風機でしたがそれで十分な風通しでした。騒音もなくとても快適でなによりもオーナーの優しさに惹かれます。 ここは２度お世話になりましたが皆さんにもぜひおすすめいたします。

I book this hotel last minute because I missed my flight to Dubai. I call the hotel and they pick me up to the airport in 10 minutes. From outside it looks like a bad hotel but inside is so nice and clean. The owners very helpful and friendly. I stay in 3 different hotels in Phuket and this one the best. Is near the airport so there is nothing around but the place for the money is a 5 star hotel.
