I loved the property! The staff are beyond fantastic. So warm, so genuinely happy to meet guests and incredibly accommodating. Wonderful people. The property is clean, beautiful, comfortable and everything you want in a villa. We were very happy with everything during our stay. The food is amazing too. Room service is excellent and So affordable. Really value for money.

The property itself is beautiful. There’s no faults with it.

From the very first moment until the day we left, everything was exactly as we had hoped for. The villa exceeded our expectations with its spacious layout and the beautiful swimming pool, which was large enough to actually swim in. What impressed us the most, however, was the incredible kindness, professionalism, and attentiveness of the staff. They truly made our stay unforgettable and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would definitely recommend Maca Villas & Residence Umalas to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay. We can’t wait to come back!

The location is a little more secluded, away from the busy areas, which means that getting to some places usually took around 30–60 minutes depending on traffic. However, we never had any problem finding transportation, as taxis through Grab and Gojek were always easily available and convenient to use.

The breakfast is wonderful, you can enjoy in the restaurent, in room or even do fancy floating breakfast. We enjoy the private pool we have, it huge and clean. The room is great.

The villa doesn't have a gym in it. It does provide a gym service, but the location is far from this villa, need to take suttle bus to there. I hope they have handheld shower, not just shower on top.

The staff were very attentive and prompt with their responses on Booking.com. The villa was well maintained and had our own private pool. The staff even gave us a tour of the accommodation during our check in day. The staff: be it the receptionist, butler and even the security guards were very friendly and smiley all the time. It added a sweet touch knowing that the staff remembered us throughout our stay.

Food was average, nothing fancy about it.

Check in was great. We arrived late at night due to the timing of our flight and the traffic but staff were there to welcome us and show us into the apartment. The breakfast was very enjoyable. Lots to choose from. We had breakfast in our room and also the dining room. Staff were extremely pleasant and very helpful. The apartment was very peaceful and quite far away from everything but that was not a problem as the transport is very cheap and it was a beautiful apartment. The apartment was spotless clean.

a wonderful place with attentive staff to all your needs, relatively close to Seminyak if you use a scooter. Daily cleaning, towels changed daily, they even gave us flowers on arrival and a birthday cake for my boyfriend. Their services are very good

Znakomity obiekt, z całego serca polecam. Zatrzymaliśmy sie na 11 nocy i to był strzałw 10. Villa na wysokim poziomie, czysta, przestronna a jednoczesnie cicha i dawała prywatność. Duży plus za własny basen wielkości ok. 2m x 10m, dośc głęboki-możnba swobodnie pływać. Basen i woda czyste, zadbane. Taras niewielki ale z dużym łózkiem leżakowym, dookoła bujna roślinność. Na duży plus zasługują części wspólne, a szczgólnie własna restauracja z przystepnymi cenami. Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Śniadania serwowane do stolika- do wyboru z karty dań, ale porcje duże i można się solidnie najeść. Jem bezglutenowo- wiec specjalnie dla mnie zakupili chleb bezgutenowy, który serwowali na moje życzenie. Na poziomie -1 restauracji znajsuje się wspólny duży basen oraz miejsca do leżakowania wraz z toaletą i przbieralnią. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, każda prośba jest od razu spełniania. Loklizacja- ciacha i bezpieczna. W bocznej uliczce, gdzie nie słychac hałasów i gwaru z głównej ulicy. W pobliżu sklepy, a nawet mała, pyszna pizzeria, gdzie można kupić na wynos pizze. Miejsce zarówno dla sigli, par jaki i dla rodzin z dziećmi. Chcemy tu wórcić z córkami.

Everything! Amazing service from the moment arrived until I departed. Villa was perfect with everything you could ask for. Towels changed throughout the day with a turndown service at night. Meals and service at the restaurant were also exceptional.

The villa so clean and big for 3 of us, 2 adult and baby, pool was big.

If you traveling with kids under 4 yrs old maybe you must to think twice for this villa, because so far to kids activity and if you driving it was so trafic, specially for kids who love do something outdoor.

No complaints about the room. For the value you have your own private pool, place is clean and spacious.

It's not too far from the busy areas but you will need to order a grab to get into town which can be busy at times but i was aware of that. You feel more secluded in the area you are in which was peaceful.

The location is very close to canggu area The room is very nice They have 2 pools. ( one at the residence and one at the restaurant where all the guest came access. There is also childcare/ kids club near by the villa called UMALAS KIDS CLUB. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to rent a bike if possible.

The water pressure and water heater. The maintenance need to check this.

Fue increíble. Superó totalmente nuestras expectativas y ya veniamos con expectativas altas jaja. La villa es preciosa, la cama grande y comoda, los espacios amplios e iluminados. El lavabo precioso. La verdad nos encanto absolutamente todo!!! Hay alquiler de motos, tienen restaurante el cual es delicioso y el desayuno fue fantastico. El personal muy agradable.

Niesamowita willa. Ogromny komfort i prywatność. Nie wyobrażam sobie lepszego pobytu. Obsługa bardzo pomocna, zawozila nas nawet do swojego spa. Jedzenie w restauracji pyszne, miejsce piękne.codziennie do pokoju niewyobrażalnie pięknie przygotowane śniadania i duży wybór. Najchętniej zostalibyśmy dłużej. Gorąco polecamy na podróże poślubne. Na łóżku zastaliśmy przepięknie przygotowane ozdoby z życzeniami szczęśliwej podróży poślubnej.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans notre villa! Villa magnifique, très bien placée (10min de la mer et restaurants à proximité), et très calme ! Un vrai havre de paix. Le personnel est accueillant et très gentil, le petit déjeuner est excellent, ainsi que les plats du restaurant (ouvert H24 !). Possibilité de louer un scooter en passant par l’établissement également à un prix raisonnable. Je recommande sans hésiter !

Esta villa es perfecta, si estás dudando en cogerla, va a ser todo un acierto. Es un complejo de villas de lujo a un precio muy bueno. La villa era muy espaciosa para dos personas con una piscina muy grande. En el baño también hay una bañera que es bastante grande para dos personas. Tienes room service las 24 horas del día, con un menú que también está disponible 24 horas del día, la comida es muy barata para ser un complejo de lujo, incluso más barata que muchos restaurantes en los que comí en Bali. Sin duda este complejo es ideal para pasar unos días de relax.

Por decir algo, habían muchos mosquitos, pero es normal porque estás en medio de naturaleza y tienes justo la piscina delante.

The upgraded villa. A beautiful gorgeous spacious two storey unit. The living room , kitchen and pool were spacious and comfortable. I like the size of the pool , room , and toilet/ bathroom. Staff were friendly and accommodating..

Bathroom: water pressure can be better. Breakfast: found a little worm in my salad. I was rather mortified . The chef can take more effort to ensure hygiene of the salad leaves. Management could be better in reimbursing by giving free lunch or fruit basket.

Quiet, private and relaxing to eat at the restaurant.

No washing machine, dryer and microwave. The private pool is not for children.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom residence, what a beautiful, clean and spacious villa. Perfect for a family of 5. Great amenities with pool, cold air con, 24hr butler service and on site restaurant with some delicious meals to suit all. The staff were welcoming and friendly always greeting with a smile and happy to attend to requests and help with any plans for your holiday. Breakfast delivered to room everyday, with great selection of local dishes, western and sweet options. We had floating breakfast option one morning which was great. It is slightly out from main areas which makes it a peaceful stay and it’s easy to get a grab to Canggu or Seminyak for under $10 they also have a complimentary shuttle to Seminyak square. We had an amazing stay at this villa will be recommending to others and will definitely return when we are next in Bali.

As a last minute booking I was extremely pleased with what we had chosen. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our villa was perfect. The restaurant was wonderful. The fresh air moving through helped keep the rainy season humidity at bay. We had a wonderful stay and now we have found this gem we will return as soon as possible

Maca Villas & Residences Umalas far exceeded our expectations. The location was a great quiet reprive from the hustle and bustle of the surrounding area. The hospitality and service was absolute perfection, everyone went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. The sister Maca resort has a fantastic restaurant Mase and access to the Sonham spa facilities. The front desk can arrange a free roundtrip shuttle to the spa and sister property restaurant. Highly recommend a day at the spa which comes complete with gym, exercise classes, hot tubs, sauna, stream room, cafe, and some of the best massages I've ever had. Our villa was always cleaned and serviced quickly. The enclosed glass doors were crucial for us to avoid bugs and creatures, you can also fully open the glass doors if you prefer the ourdoor feel. We visited in the height of rainy season and were grateful for a fully enclosed villa. Daily breakfast was always fast and fresh, the restaurant staff really went above and beyond to provide exceptional and friendly service.The resort provide a daily 1-way shuttle service to the surrounding areas. The shuttles are very comfortable SUV's. There are plenty of taxis available on ride sharing apps as well. Major thanks to Yoga and the team for making our stay exceptional. We were so sad to leave and will definitely be back.

Everything was really good.Excellent restaurant, wait staff and menus, great choice of food. All villa staff were friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. Shuttle bus every two hours into Seminyak was a big plus, although you had to find your own way back. The villa itself was one of the nicest we have stayed in, in Bali and we have been there many times 10/10.

One of those rare villas where you cannot hear construction noise! If you want some quiet this is place. You can actually relax, swim and tan in peace. Housekeeping always made our room look outstanding. Very EASY for gojek drivers to pick us up and drop off food (this one we really appreciate because other villas we stayed in the past can be difficult to locate). Wonderful staff. Loved how they provide free access atlas beach club, enjoyed the free waters everyday, free breakfast delivered to your room every morning. Wow, I would stay here again 😍 Thank you for amazing service. Highly recommend.

Too hot to walk as it a bit of a walk to the nearest convenience store/food. You have to get a taxi or motorbike but everything else is amazing.

The staff are amazing and are very caring about you. We had an issue with the pool step that was fixed immediately. The breakfast had a lot of options. The location is quiet, if you're happy to stay at the hotel it has a good restaurant attached.

The bathroom needs renovations asap, not a healthy bathroom. The location is in the Umalas, which is a good 20 drive to Seminyak Square. You can't really walk anywhere as there is no footpath and the traffic is heavy.

Well, what could i say. The property was fantastic, we were upgraded from 1 BR villa to 3 BR villa so we got more space to enjoy our day. My kids and wife love the villa so much. The villa checks all boxes of our expectation, even exceed them in most cases. The room service and restaurant are excellent while the pricing is very reasonable.

Nothing about the property, the only drawback is the heavy traffic in the main road going to the Umalas area (Kerobokan street), especially if you drive a car.

My partner and I were blown away by the consistently high standard of customer care during our stay. We cannot speak more highly of the wonderful staff interactions. Everything they did for us was with care and intention. Our villa was beautiful, clean and relaxing. We ate at the restaurant which is only a few steps away from the villas, everyday, and the food quality is exceptional. Every staff member was friendly and did everything to ensure we were comfortable and felt safe. We are so sad to leave! We would recommend staying here to anyone!

Location got annoying. Takes about 20-30 mins per day with traffic each way to get to seminak town or central.

Super luxurious hotel and very clean. Staff's are very friendly and helpful.

Location bit interior, difficult to get around without a vehicle.

The staff were very lovely and always helpful. The Villa was very clean and you could see that the grounds were very well maintained.

The location was down the end of a lane way which was very narrow and there was always alot of traffic passing by so it wasn’t easy to walk anywhere.

Villa was beautiful, spacious, comfortable and feels luxurious for a single room villa. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was delicious and can be served in the villa. The villa provides drop off to different locations around semiyak and the spa!

The location is at the end of a lane. we arrived at night and the grab driver brought us to the wrong villa. Took us a while to locate the villa. The signage along the main road can be bigger with more directions to the villa.

Cleanliness and friendly staff, they were exceptional and always smiling to us when we meet. The security is really good we felt safe all the time even we left the door open couple times. Just amazing

Well we didn’t have any cooking range to make a light meal at night but the breakfast was included which is good. and the kettle was really slow to boil the water so making coffee was taking forever. Overall this is considered as minor thing that can be improved however i recommend the place so well. 👍

Bed is bit hard for me

Loved our room, pool, facilities & the staff were wonderful. Very clean & appreciated the free shuttle drop offs into town. It was also lovely & quiet.

Not really walkable to shopping but the free shuttle was great and a car ride from the 'Grab' app was only $1-$3.

Just the personalized approach. Everything was clean and they were so detail-oriented. Extremely polite and humble.

Can't think of anything. Maybe the passage should have more lights but that's just a small thing in the sea of wonderful stuff.
